New to using these guys. Ive been in the area for 6 years and they have stayed open even through Hurricane Michael. I go by reputation and hadnt heard anything bad. I recently got a new used car, they worked with me on my down payment. And had a few issues with he engine light and another issue they have resolved that as they have a 30 day warranty for any issues that come about when you first purchase. Thats cool. But anything outside of that is your responsibility. I like the fact they stand up for their reputation. Good people who work there so far I havent had any issues. They seem very kind and understanding.

Kyle and the rest of the staff are cool as cucumbers. Hassle free, no pressure and super EASY. I had spoke to Kyle a long time ago and never made it in. I finally stopped in and I am so glad I did. They treat you with respect and from everything the one guy told me, just communicate with them if you get in a pinch. People who talk down about BHAP probably didnt make the payment they committed to. I also like the fact they dont let you get in over your head like other dealerships and the minivan I bought is mint, bumper to bumper, underneath and under the hood. I will definitely be buying another vehicle from them once this one is paid for. If you are having problems with credit (hey it happens) this is the place to go hands down. I had no issues great place to buy a car and Im building my credit up finally

7 months ago I put down $4,500 for a 2005 ford expedition. Been paying $230 a month payment. Had too take it back in first 30 days too get it fixed for shaking. 2 weeks later it was doing the same thing. Was told I had to pay to have it looked at. The shaking stopped and didnt happen anymore. 3 days ago it started not going over 30mph at would hardly drive. Brought it to them for them to tell me that I owe $6,561 too put a whole new engine in. They ripped me off and took advantage of me and I wouldnt recommend them too anybody in this world.

WOW, Amazing, Phenomenal! Looking for a vehicle; I have always hated this experience so there was a knot in my stomach and anxiety through the roof and this was not something I was looking forward to doing. For the last two months I have been searching and inquiring about vehicles, even though I would talk to one or two people NO ONE took interest. I can tell you from being in the people business IT MATTERS how you make people feel! I put in an application in the morning and by 5 o’clock I was driving home in my SUV. Fred called me, introduced himself letting me know he needed more information and said he would call me back. Well of course with my last few experiences I’m thinking “yeah right”. Well I was wrong, I called Fred back, he then called me back, (this within an hour of time) I was at the dealership at 3pm and at 5 when they were locking up they handed me my keys. Fred was busy when I first arrived so Candice began showing me the lot. She was funny, kind and welcoming. Fred arrived soon after and we had fun trying to find the right fit! I have purchased two vehicles from this company in the past. Everyone was good workers, knowledgeable, etc. I wanted to purchase my 3rd vehicle from them. I had one worker tell me that with me comming back I would get a nice vehicle. I applied for my only vehicle that I wanted and was told I was approved. I get down there already lose two hundred dollars to take off work early, and told that I was approved for a vehicle I didn’t even apply for and wasted all of my time. I will NEVER recommend anyone to this place again. Cash in hand and all they did was waste my time. I myself have purchased 2 vehicles, my father has purchased a vehicle and I recommended someone who also bought a vehicle from them. But never again will I recommend them. I would rather drive to Georgia.

I understand that this is a buy here pay here, USED car dealer ship. However when I am informed that the vehicle I am purchasing has been looked over by their mechanics, I assume that means that they checked that EVERYTHING is in working condition. I noticed that my vehicle had started making a popping sound when I turned the wheel. I understood I was out of the 30 day warranty, so I took it to a Tuffys Auto, only to be told that the tie rod ends need replaced, the rack and pinions need replaced, and it needs a new radiator. NONE of these problems could have been caused by me in the THREE months that I have had this vehicle, these were preexisting conditions. I called Bubba Hill, spoke to a service tech. Was told to take it to PCR Automotive. I took it there, they confirmed the same thing. I was being quoted between $2,00-3,00 dollars to repair these things.Bubba Hill WAS nice enough to come tow my vehicle to their shop and have their mechanics look at it, however when I asked if they could work with me on these problems because of the fact that these are preexisting conditions. I was told no. I asked why and explained that before purchasing this vehicle I asked if the vehicle had been looked over to make sure everything was in working order and safe. The service tech told me Yes, all we do is LOOK at the vehicle. If its not leaking right then and there we dont touch it. So now I am stuck paying almost $7,000 dollars for a vehicle as well as throwing in an extra almost $2,000 to repair it. I could have understood if it was general maintenance that needed repaired, i.d Spark plugs, fluids changed, brake pads, even rotors. I could understand if in a YEAR the radiator, rack and pinion, and tie rod ends needed to be replaced. However I am extremely disappointed in the service that I was given about these problems and the fact that I am having these problems on THREE months of owning the vehicle.

Wonderful sales team. I test drove so many card until I made my decision. I had issues with insurance companies considering I was changing states and they were with me through the whole battle. They provided me with an insurance company and even let me use their credit card to make the down payment and I reimbursed with cash. They really do everything they can to make sure you are happy with your purchase and jump through hoops to make sure you leave with your car that day.

They arent about selling trash vehicles, what you find here are very clean well maintained cars and trucks. You will pay for what you get but absolutely worth it. You would be hard pressed to find anything wrong with anything on the lot, repairs have been made and paint has been sprayed if its needed. You can expect several years of just oil changes out of the vehicles here. I have purchased several through the years and am always very happy. Would recommend to anyone not buying new.

I bought a car from this business 3 years ago with over 100 thousand miles on it and I still have the car and I must say they were very good people to work with! Kind and courteous and were very understanding when something went wrong with the car and I had to fix it, they were willing to work with me on my payment to make up for the price of what I spent to fix whatever was wrong! As most of us know, the used car business can be shady to say the least. I heard that they were fair and honest and were a buy here, pay here. I almost laughed out loud, but after buying my second vehicle from them in 2 1/2 years I have eaten my words. I would not consider buying a used vehicle elsewhere. They DO have a good reputation and they want to keep it. I highly recommend them. The ONLY reason they got 4 stars and not 5 is probably my own hard headedness after being offended by the service Dept. Not that they didnt do their job, because they did. It was because of a sharp tongue and poor customer skills. Maybe he was having a bad day as all of us are prone to have.

I owe them an apology. I bought a truck from them and the transmission went bad. They gave me a year warranty on it. That was awesome. Its not there fault that Bills transmission cant fix it after 5 tries. A new transmission man would be in order for them.
