We come here all the time to pick up materials for the drywall and construction business. The lady behind the counter has a great sense of humor and she is very helpful. The prices are reasonable and I love it that the guys will load up the car for you. We have come here hundreds of times and have never had a bad experience.

Great customer service! We are rebuilding from Hurricane Michael and have had many many frustrating experiences with the whole process. Rosen Materials in Panama City is a gem in this chaos.My second stop at getting a drywall quote was Rosen. Within minutes of talking with Joy, the office manager, I knew I was dealing with competence. I also knew that even if I found another place that could save a few dollars it would not be worth it.So the drywall arrived today. We needed half of it stacked up inside the house and the other half in the garage. Due to the layout of our house it took a lot of work to get the drywall in the house. The two delivery men, Clayton and Colton, proceeded to work hard to get the drywall placed properly; all with a great attitude. They worked hard through the whole process and never complained. I tried to give them a tip for the awesome work which day vehemently refused. These two guys have a great work ethic and are an asset to their company.I will use and recommend Rosen materials without question in the future.

The receptionist Joy was exceptional and went above and beyond to find the materials I needed to match my existing roof. I was a pleasure doing business with them.

A great place for the price to get drywall or sheetrock what ever you call it some of the insulation is harder to get but every time you let your guard down you end up loading your own sheetrock/drywall cause apparently they dont care you picking it up for a job so y you still have to stock the job before you can hang it you cant leave it on trailer and use it ad you install it would be nice for them to load it without wanting help people already spend to much time getting it why dont they just load it and let you go the hangers have to unload and stock then hang they could at least.load we loose time and money by picking it up for customers instead of waiting for it to be delivered its their job to give us what l we buy

Nice staff, but systems for checking out are very slow especially 1st thing in the morning. There is only one check out and salesperson in office at 7 a.m. to handle a tremendous amount of business.

Theyve got what you need. Just look out for the kid with the glasses....especially if hes behind the wheel of a forklift.
