Regular wal mart. They everything you need and then some haha

Yesterday, in the afternoon (Sept 26, 2021). I went to Walmart on 513 W 23rd St, Panama City, FL 32405 to buy groceries and use a FETCH REWARDS $10 coupon. When I tried to use it at the self check out, it required the manager password, an associate(woman) came and couldnt do it, she called another one (woman) and couldnt do it neither, she proceed to tell me cynically that I was not going to be able to use it, IM SORRY as simple as that. So after not receiving a solution from any of those employees...I had to pay the COMPLETE AMOUNT. You need to train better in customer service to your employees and teach them how to do their job as its obvious they have no idea what they are supposed to do. After this, I went to the Return and Service Department (it shouldnt have the word service on it) to ask for help (2:12 pm), it was the worst experience I have had at Walmart. The cashier (old woman) had no idea what to do and the MANAGER (a woman) was there, she just said in a careless and rude attitude I cant help you,  I cant give you the cash. And then proceed to act like nothing happened and left me talking alone. The customer service at this store sucks, in fact, it doesnt exist. I used another coupon a week ago in another Walmart store and everything worked out so NO, ITS NOT A PROBLEM WITH FETCH REWARDS, AS THE INCOMPETENT MANAGER TOLD ME IN A CARELESS AND CYNICAL WAY. I hope you take actions specially with the manager at this store, how is it possible that a MANAGER gives that answer to a customer? A MANAGER? REALLY?

Nice wide isles. Clean always stocked full shelves. On Hwy 77 Lynn Heaven Florida

This Walmart is much smaller than the beach, however the employees at the registers are much friendlier. There is very little to no options as far as a bakery goes, and not a good selection of Diet pops. Although its much more convenient for a quick need 2 or 3 item stop.

Prices have went up..but still pretty good shopping...

First time inside this particular store in a few years.Its the smaller of the Wal-Mart stores in town for the most part, but they have a good variety of items, some things are a few dollars cheaper than the other stores.A bit more confined, so I would avoid busy hours if you prefer to keep distance from others, as not many are wearing masks.Overall good store, decent prices, but a bit too confined during peak hours.

Its a one stop shopping spot. You can get most anything you need there.

You cant beat Walmart for convenience and prices, they always have a wide variety of well made furnishings and clothing . The bakery and groceries are of good quality, variety and price. I had a great cashier who was very polite. I did not have to wait in line this day at all.

Needed some nightcrawlers! Found them in sporting goods in a cooler. Also found planters Ive been looking for.

Super clean and they try to help as much as they can.

It was very nice and pleasant, no long lines and the store appeared very clean and well stocked. The greeter at the entrance doors this morning she was really nice and friendly and said hello to everyone who entered. Overall it was a very good experience at Walmart today.

There were actually people on the floor smiling and friendly. Willing to help me find several things needed for a project. Great customer service points today

Not happy as every time I order online and do a store pickup in cart, after an hour I get an email saying that they dont or no longer have my order available. Out of stock! Really!! If they know someone keeps ordering the same things why dont they at least try to carry it? Hate to see what happens at Christmas.

Since we cant ever find the things we need at the Hwy 77 Walmart we decided to try the 23d Street Store...what a difference a few miles makes!! This store is so well stocked!! Everything is on the shelves VS in boxes in the middle of the isles, no problem finding the brands you want and the shelves are FULL! Maybe they need to send a few managers from the 77 store to this store to learn a few things. Such a pleasure to find a store to meet my shopping needs!

I always shop at this location because its convenient and close to my house but they have gotten a little slack at restocking the shelfs

Sadly understaffed so few lanes open even with self-scanning. Staff that is there is friendly and helpful. (Why is every Walmart organized differently?)

Pretty much picked clean every weekend. Better to go off the strip to get what you need.

They always have exactly what Im looking for at a great price. Sharon in the deli, was so helpful today. She ended up helping me search for chicken cordon Bleu that said on the app you had. She and i searched and she helped me for a good 20 mins. She was so friendly. And amazing customer service!!!

Typical Walmart. Nothing fancy. Great greeters. However out of ALOT of things when we went. Had to go to another location.

If you live on the beach never go to this Walmart The Tourist have destroyed this place. They only have two registers open at any time that take cash and they usually have 50 people in line at a time avoid this Walmart at all cost. Going in town might be your best option

Crowed and busy, but employees did good job of a smooth operation.polite and friendly.

Lots of normal items not in stock. Only 2 registers open along with only 2 self check outs. If you are in a hurry you might better have a alternative to shopping here.

What can I say? It’s a Walmart. Clean and well stocked. They even have 1 cashier in the mornings! Wow!

This location was decent, but we expected more of the tourist things to buy (beach stuff), like the Walmart in Destin, or the other side of Panama City.

Had to go buy womens steel toe work boots. Only reason I went there . Other wise I try to stay out of walmart. Ive got nothing good to say about walmart. I try to not shop there.

Better than the Tyndall Parkway store but not by much. Honestly its worth the drive to visit Chipley or the beach store.

Too many pallets on the sale orchard to move around and shop. I use a power wheelchair. Need cashiers, as self-checkouts dont do cash (most of the time) nor take WIC

Publix is where I go to when I want the very best . Deli, produce, meats, and last but not least groceries not usually found here in the South ... Wheres my scrapple ??? LOL ...

It was Walmart. Nothing on sale, aisles crowded with stock waiting to be put on the shelves, the usual assortment of interesting persons. Pricing is a little below average, which helps.

This is one of the best run best managed Clean us the finest Walmarts Ive ever been in its everything is organized management is doing a great job along with all the regular employees and I found the store just an apple pie condition if you really want to go to a nice store this got everything together organized Well Ron I would say go here

Always run in and run out with no problems,good prices on food,,other grocery stores like winn dixie and publix its insane,,so thank you Walmart for not being so greedy on your prices.people have family, we need to put food on our tables. And the pet food is basically what keeps me coming mostly as well. You got the new 9lives food that doesnt have all that bad stuff,,my cat is doing much better,hopefully itll start coming in bigger bags.its the chicken and turkey with no dyes in it.

If I select a time to pickup my order, I would like to be able to pick it up at that time. Waiting half an hour past my pickup window defeats the purpose of ordering for pickup. I couldve saved time by shopping in the store myself. Also, it would be nice if someone in customer service would answer the phone.

Only 2 registers open. Didnt have things that I was looking for. Prefer not to shop at this location because of these 2 things.

I was satisfied with with every department but electronics.I was looked over.And the employee waited on a white person while he was suppose to be waiting on me.And I guess by my statement you know i am black.

Horrible management. Self checkout backed up into the produce isle. 4 other registers backed up into the isles behind them. All the customer service people St the front just want to gossip and hang out with thier friends instead of opening more registers. Totally different store from Lynn Haven and Callaway. Save yourself some aggravation and time and drive to one of them.

Never have enough lines open for cash paying customers, since we arent good enough for self checkout anymore. They place packs so many people in the store its no wonder the local number of Covid patients sky rocket each day. Its like a pocket of filth.

Wal-mart as usual is a great place to shop, it is the place we go to do our weekly shopping, we are familiar with the inventory, and it always well stocked, you can ship on line and get free delivery over 35.00 . You can also use their curbside pick up at the store . Great for the Disabled or for those that do not feel comfortable interacting with other shoppers .

Apparently nobody works at this Walmart because they don’t know how to answer the phone. They also don’t know how to give you what you ordered so you have to drive all the way back to town from Chipley to get it when they should have gave it to you the first time. If I could not give a star at all I would. I’ve never disliked a Walmart so much in my life.

I didnt even go in the store, I dropped someone else off. Sometimes I find it to be creepy the way these phones keep tabs on every place we go...

Clean, organized...nice customer service. Loved the audio system that included customers and potential customers ...created service solidarity.

No one ever answers the phone in any department i ever try to call. Its just one big loop. When you explain this to the main phone operator theyre just like, Well sorry. If you would like, you can call back later and waste another 30 mins of your time not being connected. Rediculous. Then if you try to look online to see if something is in stock its never accurate.

Getting the hang of now to start becoming more aware of items in demand for both Covid and now to join the team of lets smash Floridas entire panhandle with trop storms .

It was lackluster to be fair. TBH it was in need of more! More improvement towards environmentally conscientious items. Throughout Wal-Marts here in the Panama City area I would love to see them incorporate a way for consumers to bring in plastics as a way to reduce their carbon footprint.

New policy of no cash or cash back thru automated check out is cause for outrageously long lines at limited staffed registers. Another factor added to the long list of reasons to shop anywhere else.

No complaints. Staff is pretty friendly. Clean.usually fully stocked of all my needs for groceries,etc.

Even though it was a couple of days before Christmas, the store still had stock to choose from at reasonable prices. The store tidy and the cashier very friendly and efficient. The lines were long but thats to be expected at this time of year. The staff was working every register available and still managing to give a smile to customers like me who had to wait until last minute to do their holiday shopping. They could have used more associates on sales floor in electronics and housewares to aid the customers in locating items.

Associate Cager and another Associate in electronics were extremely helpful, polite, attentive, you name it, they were great! I bought a Windows laptop and a Chromebook. It was amazing that they had both computers in stock as well.

Got prescription filled in a timely manner and also used an online coupon that brought My payment to have price..

Clean. The employees are super helpful. They seem to be doing better as having more registers open. Just dont go on a Saturday all the visitors are doing their shopping and it really is a nightmare.

Not enough registers open. They also allow dogs in the store and i am deathly allergic!

Just a typical Walmart. All in one store. Many customers not wearing masks. Would have been 3 stars or more but unfortunately the ratio was more people not wearing masks than wearing masks. I would have liked to have seen management at least informing customers but they turned the other way. Disappointing ☹️!
