The owner is very kind and quick to help customers. The phone was ringing and he had me and 2 other customers in the store, but managed to handle it all very well. Love that this local store has been around so long!

We moved to Panama City, FL in January and new immediately that we wanted a hot tub. There are 2 local spa companies so we visited both. One was nice but super expensive. The other, Tropical Pool and Spas, was not as fancy but way more pleasant to deal with. I did a lot of research online regarding the 2 types of spas that each had and Nordic was way more affordable and a very durable spa!Today, the hot tub was delivered by Logan and Thomas. They were very friendly, fast, and knowledgeable! Less than 2 hours from start to finish!Thanks guys! We are happy campers right now!

We have used them to clean the pool weekly. We pay monthly. They never show up on time or the day they are supposed to. Some weeks not even at all, while still charging full price. Calling the office to respectfully resolve the issue is met with a rude responses.

We bought our house complete with a 14 swim spa from Tropical Spa and Pools. I tried at first to maintain it myself but it became clear I needed a professional to take care it. I contacted Tropical and started weekly service. Mark comes out weekly and keeps my water fresh and clean and always ready to use! Mark has gone above and beyond for me on several occasions. I highly recommend this company from the sales to the maintenance!

We bought a Nordic hot tub from Tropical Spas & Pools. Logan and Chris did a terrific job installing it and showing us how to operate it. I purchased a Nordic Spa from T S & P a few years ago and recently had trouble with it heating properly. Chris came to take a look the following day & it took several visits before the problem was corrected. I was very impressed how Chris and Garrett were so dedicated to getting the problem resolved. I just don’t see that kind of diligence out of to many companies anymore. I could not have been happier with the way this problem was resolved, plus the parts were under warranty and there was no charges.Chris was truly amazing and I am so glad I purchased my spa from Tropical Spas and Pools in Panama City!!!

My wife and I went in looking for a hot tub after going to the competition down the road. We quickly realized tropical had better products at a more competitive price. Also, all their hot tubs are made in the USA which was a big plus for us. Definitely go here for all your hot tub needs!

I highly recommend Mark and Logan if you are in search of a quality hot tub at a reasonable price. A comparable hot tub in Tallahassee was twice the price that we paid in PC. Absolutely lovely customer service and experience! Hot tub was delivered exactly on time when promised. Chris, was very attentive to installation process. He made sure that the cover lift and hot tub are perfectly leveled. He double-checked all measurements and screws at least 3 times! I was given a large sample pack of ALL needed chemicals and testing strips. In addition, Chris explained every step of checking water for all chemicals and than demonstrated every testing with balancing right in front of me and let me record the explanation how to do it. I was impressed how patient he was about millions of my questions. Furthermore, he repeatedly emphasized that if I have any questions about maintenance or buffering the pool water, I should not hesitate to call and come by the store and ask for help at no charge. Mark is a terrific guy. We felt like family going in and he was extremely knowledgeable about his business. Would recommend this place for sure. Unfortunately the installers are unreliable but Mark made every attempt to make it right. We appreciate him greatly.

After 5 years, FIVE years, of dealing with a pool leak that was unable to be fixed by 4 other pool companies, Tropical Spas and Pools found and fixed the problem! They are so responsive and kind! I cannot recommend them enough!! Worth every cent!!!

Mark the owner and Chris manager-installer(Marks son)were friendly and anwered all our questions. The first time there we just looked...i had no idea my husband was serious about buying one. The first two places you come to on that street we stopped and those businesses could have cared less and ingored us. Mark and Chris are true gentleman and businessmen. We bought one the next time we went in....WE LOVE IT. We had so much fun with Chris and his partner when they installed for us. Very precise with everything!

My experience with them has been negative. The guy installing my pool made a mess of it. we were installing an above ground in ground and he was suppose to dig out and install pool. He never finished digging it out and my husband had to finish. He came back to put the pool in and still charged us the same amount. Ive called 2 times to get someone out to look at my pool pump because its not priming and they have yet to get someone out to fix it. Very disappointed with the service.

Love the small town atmosphere,very friendly staff, was hoping to buy a catfish vacuum for the pool but went home with something else. He said he had ordered 20 but they werent able to get them in? Not sure if the coronavirus had something to do with that or what. We also bought a longhandle bug catcher and net. Just a reminder that we have to support our smaller businesses. If anybody needs help to keep their pool crystal clear and clean go and see Mark at Tropical Spas & Pools. Great customer service, he will answer all your questions and make recommendations what chemicals to use and how to use them. We made the mistake and started of with the good old Walmart products which didnt do the trick. Lesson learned just go to the specialist in the first place.

This place is great!! We initially went in for a pool table. That arrived quickly and better than imagined, quality product at very competitive price. We also discovered the great home saunas that they offer. It is amazing! Chris delivered and installed in a snap. Then we upgraded our pool heater, which was also delivered and installed with ease. I bought my 24 pool from Tropical and absolutely love it! My family has really enjoyed it my only regret is I didnt get it sooner, my boys (8) and (10) love it. Tropical spas and pools is a family run business and excellent to work with. My next purchase is Nordic hot tub to replace the Hot springs 4 seat one I have now. You cant beat their prices/quality on the hot tubs.

I have and older hot tub that had quit working. Stopped by Tropical Spas one day and talked to Mark the owner. He diagnosed my problem, had the new service pack that I needed in stock and gave me a great price. I installed the service pack myself and when I had a issue with it, he sent Logan out that afternoon to fix it. Great people to do business with. Fair and honest with unmatched customer service!

I had a fantastic experience with Tropical Spas & Pools. I was thinking about getting a hot tub, went in and Mark very patiently answered all my questions and showed me different options. I purchased my hot tub on a Wednesday and they were able to squeeze in my installation on Saturday. It proved to be a more difficult installation than anticipated because of the old hot tub they were removing and they worked so hard to get the job done.I would absolutely recommend Tropical Spas & Pools. My wife and I recently purchased a pool for our home. Couldn’t have had a better experience with Tropical. We opted for the automated system for our new pool and LOVE IT!! It was worth every penny.

Several years back I purchased a hot tub from these folks. Every year I had to replace the circulation pump at a cost I thought was very high for such a small and obviously not very well made pump. I didnt know how much these people gouge their customers until I needed to replace the heating element. They charged $383 for a part easily available on-line from several sources for $197! When I discovered their over pricing and tried to return the unit the very next day, they refused to take it back. I also offered to pay $200 for the unit and move forward, but they refused that offer and still would not take the unit back for a full refund. This is NOT a business with whom you want to be dealing. They place no value on customers other than as sheep for fleecing! I would give them zero stars, but I had to select at least one star in order to post a review. This is a perfect example of a Buyer Beware business. You are forewarned!Read their response! What a bunch of liars! My part came in and is a factory new, not refurbished, part. I offered these folks $200 and they said they would sue me! When the product was returned they called the sheriffs office claiming they were afraid of the package as it might be dangerous! Yet had already opened it to determine what it was and from whom. They had already been sent a letter telling them it was coming back! Ill say it again! Buyer beware at this business. They are vindictive and not nice people with whom you want a relationship. As I tell others about this experience, I hear feedback that Im not the only one to whom they have over priced items. The product I got online was NOT a refurbished part like they claim. When the credit card company challenged their charge because the item WAS returned, they re-submitted the charge! If this the kind of customer service you want to deal with then go ahead and do business with them. There was another complain about how they lied to a customer, but it seems that has since been removed from the website. Im sure they figure a way to delete my complain as well.

The owner Mark and his son Chris are very knowledgable about spas!! Since they are a smaller business, they have a great relationship with the spa companies. The one thing you will get here that you wont get at the corporate shops is a feeling that you are now part of their family and they stand behind everything they sell and they say! To me, the added perk is knowing Mark and Chris are only a phone call away! We will go back for accessories, suggestions and service! Great products, great service and excellent prices!!! Lets set the stage, its pouring rain (Florida style) my yard has a very narrow access (serious understatement here), no crane access, (can you say TREES!!!!) these guys performed some serious maneuver magic and delivered my new swim spa (all while soaking wet). Customer service has been top notch from purchase to delivery. Chris and Nate you rule!

Mark and Chris both went out of their way to assist me with a used spa I found and started. They helped me every step of the way coaching me how to safely move it, place it, set it up, and balance the chemicals. When the pump was found to be bad, they even helped me re-work some of the plumbing to get the new pump working. Can’t ask for better customer service especially considering I didn’t even buy the spa from them. I’ll definitely buy my chemicals and anything else I need from them and them alone. 10* rating on a scale of 1-5!!!

Steven McEntire has out done himself on our pool. We are in Mexico Beach. The entire pool system was flooded out. We also had storm debris and several inches of mud. Their pricing was well below everyone else, and was complete in a very shorr time. Mark has been great to deal with also. I will definitely continue to use them for our pool needs.

From the moment I called and spoke to Mark, the owner I knew this was a different type of spa company. Mark answered all my questions with patience and understanding and didnt rush me to make a purchase. We chose the Aspen spa because it has a 5 year warranty on parts and labor. Chris and Steven come and installed it on a rainy day. They didnt complain about the weather and were the most pleasant. We just took breaks inside when the rain came down super strong. Steven heard my concerns about an issue I am having with my pool backwash damaging my yard and eagerly looked into a solution to solve it. Ive never seen an employee so interested in solving someone elses problem as Steven was. It is something that we will be able to have Steven address and repair once the weather stops raining so much. I highly recommend Tropical Spas & Pools in Panama City. My husband and I had no knowledge of hot tubs before walking into Tropical Spas and Pools. Chris was VERY helpful and informative. He took his time and showed us all they had to offer and helped us decide what would be perfect for us. The tub came as soon as they said. We were having a patio paved for the hot tub which was delayed and TS&P kept our hot tub in their warehouse until we were ready to have it delivered. They even delivered on Saturday, just in time for Christmas! Chris and Garrett were very accommodating with our schedule and even installed as the last of the pavers were being layed. A+++++!!!
