Had a great experience here. We had printed double-sided menus for our tables at Bistro Maxine and sent over files that were slightly misaligned. We didn’t realize the format was off until we got there.The staff Veronica and Coy were extremely understanding, and not only fixed the alignment of the files to be the right format but also re-printed them, free of charge. Thank you all so much!

Great experience! The manager, Gordon, was so nice and extremely helpful. He gave us great options, helped us reinforce our packages, and went out of his way so we had a smooth shipping experience. We had close to 400lbs of shipment and he made it easy! Amazing and dedicated staff! Highly recommend!!!

Avoid at all costs.Staff is very unprofessional, and prefer to send you away to other shipping centers before helping you.They lock their doors during Business hours without placing a sign of when they will open again. People inside see you trying to come in and do nothing to notify of unexpected hour changes.Terrible service.

This place is better than your average Print & Ship center. Yes, dont expect Rocket Scientist employees and theyre usually understaffed. But beyond that, Ive never had a bad experience at this place. First, theres plenty of machines and printing options. You can do self-service (and self-checkout) or give an order at the counter. If you just need a quick scan/print job, the ability to self-serve and pay in the machine is a breeze. Plus they have all the stuff like paper cutting tools, pens, paper clips etc. and they sell a large variety of office supplies.

I was just here and watched the fed ex employee refuse to take a package from a customer THAT HAD BEEN SHIPPED TO HIM BY FED EX unless he bought additional filler for $3.99. THis is after the guy had been waiting for a good deal of time. Then the same employee tells me That a 20+ dollar box is *required* to ship my laptop only to have his colleague, who arrived after, tell me it’s recommended. I just left. These guys are doing everything to make your life harder and your wallet lighter while wasting your time.

This FedEx Office has a Assistant Manager called Harry who is extremely helpful and service oriented. Kudos to him to helping me out. He was great. That is why this place is getting 2 stars from me. If I had only dealt with the person I am about to describe, the ranking would be negative!There is another gentleman (whose name tag I couldn’t see) who is bald & an unhelpful demeanor (sorry for using physical characteristics, but I don’t know his name). I think he may be another manager there. He was rude & asked me to get out of the office because I inquired as to why he couldn’t help me ship boxes despite being manager.I would have fired this guy on the spot if he had been working for me (I have run global organizations with hundreds of people). Uncouth, uncivil, and with zero client service orientation. If I get around to it one of these days, I will take his photo & name and write a strong note to his supervisors and hope they can fire him or send him to the Fedex office in the Easter Islands or somewhere equally far of from Palo Alto

The office equipment is top-notch, but the service is slow. Place is severely understaffed, I think.If youre looking for good quality printing at 50% the price, Id recommend Copy Factory or one of the other local enterprises.

I have been there multiple times to drop off packages, pick up FedEx one rate box etc. Based on my experience, staffs there are always responsive, friendly and helpful. I do think some of the packaging materials I bought there is overpriced but thats a totally separate issue. I am very happy with the staff there and really appreciate their help.

I have printed postcards from this place twice using the exact same digital file. The first time I printed out my flyers, it went very smoothly. However, the second time, it was a terrible experience. I placed the order to print out my postcards using the same digital file as the first time I ordered the week before. They called me the next day and said that the machine couldnt cut it correctly and they had to charge me an EXTRA fee to get it correct! I told them I am literally printing out the same postcards as LAST week. There was no FEE last week. He continued to explain that its impossible to get the clean cut and he could either do a digital enhancement OR do 4 extra cuts, both of which cost an EXTRA FEE. I did not appreciate this because I printed this same file out last week with no extra charges. I told him that he has lost me as a customer forever if he charges me that fee. He said there was nothing he could do. Wow this was terrible service. I have a feeling they do this to random customers to get extra money, and it just so happens that I placed the exact same order as before and it backfired on them. I am never using fedex print again because they are scammers.

Extremely Poor Customer Service!!I tried to mail a prepaid and prepackaged box. They tried to force me to purchase one of their boxes in order to mail my package. Nothing wrong with my box.I have never had this kind of horrible experience at ANY FedEx store except this one.Beware of this location.

A lot of people have had a problem with these guys. I kind of like them. Theyre quick on their feet and they get the job done.I juse Fed-Ex Kinkos more as an extension of my home printer / mailbox. I go there, I know what I want, I buy it, I leave. If I dont want to wait around, I do the online ordering and everything is ready by the time I return.I know how to send a package so I typically dont ask for customer support. In general, everything seems like a typical FedEx.

One thing Ive noticed is that around Palo Alto some employees at some stores try to be condescending towards Stanford students because I think they feel inferior so to build up their own self esteem they promote a fallacy that these are dumb college students ... the opposite of course is true ...fact is just getting into Stanford is proof in & of itself .. but theyre not in Stanford ...only next to it and it makes them feel inferior... so if they think youre from Stanford expect a condescending attitude...even tho you are smarter & know more than them (unless ur a freshie of course)

The employees at this location gave me bad information and false assurances, and they strung me along for a whole week rather than admitting they could not do a job. Details below.A couple of months ago, I contacted a different FedEx location, asking for a bid on a commercial printing project. That location returned to me a very reasonable bid within 24 hours. It took me a lot longer to finish the design work for the project than I had anticipated, so the original bid expired by the time I was ready to print.On the day I finished the design work, December 29, the person who had created the bid for me happened to be out sick, and since it was during the holidays, the other FedEx location was understaffed. They told me to go to this location, the one on California Avenue, and assured me I would get help there.When I arrived, I explained my project to one of the employees. He gave me a quote 300% of the original bid I had received. I showed him the original bid. He told me he could not figure it out, but his manager could, and she would be back the next day.I called the next day. The manager told me that she had talked to the lady in the other office, who had created the original bid, but that only the FedEx national office could create such a bid, and they were all on vacation, returning on January 4. I called on January 4. Nothing had been done on my bid. Nobody was even aware that anything needed to be done on my bid. I was promised a call back in 1-2 hours. That call never came.On January 5, I went back into this California Avenue location and spoke to the employees in person. Nothing had been done on my bid. Nobody was even aware that anything needed to be done on my bid. Again, I was given a new bid 300% of the original. I showed them the original bid again.They walked off and fussed with their computers for a half hour while I waited. Finally, they came back and told me they could not do the job, except for 300% of the original bid. They suggested I go back to the other FedEx location, which I gladly did.

Staff is incompetent and horrible. I waited in line for 30 minutes and there were just 2 people in front of me. Good thing I was not in a hurry for the 5pm cut off. There was only 1 guy manning the package counter and he was a trainee (his name is Matthew). There were two regular employees behind him just smirking and smiling. I think there could have been a better time to let the trainee man the counter.Do yourselves a favor and drive to a different Fedex location.

Very bad sevice. Employees finally aknowledged I was there. Mid way through my transaction, the person helping me was interrupted by another employee because someone was calling her, she left without saying anything, and the other took over. When I made a comment that the behavior was not appropriate, the young man just stared at me. Not a word. Unbelievable!

Very rude and incompetent staff. Came to send a pre-paid, pre-labeled package to Europe for the Holidays (candies, toys, clothes etc.). She asked me to fill a custom form again (already did online) then gave me a list of crazy stuff Id have to do before shipping it: candies need to be inspected by receiver, they have to call to pick a broker; toys need to be EU certified; need detail of clothes (fabric, boy/girl, etc); etc.WHAT? I left, went to another FedEx Office (in Mountain View) and it was shipped in 2 minutes, no questions asked.The only + side is their business hours (24h). I came for late pickup and its pretty convenient. But if you need more than that, good luck.

I needed to use their fax machine. It wasnt sending. Counter help said I had wrong number. Not the case. It was machine. Other patrons having same problem. Called and was told by laconic woman that tech support would be out on Friday. Was put on hold for manager who didnt come to phone. This is pathetic.

The absolute worst service of all time. If you want to print something, go anywhere else. Their machines broke, but still charged me, so it took an hour to get my prints. They then overcharged me and it took another day to get refunded. 2 hours total for 60 pdf prints on normal printer paper. Unfriendly and incompetent.

This is by far the best FedEx Kinkos location in the Menlo Park / Palo Alto area. The employees here are very helpful and very knowledgeable -- way better than the folks in the Menlo Park location. And they are open 24 hours a day!
