Amazing Staff.I have purchased many cars over the years and I can say this was the FIRST time the process was a joy.My first call to the receptionist was friendly and I got a quick call back.John Nicholson called me and was great working with. He made sure we were happy and even called me on his day off to make sure everything was moving forward. He was very much available. When we went to pick up the car, he spent one hour going over ALL the features of the car. Never had this type attention.Veronica in Finance was also great. My car salesman was pretty solid. He was timely got me pictures of the vehicle and even came in on his day off. The finance person however ripped me off with a warranty that did not cover hardly anything on my truck. I ended up trading the truck in 6 months later due to buying a lemon. I cancelled my warranty and they said it takes 6-8 weeks to process and get me my money back. Well its been at least 12 weeks and I cant get any information from the finance department. I then call the GM and of course he is not in to take my call. Do not buy a warranty from here. Do your own research on the vehicle and make sure your Carfax is accurate. The only reason this is not a 1 star is because of the sales person.

We have always enjoyed our experience at this location 😊 Over the years we have purchased all of our vehicles from here 😊 They don’t have high pressure sales people which is a plus .. They always have a huge selection in stock and if they don’t have it here they can get it here 😉 this last car I shopped on line, I didn’t have to test drive bc I traded on similar but when we got there they had it washed fueled and ready to go ( other than paper work etc..) My experience with this dealership is all about Bait and Switch. We arrived at the dealership on Sept. 22, 2021 expecting to see the 11 2021 Highlanders the web site indicated were available (in stock). When we spoke with a salesman he indicated they were all on order. We pointed out the misleading information on the website and he told us they had to put something on-line so people wouldnt think they did not have any stock. He then offered to show us something else, by stating, Is there anything else I can help you with? Very disappointed is an understatement. Mislead and lied to would be a more accurate statement about our feelings.

I have a 2021 Prius and the back seatbelts stop clicking and it took a week to get it for service a week for the part and 11 day to get it to be fixed . Do better it’s a seatbelt
I recently had to have some work done on my Prius and we had to wait on the parts for it. Well it took almost a month to get them in, in the meantime I was given a rental at no charge and was called weekly to just check in and let me know what was going on. Chris Schmidt and Shonta Glass were very helpful and did everything they could to get me taken care of in both the service area and the rental area. Thank you!

I brought my Toyota to this dealership assuming that I would be taken care of being its an actual Toyota dealership. My tire was gettin a little flat but I know it still had a good amount of tread still on it. I came in assuming to just have it patched up at the most if there was any leakage. The employee was very adamant that I needed to buy a tire from them immediately or else I would not be able to safely drive much further with it. He was sounding very suspicious and pushy at this point. It was very uncomfortable.Luckily I was able to check and found there was a Discount Tire down the street and immediately went there after this exchange. I walked in, and the associate was able to see me right away and quickly patched it up for free. He told me that it wasnt much at all and offered to do it for FREE and checked the pressure on all my tires. He was extremely professional and helpful.This place needs to do some quality check on their employees if they want to maintain a strong customer relation. That employee has made this Toyota dealership appear to be a sleazy sketchy auto-shop you see on tv trying to scam for a quick buck.
Austin S. Service Dept. He is always very Professional, the first person to ask can I help you when you come into the service dept. He keeps you updated on your cars repair. Honest. Stan provided fantastic service! Bought a used vehicle recently and it had several areas on the hood, roofline and trunk lid where the paint was flaking off. It was down to bare metal and a couple spots were just starting to rust. I asked to have the paint repaired as a precursor to purchase and Stan was able to get that included at no extra charge. When i brought the car back in a couple days later to get the paint fixed i was only expecting a simple color match primer to keep the spots from rusting. They actually completely redone the metal flake paint and pearlescent clearcoat. It looks like the spots were never there! Highly recommend this dealership. Great customer service.
Usually we shop around for months before replacing a vehicle. Guess PC Toyota had a trick up their sleeve in the form of a 2020 Pathfinder! Couldnt find it cruising the lot window shopping, so I went and asked for help. A nice young gentleman named Drew brought it over to us from another section of the lot. Short and sweet, we fell in love with it, did the paperwork, and are enjoying everything about it. The rest of the process was smooth at PC Toyota too btw.
Very shady business, was given an out the door price, then when it comes to buy it all changed. I was willing and ready to fly across the country to purchase a vehicle and got tossed around on price and never given a real solid number. They shot my credit to 6 different lenders while never taking in to account all the details that we spoke about. Took the lowest credit score they could find and it was 30 points lower than what I was looking at directly on my Fico score, I’m sure Darrell is a nice guy but this is not how I do business, and expected more from a Toyota dealership. I will not and would not do business with people like this. Very very disappointed.
I made an appointment for my car to have the BSM checked and an hour and a half later they have yet to look at my car. There are people running around doing nothing that I can tell. The same people over and over. I think they are just trying to get their exercise because they aren’t doing any work. A waste of my time and my time is as valuable as anyone else’s.
Incredibly poor service department management. They dont have a clue what an appointment means for a service time. They apparently like to load multiple customers on one slot. Arrive around 5 minutes early for service and they tell me they cant get the car in for TWO or THREE hours. Completely unacceptable. An appointment is for the time its made. NOT THREE HOURS LATER PLUS TIME TO COMPLETE. Nothing like being told that AFTER you drive forty minutes to get there and had scheduled it the week before. Thats bull. I dont have enough bad words and venom for situations like this.
I went in to get my Toyota Tacoma’s oil changed and the sales department contacted me wanting me to trade in my truck for a new one.I wasn’t really in the market to trade, but I heard them out. I was very specific letting them know that I wanted a truck with the same trim and features that my current truck has. They ensured me they had one available at another dealership and would have it in inventory by the end of the week. This was the end of October, so they wanted me to rush in and pay a $1000 deposit so the salesman Mark would get credit for the sale at the end of the month.I went in and paid, then waited on the new truck...and waited, a week went by and I hear nothing. So I reach out and was informed that the truck we agreed upon was not available. He then offered me a truck without the features I was specific about wanting, I decline, and he says let him look around some more. He also informed me his manager was searching for another one that would meet my requirements.Another week goes by and no word. I reach out again and this time they say there is nothing available. I respond okay no worries, I’ll just swing by and get my deposit back. They now ask me to give them two more weeks because there is a shipment coming in from Japan with a bunch of inventory available, they will call me at the end of November.December 1 I reach out again and they respond they haven’t seen the list yet, they will have it tomorrow, and will call me first thing in the morning...tomorrow morning comes...nothing, then I reach out again. Once again nothing from Toyota, the next day I reach out again and Mark responds with a text “call me I have one you’d be interested in”. I call, and once again it’s a truck that didn’t have ANY of the features I wanted. He says give him another day, there aren’t any that are available. I search Toyota’s website, I find 37 trucks listed as available that meet my requirements, and 13 that are available by next week. Mark tells me on Friday,” afternoon, they can’t get any of the trucks I’m looking at, because even though Toyota’s website says they will be available, that the Panama City Toyota dealership cannot get them. I say okay I’ll swing by tomorrow to get my money back, (this was on Friday afternoon). Saturday comes and around 9:00 I get a text from Mark saying I can’t get my money back because nobody is there on Saturday...even though he knew my plan the day prior was to go in on Saturday to get the money he waited until Saturday to let me know they can’t do it.So I let Mark know I I’ve lost trust in his word due to all the times he told me he would call me back and didn’t, or all the times he tried to get me to agree to a truck he knew I wouldn’t be happy with. I ask that his manager calls me.I get a call from Garrett within minutes, and explain the situation, and my frustration, admittedly I’m a little heated at this point because I could have come in the day prior if I was told my plan for Saturday wouldn’t work out. I mentioned how I understand that not every dealership is good enough to get the first picks (meaning in sales numbers etc) so I understand, at which point Garret starts defending the Panama City dealership talking about their sales and professionalism...mind you I wasn’t meaning this as an insult, but once he brought up professionalism, I said...well and explained above scenario. It seemed like Garrett was calling more to defend mark and his shadiness rather than to resolve a customer issue, which is a little telling.Hopefully I’ll get my money on Monday, but I must be honest I have my doubts. Needless to say this has been a stressful oil change, and has reinforced that age old stereotype of shady car salesmen.
I went to Toyota with not so good credit and didn’t think I could get anything. But Drew Evans is the man, if you go there ask for him because he will get the job done. I’m driving the best vehicle I’ve ever owned because of him.

Bought our 4th and 5th Toyota trucks today from John Nicholson who won Best of Bay 2018. He is wonderful to work with. They sustained a lot of damage in Hurricane Michael so are not fully operational but making the most of it with trailers and port a potties - working hard as always to help their locals out!

I have purchased 4 Toyotas in the past. 3 have been from this dealership. The prices, people and inventory are excellent. I just traded in my gorgeous black out 4 Runner(2016) for the new 2018 Rav4 Adventure (it was the only one in North Florida) and could not be more happy or satisfied. My salesman, Garret, was down to earth and very personable with zero pressure. Ive been to Toyota dealerships all across the southeast and this one is by far, in my opinion, the Best Toyota Dealership in the South. Also, the new Rav4 is gorgeous and so very functional!! Too many upgrades to list.The service department is also the best Ive ever dealt with. Attention to customer and concerns is a priority with PC Toyota/Scion.Adventure is calling and we must go.

Went to the Toyota dealership to look for a used car. Worked with John Nicholson and enjoyed my time there. I dont usually like going into a dealership because of the pushy salesmen but John was not that way. He listened to my wants and needs and did his best to find a vehicle that met both criteria. I ended up buying a new vehicle and Im very happy with my purchase. John made sure my new car was cleaned up from the lot dust, it was buffed out and any thing I noticed was corrected. He spent time with me showing me how the different controls work. I would recommend him to anyone interested in buying a new or used car. He takes his time with you and really works to find you what you want. Great experience!!
Went there to buy a 4 runner we liked but it was a demo they were trying to sell at full price and had a bunch of stretches and was trashed. I wanted to order a vehicle and they said they would not order me one. I ended up going to another Toyota dealer to get one ordered. I now have a brand new 4 runner to bad I couldn’t do business with The panama city dealer.

After making an online inquiry I received a response within minutes and was able to setup an appointment for the same day. In November of 2018, I purchased a 2019 Toyota Corolla from Panama City Toyota. This was after hurricane Michael hit us in October of 2018 and totaled the car I owned then, which was also bought from Panama City Toyota. After purchasing my brand new Corolla, I noticed scrape marks across the top of the trunk and top of my car. I pointed it out to the service department and was told my car was on the lot during the hurricane and the paint damage was overlooked. I was told to schedule for a new paint job on a Friday when the guy that does their paint jobs was available. I did as they said and dropped my car off for paint on a Friday. When I picked my car back up after hours, the same scrapes were still there and not painted. The next day I called back and told service just to find out the scrapes were not painted and only “buffed out”. Clearly that didn’t work so I had to schedule another Friday for paint. Once again, I dropped the car off and had to pick it up after hours due to my work schedule. Upon picking it up, I noticed the same scrapes were still there. I gave up on having the paint fixed because clearly it wasn’t going to ever get done properly. To this day, the scrapes are still in my paint.The paint problems were just the beginning of several issues I have had with my car. I started noticing that the cruise control and drive assist were not working properly. I actually received a speeding ticket using cruise control. The drive assist causes the whole car to shake while driving. I’m constantly getting notifications pop up on my dash telling me to hold my steering wheel and take breaks during short drives to work. Also, my passenger window never fully closes and whistles while driving at higher speeds.Paying full price for a hurricane damaged car is really upsetting and after I got no where with the service department, I reached out to Mr. Murphy who is the general manager of PCT. I honestly thought he would be able to help and I couldn’t have been more upset after a simple call for help from him turned into an argument. With no actual account info in front of him (he was at home) he told me that I was given a discount due to it being damaged by the hurricane. I did not, I paid full price. He referred me back to the service desk in which “they couldn’t find anything wrong”.I’m very upset and I have never been able to enjoy my brand new car. I’ve given PCT over 2.5 years to make this right and haven’t got anywhere. I don’t want to hear anymore hurricane Michael excuses as to why things were not handled properly, I simply want this addressed properly.** I would also like to include how I was told I had a nail in my tire after receiving an oil change. I was told It was losing air and I needed a new tire. I was given prices for tires but already leery of the shady ethics of PCT, I passed and had someone else look at it. Come to find out it was all a lie and the service department simply trying to get me to purchase a new tire. On my next service appointment after that, all of my tires were in the green range. That’s interesting considering I never changed the tire I was told was losing air due to a nail 🤔🤔🤔. Shady shady…. 🤦🏼♀️P.s. The new cafe area is nice.

Im from out of town and was on vacation and noticed my right head light was out. Called Toyota in PCB and headed right over to them. They took my car, fixed the headlight in great time, as well as took it through their car wash for me, and had me back on my way to the beach in no time! Staff was awesome! Everyone was so friendly! Definitely exceeded my expectations!
I couldn’t ask for a better experience than I had with everyone at PC Toyota. My salesperson, Gary was wonderful and did not “Sale” me anything. He simply assisted me in buying a car by answering questions about a few cars I was interested in. The finance man made the buying process a breeze. I love my new 2021 Highlander. I have never dealt with a rude person at this dealership until Saturday 17th of October 2020. Dylan started off nice but took a turn to be overly rude about my 2014 Toyota. Complaining about bug damage and a minor scratch. He got even worse when I refused his first deal and got up to leave. We had discussed about what I would pay and I was upfront about it. Then he further insulted me insisting the vehicle had had 2 owners which it didnt. My husband purchased it for me in Georgia and when we moved to Florida I titled it in my name. He harshly said to me he wasnt making any money on this deal compared my vehicle to a fleet vehicle and told me it was going to Auction. Well Dylan grow up! If you cant handle hard negotiations get a new job! I will never buy from you again! Thank goodness Chris is my service guy and I wont have to deal with your miserable attitude anymore.
PC Toyota Service and Parts department was incredibly professional, helpful and knowledgeable. Overall great customer service! I took my 21 4Runner in for a suspension lift install and am so happy I chose PC Toyota over other dealers. Josh, in parts, had great communication with me prior to setting up the appointment and was flexible when I needed to change dates. Austin did a great job keeping me updated and Eric did a great job on the install and took the time to text me pics of the progress to keep me informed. I WISH I bought my 4Runner from them to give them the business over FWB Toyota which provided sub par customer service. I was willing to drive from Destin to PC to have the work done because their communication was great and the quote for the work was substantially less than other locations. I will definitely be bringing my 4R back to them for any work .It also helps that they have a rad collection of classic Landcruisers on the floor.
Great service!!! The coffee bar is what I’m here to talk about today! The grand opening is today and it’s so good!!! The price of Starbucks, along with the quality of Starbucks! Their coffee is so good!!! Especially the iced mocha!!!! Super delicious! Their muffins are off the Chang!!!

I live 10 hours away and drove here to purchase a car and trade in mine. The dealer gave me top dollar and the deal was under way within a day of them responding to my inquiry. Rusty and Kevin made this happen so quickly and easily I still cant believe it. I spent less than 30 minutes between showing up, paperwork and driving off. I gave this dealership one star only because it was necessary to post a comment. Panama City Toyota charged me $125 to diagnose the engine warning lights on my 2007 Toyota Tundra. They put the vehicle on a lift and noticed it was dripping oil. The diagnosis was that the engine had blow by of oil because the engine was worn out and I needed to replace the engine at a cost of over $6,000. The expert Toyota mechanics at this dealership could not turn off the engine warning lights. I am not a mechanic, but decided to look the engine over myself before I junked the truck at 164,000 miles. I discovered the PCV valve was completely clogged and oil was being blown into the air filter. I replaced the PCV valve and hose, the air filter and the spark plugs at a cost of less than $75. The truck ran great, and a competent mechanic turned off the warning lights. That was over 5,000 miles ago and the engine still runs great and uses no oil. I did not return to the dealership for a refund because there is no possible acceptable reason for their diagnosis, and I was afraid what I might do if I ever darkened their door again.

Very satisfied with the work I had done on my Toyota Sienna. In town on vacation and my water pump went out. Local mom and pop dealership quoted 1200 while Toyota charged $900 after tax with an oil change and tire rotation.
John Nicholson was superb from start to finish! Provided efficient and enjoyable service. We bought a car as a surprise for our daughter’s 16th birthday and John participated in the surprise by driving the car to our house on a Saturday morning complete with birthday card in hand. A great guy.

They told me that i needed certain parts to fix my ac. I asked are you sure that it will fix it. He said i have the best ac guy working on it, and that hes been there for about 30 years. It cost me about $1200.00 to get the ac fixed. I get the car back and the ac works for an hour and a half and starts doing the same thing that it was doing before and stops working again. So I take it back and they tell me it is going to cost me another $2200.00 to get the air compressor replaced which is what we tried to tell them about to begin with. They wouldnt listen. They took what we had the first time and guaranteed that our ac was properly working. Now they are wanting this additional money that we dont have to fix what should have been fixed to begin with.

I was looking to purchase a new pick-up truck when my best friend recommended I visit the local Toyota dealer and talk with John Nicholson II. She drives a 4-Runner and is very happy with it, and can never tell me enough about the great car service she receives when she takes it in for scheduled maintenance. So, I called and made an appointment. She then accompanied me the the dealer, where I met and spoke with John. He was very pleasant and polite. He asked me what I was looking for, and I told him I wasnt sure because of my limited knowledge of Toyota vehicles, plus I had never owned one. I wasnt even sure what model or type I wanted. John then asked me several questions which he jotted down on a notepad. He then brought over a colored brochure showing different models of Toyota Tacoma pick-up trucks. John then patiently explained each models interior and exterior features as I followed along in the brochure. Within a short period of time, and many questions from me, we were able to narrow down a specific model vehicle which became the best choice that would best fulfill my personal needs. I was ecstatic to say the least. John asked me if I wanted to think about it, and I said yes. So, I made another appointment with John to come back and go over the numbers which we did. And the rest is history. We did all the necessary paperwork which turned out to be a breeze (thanks to you too, Troy). John handed me the keys and I took possession of my new and best-selling vehicle ever, the Toyota Tacoma. I must say this. John is a top notch salesman. He spent time with me answering all my questions. I felt no stress or pressure to buy. He didnt try to sell me a vehicle I didnt want or couldnt use. It was the perfect truck for me. Everyone of the staff I met or spoke to was very friendly and polite. John also showed me where the service and parts departments were located. He also completely went over the trucks interior/exterior while inspecting it outside. Overall, a truly great and enjoyable experience. Thank you, John, for taking the time. God bless!
I usually dont look forward to negotiating with car dealers. So I was understandably cautious when I went to Panama City Toyota to purchase a vehicle. However I was pleasantly surprised once I met Associate Sales Manager James Wynn! He showed me the truck I was interested in and at no time did I feel like I was being pushed into buying it. He wanted me to be positive this was the vehicle that I wanted and he worked with me on obtaining what I thought was a very good deal. I drove away very happy and I would recommend Panama City Toyota and James to anyone who is in the market for a vehicle. I felt like I made a friend and I will definitely be back. We take our two Lexus vehicles here out of preference to the competent service we rely on. That said, Toyota and Lexus are closely related. The service was always good. The staff is professional. We did find damage to our cars windshield soon after a complete brake replacement and door re-program. Things can and do happen. Neither one of us could explain how the scratch occurred given the type of repair performed. Panama City Toyota agreed to replace the windshield. We would not take advantage of a dealership; although they do not know us. Given the questionable circumstances, they could have decided otherwise. These are the times that determine true character. We humbly appreciate their decision to give the benefit of the doubt to the customer when all is said and done. It takes a reputable dealership to do that. We continue to take our vehicles here for great professional service. As demonstrated, they truly stand behind their customers.
I came in to get my 10,000 mile servicing and they were very quick and efficient! They only took 30 minutes so I was pleasantly surprised

Absolutely terrible salesmen. Sean and Ken should be retrained or fired. $36k for a access cab tacoma on the lot over 100 days, not even 4x4! Jesus. Made a reasonable offer of 31-32K and they both laughed! Guess Ill get the off road or 4x4 with my local dealers when they come back in stock.Edit in response to manager(hr): you have full record, go ask Sean and Ken (who should be retrained or fired since they lost the info).

I had a great experience at Panama city Toyota. I got the oil changed and my tires rotated. I drive a 2014 Tundra with the 4.0 V6 engine. Alex was my advisor he was a big help he explained the repairs that I need to have done to keep my truck running like new.

I have been to quite a few dealerships and service departments for various vehicles I have owned but Panama City Toyota is the first dealership and Service Department that was an enjoyment being there. No one was there trying to sell you something else that you didnt want or need. They were there to make sure your vehicle was functioning correctly. Never had to keep bringing my vehicle back for the same problem as with other dealerships.As you can tell, I have nothing but good to say about these guys.
As always, Panama City Toyota has the best staff! I had to come in for an oil change & tire rotation and my service advisor..Patrick Tansey was eager to help with a smile on his face! He made sure that my tire didn’t have a nail in it & also took my car through their car wash as requested after my car was serviced! With a new baby, it was nice that he informed me of the wait time so that I could have a good idea of how my day would play out! I highly recommend Panama City Toyota 😊
They got me in the shop immediately to try to diagnose a check engine light, quoting a price of $60. After a couple or 3 hours, they hadnt determined the exact cause. I wanted to leave, and expected that they would charge me for 3 hours, but there was no charge. The check engine light has not reappeared, either.

In the past 15 months, Ive had two significant issues with my 2016 Tundra the required a visit to the service department. In both cases I was very pleased with the outcome and treated with courtesy and respect. Likewise the technicians did terrific work, saved the bad parts for my review, and gave me a good product in return. Although I had some culpability in the cause of the most recent issue, it was resolved without any finger pointing. Chad Milner is a rock star and his customer service skills are exemplary.
