I like jo Anne fabrics and I do find things that I use for my art projects. However they are expensive.. they have sales all the time but unless you are getting more than 40% you arent saving anything and sometimes 50% is still a stretch. But when get a sweet deal its pretty darn good and I do love the seasonal items they carry.

Came over to get some materials to build some new beds for new puppies that are coming home soon in a couple weeks....they turned out nice

Never fails that staff is rude and condescending. Prices have skyrocketed so that even coupons and sales arent worth it. $149 retail for a throw pillow, for instance.

I love buy in joann fabric, but my lest experience is very bad to buy online in joann app.they take 4 time payments to the same purchase,and make my bank account a mass,I m very absset about that,because I have another bills to came,and I call and they say when I gave the item, they came back the moneyto my account, these is so wrong, they need fix these problems in the app,I never buy online again

Terrible experience. My wife and I were looking for some fabric to reupholster a couple of cushions. They had a good selection but didnt have anyone working who would sell us what we picked out!!! First, if Im in the business of selling ANYTHING, I have enough people working to take care of the customers who want to buy whatever Im selling. There were 2 people working in the store and the lines to check out and to measure the dry goods were painfully slow. After waiting a seemingly interminable length of time in line, the person should have been able to sell us a few yards of fabric could not get a code to scan. And apparently there was no one else who could help. So the material sits there until maybe we come back... Or maybe we just dont.

Really clean store and very well stocked. I did not find what I was looking for, but the selections were terrific.

Sale! Sale! Sale! And the sale is on just the product I have been looking for: Kona Cotton. The problem with the sale is there were only about 12 bolts of fabric in Kona Cotton, none in the colors I wish to purchase, and of the hundreds of colors available, no color chart is available in the store so a correct order can be placed! The cutting table attendant suggested I order my own color chart and order my fabric elsewhere like she does. I decided to speak to the manager, but after 4 times knocking on his office door with no response (He was in his office. I could hear him.), I finally spoke to a lead employee. She informed me all sales are set by corporate. She also told me adding a color chart to the store would have to be approved by corporate, too. She also said that overseas shipments are taking longer to get.Thanks, Joannes. And a special thank you for corporate Joannes and their intelligent sales on unavailable merchandise.

Too expensive but I love the store

The cashier was very friendly and the store was very well organized.

Though the store was well kept and clean, the customer service was lacking. I brought up a price match to Michaels, and the manager said they couldnt do it, which she explained everything and I understood. But the problem was they were encouraging me to go to Michaels and that the money I was trying to save would just go towards gas and that they just work there so they didnt care.6/10.

Quick trip... Red heart yarn was what i went in there for. To find out the yarn was on sale.. Cheaper than walmart! 😆( no waiting in line). I love Joanne they always have everything I need and a lot of things I dont need but end up buying anyway. The only drawback to this store is they usually have one cashier and the line can get rather lengthy

Im sure Joanns help their customers with coupons. I had a coupon code that said available for use at register. A woman mid older black long hair cashier was ugly about helping with a 20% coupon on 23rd st in Panama City. Its OK I paid for my items anyways but still customers service in my opinion is helping the customer !!!

My friend and I were getting fabrics for Christmas crafts recently and this one employee went above and beyond to be helpful and gave great advice. I will drive out to PCB anytime I need any fabric or craft items because of her friendliness... I live in Santa Rosa Beach.

Love this store!The lady that helped me with my fabric was very patient helping me figure out what I needed for my project. She was also personable and funny! I think her name was Tina? Dark hair and glasses... She’s awesome!Multiple people on staff offered me help throughout the store. I guess I look like I need it with my two little ones in tow 🤣 Becky went above and beyond to help me correct a mistake I made at checkout. I can not say enough good things about the staff here!

Joanns Fabrics is a great store with a huge selection of items for sewing crafts and just about anything else you could think of. My one warning would be that you have a shopping list ready and stick to the list otherwise you can easily get distracted and end up spending much more time and purchasing much more than was originally intended. :-)

Clerk had a nasty little attitude over a simple question of material offerings, only to be misinformed on carrying the material to begin with

I had a mixed experience. The lady at the register was very pleasant. Another lady in fabric was less than helpful. She kept looking at her watch and then told me where to put fabric back at. Another lady took the bolt and put it away. Usually the staff are very friendly.

When I couldnt find what I was looking for in store, the staff led me to the website and I found what I needed and more. An added bonus was the discount coupons and curbside pick up.

The store is super clean. They are stocked pretty good. The win I needed help it took quite a while for someone to do it then they had to ask for extra help and then the extra help that they asked for had an attitude. Maybe some PR classes would do the trick. Other than that loved it

This is my favorite place to shop. They have everything I need (except needle felting supplies, why). I love shopping with their weekly add and catering my craft projects to what’s on sale. As a painter, gardener, knitter, seamstress, jewler, and baker I have a one stop shop of ever changing resources in Jo-Ann’s. Their people are helpful and friendly too.

Great place to get ideas they have a wide range of fabrics and Notions their staff is very helpful there are many choices for stabilizers for fabrics for scissors for needles for the machine even sell some machines there are other little knick-knacks around that have a good craft session section and they have coupons all the time they will also accept competitors coupons as well you just have to show them at the counter I love Joann Fabrics thats why I gave him a 5-star rating.

Horribly out of stock but I guess all the out of job people are crafting?

One of my absolute favorite stores I frequent at least three times a week but here lately the customer service has been seriously terrible & nothing seems to be in stock. Especially when theyre having super great sales {buy two, get two free} so we cant even benefit from it. They dont even offer rain checks like many other stores do.

Fair Black Friday experience in store. Shelves were stocked and store was clean. Parking was an issue as Home Depot was taking up space for their carts and equipment that should have been in front of their store. There were also alot of men sitting on buckets in joanns lot space (waiting for work). They had all their cars there which made parking unpleasant. Inside there were only 2 cashiers so wait was horrible. People were setting things down and leaving.

They have a good selection and great deals, but remain understaffed, unfortunately. Even so, I would recommend it and will likely return.

Went there yesterday and they had senior discounts... was told the only way to get the discount was to be sent the coupon personally to your email... I bought over 500.00 worth of things their last Christmas. I will not be back... cashier was very rude and didnt want to help in any way...

Horrible store! I first waited almost an hour to get 1 yard cut while the employee cut several 2 and 4 yards of fabric. No call for any assistance. Then was told that I could not use my 60% off the regular price of one item because it was on sale at 40% off. I told her I wanted to use the 60 not both 60 and 30. She said if its on sale you cant choose not to take the sale price. So I have a 60^ off coupon that expires tomorrow but everything in the store is on sale so the coupon cant be used!

Doesnt have a very large selection of Christmas items. Many things werent priced. We gave up and left.

Got in & got I need it was quick and easy

Had a question about the return policy on cricket items. My wife and I frequently visit our local Joann’s even though they are clearly overpriced. However today Cindy at the register was extremely rude. Wouldn’t even allow us to finish speaking before rudely interrupting us. But extremely polite to the Caucasian couple that came behind us. I really hope this blatant act of racism is not becoming the norm for the Joann’s culture.

Love using their coupons. I crochet and make things with vinyl so Im always looking for deals. Their staff isnt so friendly so dont expect a smile or good attitude if you need help. Most of the employees are grumpy old ladies that wish they were retired. Well, thats just my opinion.

I have not shopped here in a minute and was discouraged to find out there are no coupons UNLESS you install the app. Not that I couldnt download the application, it used to be at the website. Of course, I put back everything except what I really needed, which was one crochet hook.
