My A/C stopped working one evening & I contacted them. The next morning I contacted them and they could not commit to come out due to the heavy rain conditions. An hour later they sent a repair man (Doug) even though it was still raining. Doug used a large umbrella to cover him while working on the A/C unit. The problem was a bad capacitor which Doug quickly replaced and the A/C was repaired. This was excellent service in bad weather conditions.

I needed a refrigerator serviced and found these nice folks online. I called them up and the fit me in within a couple of hours. The technician Doug and sales rep. Paul came out who was courtous, friendly and efficient. The friendly voice on the phone was Muriel (spelling?) Overall great experience. Give them a call when your in need. They will earn your business as well.

They were great! They add the little touches and care, clean up after themselves, are polite and easy to work with. It really shows that they take pride in their work. They did a lot of extras that I noticed, they replaced my old nasty ductwork in my attic, they mounted them high so that you can get around in the attic easier, Doug is a wealth of knowledge, these guys are the real thing, l usually dont do reviews, but felt like they deserved a good one, dont hesitate to use them!

Complete Air Conditioning is a company that pays attention to detail. They worked on the heat pump system at my Panama City home and found and repaired what was keeping my system from heating and cooling properly. They provided a fair price and the technician was knowledgeable and efficient. I highly recommend Complete AC.

Had issues with my air conditioner once arriving at our beach house on a Friday afternoon. I wanted to work with a local family run business and wound up calling Complete Air Conditioning. One of the best decisions Ive ever made. Doug showed up at my residence the next morning at 7:30 AM. He was very professional and knowledgeable. Had my unit going in no time. We talked about replacing my unit, at my request, and Doug was so thorough explaining the different options available. I cannot stress enough, if you have AC issues and dont call Complete AC, expect to pay a lot more money for no where near the service. Through the years I have used three other AC repair companies in PCB. None comes close to the customer service and price I received from Complete AC.

Woke up at 5am to an 80 degree house during July in Florida and I have asthma. Not a good situation to be in. Our regular guy was working in Destin so I googled top rated ac guys in PC and started working down the list. This was the 4th one I called and I explained my situation and she sent Michael right over. Now I have my ac working again and before noon. Thank God, I feel like he was heaven sent. There was a short on one of the wires outside unit and he replaced it. Cleaned my coils a little and checked freon etc. It is an old unit and on its last leg so I have asked for a quote from them. Im just so thankful for Complete AC today getting my ac working again. Its hard to breathe in the heat with asthma, so Im very thankful that they came as soon as I called. Michael was very courteous, respectful and nice. He informed me of everything that was going on with the unit, etc. Five stars for Complete AC.
