We tried this for the first time this year and the breakfast was amazing, and the service was top notch! We went back 2 days later and the lovely lady even remembered our drink order. We will def. be back every time we are in PCB!
Everything was delicious and very reasonably priced. Theyre fluffy omelets were unique and the kids loved the waffles. Theyre biscuits and gravy were perfect as well. This is the local place you should be going instead of all of the over-priced novelty restaurants.

When all the yellow signs have lines out the door... look for the blue one. So glad for that 1 day we couldnt find a breakfast joint that didnt have an hour wait. This is now my go to locals spot for when I feel like bacon eggs and toast. You guys rock. The owner was saying hi and hugging his regulars. Love supporting a business like this. :)

Waffles are just above waffle house quality. Breakfast is about the same as waffle house. Had good service. 3 stars because its cheap but that reflects the quality of the food.

The staff was nice and friendly, however the grape juice I ordered was old and the Chocolate Chip waffle that I ordered for $.75 more than the regular waffle only had about ten or so chocolate chips and I had to ask for more chocolate chips to put on top. Also, the Kids waffle which cost $2.50 was the same size as the “adult waffle” which cost $4.25. So, get the Kids waffle because you’re not missing anything. Actually, you’re not missing anything if you go to Waffle House either.

Would probably give it 3.5 stars (if I could). Food was ok to good and value was ok. It would have been a bit less off putting if they bothered to mend their leaking roof instead of letting it drip through the sagging ceiling tiles into a bucket on a neighbouring table.
LOL Tom....dude.....HOW did you know it was under cooked if you didnt taste it? Are you one of those people with a marvelously calibrated thumb that can just hover over food and tell its internal temperature?And its never EVER safe to eat from a dumpster, regardless of what you may think. Have you SEEN the people that live in those things?I go there on the regular, my very FIRST TIME in the place they had no idea if I was a local or a tourist but I was treated like family.Im from Atlanta, so as you can guess my loyalty to the Giant Yellow and Black Chain Greasy Spoon Food Place runs long and deep.This place has my business from now on, and I can assure you I have no desire to eat anything under cooked, or from the dumpster so you can probably assume that regardless of your attempt at sarcastic wit THOSE TWO things are ridiculously far from the truth.Have the Philly Cheesesteak Omelette when you go. I WOULD eat that from the dumpster its so amazing.
As a local lover of catchy cuisine for brunch and breakfast, I hardly order anything other than Blue Tops Hurricane Hash -- with a heeping helping of their unique Redneck Sauce -- but I can say with certainty that Blue Top is Panama City Beachs absolute best diner. The staff is friendly and effective and maintains a clean kitchen.A must visit!
What a great little gem! Bring your good vibrations and a stretchy waistline because this place is fantastic for families and small groups and the food is delish.
Blue top has been around forever and has always been delicious but they close at 2pm so get there early

Terrible dump! Please never eat at that place. Youd be safer eating out of the dumpster outside. $13 for coffee and the plain Jane breakfast I didnt even take a bite of it was so disgustingly under cooked.
Service sucked, my burger smelled funny, hard waffles. And to top off the man pulled the waffle off with is bare hands AND HE HAD A NASTY LITTLE BANDAID ON HIS THUMB. Also, the cashier asked if we were going to leave a tip and I said no and she said You could at least leave a dollar. None of them had gloves on. Disgusting.
