We had a great experience taking multiple long test “naps” on several of the Nest mattresses. We were amiably greeted by Tatiana and welcomed in to the store. Tatiana skillfully managed the (set) number of customers making the experience friendly and fruitful for us as well as (arguably) the others in the store at the same time. Tatiana had a great depth of information on the variety of mattress products, manufacturing and materials information, as well as being able to confidently explain the differences, even subtle, between products. We really appreciated her service level and promise to continue to be the point of contact through the the sale and post sale of merchandise. Tatiana was knowledgeable about the company itself, the depth of experience of the owners, and has her own new Nest mattress to provide real feedback to customers. All in all, Tatiana gave a great shin to what can be an overwhelming and aggravating experience- spending money on a long term purchase you will use every day of the week.

Very good service from Troy and Jason at nest bedding Palo Alto! We were shopping for a new king size mattress, and the nest bedding has a wide variety of latex selections. Troy was very helpful on helping us select the right firmness and type of bed, and they were also responsive through phone and email communications.

Jason was very knowledgeable about the different types of mattresses and went through the trouble to help us try out various firmness. The in-store shopping experience was very pleasant and we look forward to receiving our new mattress!

I came in basically knowing what I wanted and came away absolutely satisfied and went with an adjustable base which is wasnt even on my menu! Incredibly easy and no pressure, I wish all the places I visited had the atmosphere of this store!

After searching online for different mattresses for my wife and I we finally decided on taking a trip down to this store in order to feel out some mattresses. When we got there Christopher was super welcoming and knowledgeable throughout the whole process. As a young couple, many times we are not taken seriously when shopping for big items, but that was not the case with Christopher here at Nest. We laid on countless mattresses and talked through pro’s and con’s of the different options that they offer. Then when making our purchase Christopher made us feel comfortable about all of the different parts. Christopher listened to our needs and was able to provide all of the components for our bed that my wife, dog, and I needed to be ready to sleep in our bed! We have received our bed and have been enjoying the space, comfort and experience.

Wonderful experience, the manager answered all of my questions with amazing patience. On my second visit I made the decision and bought the signature hybrid, pillows, sheets protector even lounge wear. I was able to find quality items within my budget. I love purchasing from a great brand who puts customer satisfaction first with great quality.

Came to nest bedding because it was the only online store that had a brick and mortar. Amazing service by Jason who explained all the differences between each mattresses. The beds in store were all clean and a disposable pillow cover was provided for testing out the beds. I purchased an Alexander Signature hybrid and it was very efficient process.

Communication with this company is nearly impossible. There is no live customer support - you are simply stuck in to voicemail that isnt returned. I am having a completely frustrating shipping issue where one of these expensive mattresses was not delivered, and I cant get any action out of Nest. There are a lot of other choices out there - shop wisely.UPDATE: is there a way to provide zero stars? Radio silence today, despite the promise of a remedy below and repeated calls and emails. Theres just no one there. Better hope you have no issues with your order or your bed.

We love our Nest bedding! The mattresses are comfortable, and the pillows are amazing- they’ve really helped reduce neck discomfort and improve our sleep! Jason at Palo Alto has been a great help, he’s super knowledgeable about all the products!

We bought the Natural Hybrid Latex mattress with the help of Jason, very nice guy. The pillows are super comfortable and so are the sheets. Very crisp. We dont love a bulky mattress, this was sort of in-between super thin and bulky. We have a bed from District Eight (anthropologie), so we didnt want the mattress to be too overbearing because we love a bed thats closer to the ground. Anyway, we did have a saatva (Luxury Firm), and this mattress from nest feels so much more luxurious and comfortable/supportive.

The store manager Christopher and his puppy Tyke were the reason I chose Nest. There was a small hiccup but Jason was helpful as well, overall I’d say it’s a good experience.

Doesnt stand by their products or allow critical reviews on their website. Hostile to customers.Our dog chewed through their $100 bed, advertised as reliable and tough to chew through, in just a few days with the bed and customer service refused any refund/replacement. I could understand that, although was disappointed they didnt stand by their claims of durability or recognize the fact Id been a customer of theirs for several years. My main issue is they refused to post my review on their site. They claim our dog is an aggressive chewer and my experience is not valid to share. This is in spite of our dog not chewing through either of her $30 beds from Amazon.They did finally offer a refund/replacement after I posted a critical review on Yelp, but still refuse to post my review on their site. I didnt take them up on the refund given that refusal & the continual poor customer experience.Id advise others to ensure they want to do business with a company that only cares about their corporate best interest in the end. If you do, be warned of my experience where the product quality woefully missed the price point and they only offered to do the right thing when I publicly disparaged their company.UPDATE: And in response to the owners incorrect response below, Ill reiterate that their customer service refused any refund/replacement via e-mail and never offered any recourse until the owner contacted me about my Yelp review. And the owner still refuses to post my review on their website. Further proof they censor the truth and dont respect their customers.

Quality control of their mattresses is extremely inconsistent. My girlfriend and I are in chronic pain neck/shoulder pain now after spending >$2k on their hybrid latex luxury mattress. What is their offer to help us with this horrible experience? 50% off of a replacement mattress. What happened to warranties and customer service? avoid this place like the plague. We switched to a regular spring mattress that cost less than a thousand dollars and our neck/shoulder pain went away inside of a month. I urge you so strongly to avoid this place. They feel great in the store but they are not good long term sleepers.Nest Bedding’s CEO Joe Alexander said he had paid Derek a multiple of that. “My life changed because of Derek,” Alexander told me. “He made me a millionaire.”Owner is a liar and he will take your money and laugh with it all the way to the bank.

Terrific store and products. The staff aim to please in every way possible. Do not hesitate to make a large or small purchase here. This business model is not common around here or anywhere anymore.

Bought one of their floor model mattresses for a discounted price. It was a big mistake. Both me and my wife got back pain. At the beginning it felt comfortable but after a while it start hurting our backs. I’m 5’9” and 190lbs.Gonna buy another mattress and they won’t get theirs back.To be fair they told me that they won’t get it back.
