What can I say? Its Walmart.I understand the empty shelves, everyone is having trouble getting their stock.The associates are as rude as ever. Dont dare ask an associate a question. After they give you a look like how dare you talk to me they grunt out I dont know and either turn their back to you or simply walk away.I shop here for the low prices, not the customer service.And whats with the masks for safety? COVID lives in the mucosa of the nose. If the nose is not covered, there is no point in wearing the mask as a chin guard.Wear the mask correctly or dont wear it at all.

Poorly stocking. Some of the staff are not friendly and helpful at all, some of them dont even know how to smile. When you call the store nobody answer. Pharmacy is great tho.

This store is by far the worse WalMart I’ve ever been to. Items out all over the store but you can see what you need up on the risers still in boxes. Also has to have the rudest employees I’ve ever seen. Hateful and will not talk to you when you ask them a question. If they are walking down the isles then they expect you to move for them and they will run into you and just stare at you while doing it. Also this store you will NEVER see a manager out on the floor helping the associates when they need it. Just left there and only one register running that takes cash all others are self checkout and cards only.

The staff was actively stocking the shelves but the shelves were low on stock. The lady at the self check out was very nice which was unusual.

This is the second time Ive come to this Walmart trying to make a return. The first time I arrived a few minutes after 5 on a Sunday evidently they were closing customer service at 5 on that day. They told me Ill have to come back on another day. Today, a Monday, I get here between five and five-thirty and get in line. The customer service rep told the people in line to tell me and the two people that had since got in line after me that they wouldnt take me out the people after me. Evidently one person works and customer service then and thats when they go to lunch at least on Monday. And closing customer service during business hours is not posted on their store hours. Why is there only one person assigned to customer service?

It’s been so long . Since the Covid-19 spread around the state . I don’t get chance to shopping at this store. And Then today i make my trip to check out . I can tell everyone if you’re healthy people let’s go early and you’ll enjoy everything like a shopping at farm market. Good deal good price and friendly and helpful staffs .

Was shopping for my new blouse for a date with my grandson. A fancy dinner banquet at Holiday Inn. It was a good shop. I stuck just to purchasing my blouse. Im not wild about the new check out registers that only accept plastic. All their registers should take both cash and plastic. It makes for the checkouts to become a bit frustrating because they have only a very few cash checkout registers now. If they could fix that part shopping at Walmart would be back to 5 stars.

Limited inventory. Shelves very depleted. Inventory blocking isles. No staff could be found to get item locations. I wish there was another store nearby. The two that are just to far are wonderful.

Did not expect to find a walmart that close to our room. Great location and easy to find.

If you like shopping in a dirty store that is constantly out of stock on items such as peanut butter, hotdogs, ham, bread and many other essentials, then this is the store for you. The rude employees and their attitudes are just the icing on the cake. I have never seen a company try so hard at not trying to make money.

One item on the Walmart app listed price as 3.49 rang up at 4.99. Item on shelf and in app listed at $0.97 rang at $1.08. Staff was ok but not overly helpful. Told us well the prices of everything is going up. Sorry but if you list it at one price then it should ring at that price.

Need more sales associates on the floor to help customers. Check out lines are usually long and time consuming because they never have enough check out lanes open. If you go here you will have to scan, and bag your own groceries, unless you want to stand in line for a long time in their sparsely opened check out lanes with actual employees.

Clean store. Ample inventory. Well organized with a large selection. Definitely do that again!

Standard expectations apply (in a good way).Pros:Solid customer service. Clean store--from the parking lot to the back corners of the store. Yes its busy as one would expect but theres practically no line because most of the lanes are open and there are several self checkout stations. Produce is top notch fresh. Shelves are stocked.Cons: as with nearly every Walmart anyone has ever been to the electronic section is understaffed and therefore you may find yourself roaming around in that area for all eternity before someone helps you which is a shame because its the one drawback at this location-- considering that its got a leg up on all the other locations in the area because the customer service section in the front (where youd do returns) actually doesnt have long lines.

Very organized and so nice to see employees everywhere! Loved that I can run in and out without getting lost and I know I have help everywhere if I need it.

Store are never stocked good and they have something you like an before you kmow its know longer sold.

Rare occasion I was able to find what I needed and checked out in about 10 minutes. The young lady at self checked out was very helpful.

This store is obviously poorly managed. Its dirty, and under stocked. I get they may be short staffed, and short on supplies...cleanliness would help alot!

This was a first for me....a full grocery store, inside a Walmart! I loved it. I can always find things I like here. The store is so big...I have to go back to see the rest. I didnt check out their deli or all their meat cases!!

Wasnt that busy there, which is a plus. So I was in and out within 30 minutes. Easy to navigate throughout the store.

One of the worst walmarts I have been to. The cashier didnt know hiw to run the money order machine and customer service only had one person running it with a long line of people. When the manager was asked to find someone too run it, his response was to throw his hands in the air and just say the person running it was running late.

Nice place workers take time to keep the place looking good and keeping it clean.

Thank you for working during covid but please properly train your staff. Once again I appreciate you working during covid but your staff is really rude.

Lines are always long, if you have cash you cannot use any register at self checkout and there are no other registers open, get terrible customer service. The frozen food area has been down for months... I highly recommend you find a different Walmart!!!

How do I give this 0 stars? 1 person working Walmart pickup. Waiting for 30+ minutes to get your groceries? I could have shopped myself. Also they marked every item except just a few as “unavailable”. Things like- milk, eggs, onions, etc. things they have all marked as unavailable. What a waste of time. Horrendous customer service.

The automotive department is amazing the ladies back there are amazing their customer service is like no other they blew me away today.

This is by far the WORST Walmart in this entire county. They close customer service whenever they feel like it. And Im not talking about 5 minutes early or every once in awhile, Im talking every other freaking night TWO hours, two and a HALF hours early. Even when Ive called earlier in the day to confirm it will still be open when I get done work at 6pm. I get it, most companies are shorthanded right now, but dont close customer service and the money service center!! Theres only ONE of those! Shut down a register if you have to shut SOMETHING down. Thats what self-checkout is for!!

I ordered some vitamins offline I went to Palmetto Walmart to pick it up I waited to the pick center for 30 minutes to an hour just for someone to even come up no employees didnt see me or recognize that I was standing there then I finally got in contact with someone they said call this number when I call the number the number was actually not working and it went straight to voicemail after that a horrible experience I would never do a online pick up again....

I recently moved to Parrish from East Bradenton until my house is ready. I shopped online for the first time at the Palmetto Walmart store. I needed everything so the order came to just over four hundred dollars! I was sent the substitution list to review to see if I wanted them or not. I appreciate that this service has been added to the app! My groceries were ready on time and pick up was smooth in & out! I always check the items I receive with my online list and everything was perfect!I thought I would miss my Walmart Marketplace on SR70 in Bradenton but this Palmetto store stood up to my personal “scrutinies!” I will happily shop here until I have to move again! I just love all the services that Walmart offers with picking up my grocery needs!!

Store super busy. No help from associates. The air conditioning was not working. Bad experience. Very Unusual.

Not stocked, coolers and freezers are all malfunctioning and water all over the floor (huge liability) not to mention spoiled food. Yogurt area not rotated and bad dates pulled. I found a July 2021 date for Danactive! Wow. The only positive I foynd there is that the rear bathrooms by electronics was pretty clean. The front bathrooms however were NASTY! Management must need an overhaul. Sadly this store is horrible and cohld be great with the right leadership.

Everyone at the pharmacy was very helpful polite and professional it was a great experience and I received my medication in a timely manner. I highly recommend them

Love the Mart... Anything you need is there even some good human humor!!! Things you didnt know you needed can be found at the Mart. But most of all everything you DO need is there on the shelf you just have to find it.

Excelent place with excelent prices, stronly recomended.

I wouldnt suggest going for any big shopping later in the evening, only bc the store was really full of stockers who were of course only doing their jobs of replenishing the shelves. But made for a challenging navigation of the aisles. Other than also having very few cash registers open at check out. It was ok.

Employees were good place a little dirty bathroom was disgusting I dont know about everybody else but I like somebody to check out my groceries after I go to a whole store getting everything I want and then theyre still charging us the same prices for products I feel if you collect all of your stuff throughout the whole store you wring it up bag it yourself and load it up yourself should be cheaper youd think anyway Publix very helpful and they ring your groceries up and they push them out of the car if you want them to hell theyll even load them for you and thats just a little more expensive go figure but then I was also around when I used to wash your glass and check the air your tires at a gas station for free

Worst store ever, dont go here, wont bring your groceries out if its raining. Welcome to Florida people!! Why have you can pick up at 3-4 when guess what thats when afternoon showers happen. I have worked in service industry for years & rain sleet or snow had to go outside to take care of customers.My husband is having surgery tomorrow am & I wont be able to leave him alone for awhile & thats why I ordered pick up today. Ive tried calling store to have delivered, nobody can answer the phone ( is it raining inside) Im sarcastic because no one gives a ........

How nice that they chose to leave these beautiful trees in the parking lot theyre widespread branches offer shade and a sense of peace and comfort. I havent been in the store yet but I am very impressed with the lot and the care that somebody took.

Love this place every time I go.

They had 3 actual manned registers open.. Almost every self checkout machine was not accepting cash.. so if you had cash you were forced to stand in line for over 30 minutes to check out your 3 items because the line on the 3 out of 24 registers were ran by the slowest people they could find it seemed....

Early morning is the best time to be there because everything is organized ! Store is clean and plenty of parking available / they have an organic section, hot food section and a lot of cute clothes for all sizes and styles . Good prices on the clothes too . All the summer stuff and bathing suits are on sale . Living in Florida it’s a good deal for us because it’s always summer here ! I like going to this Walmart early in the morning and I am not sure how it is during the weekend or rush hour

My daughter and I were able to get in and get out with no troubles at all. Most times, its totally crazy. Wall to wall folks and unable to get down the isle that is needed. I really dont like spending more time than what I need to inside Walmart. The place gives me anxiety. Its not just this store in particular. It is all of them. Like I said, today was a smooth trip all the way through.

Love shopping at Wal-Mart and sometimes ordering a delivery. The items I need are always accessible to me that I need and the clientele are friendly and helpful.

This is, by far, the worst Walmart in the Bradenton/ Sarasota area. Its dirty, they are regularly out of hundreds of products, the shopping carts ALL have bad wheels. Its just a poor Walmart. Also, they have exactly TWO registers that accept US currency! ....so dont go there with cash & think your gonna not have to wait in an 8 person line! My advice, unless its the most convenient one near your home,( which is what it is for me).....go to another Walmart.

Worse Walmart by far they decided when there closing customer service and u normaly see them standing are talking or playing it kinda looks like there just there to play no one works are cares so horrible how it is there

I always thought WalMart was great. My children are sending me weekly Groceries since the Pandemic started. Good move Walmart. I like the delivered version better.

Unfortunately there was only one live check out. I have no interest in bagging my own groceries. The price and selection is completely offset by having to bag your own groceries. I dont know if Ill be back

For the most part the Walmart on 301 in Palmetto, FL is always busy but checkout is a breeze. Although S.R. 64, Bradenton is hands down nicest, peaceful location of all. Customer service comes to you instead of trying to find assistance!!

It wasnt bad. Only wish they had $1.00 teas like the one in Venice.

No cashiers. Nobody speaks english to help. The place is dirty and dumpy. Most times the shelves are half empty and more than once I find the food past expiration. Word of advice...check all dates for expiration.

Only one self checkout area open and the line was down the isle. Left our stuff and went across the street to Family Dollar.

So crazy that the one place you could always depend on being open will never be open 24hours again! I guess we will just go to Target for a product and experience! WALMART SUCKS!

Close to my community and was able to find some things but sometimes I have to travel to the one on 64.

Id rather drive into Bradenton than go here.

All they have is self checkout. And the people there arent very friendly. It use to be a must evil. Because of there greed and trying to push out the small buy man. But now it seems to be just push you through and take your money.

I guess its what you can expect from Walmart. Two female employees yelling at each other in the sporting goid department. Asked them kindly for someone to help us get a fishing license and after 45 minutes without success we decided to leave. We had at least $500.00 in fishing tackle in our cart. Decided to leave after asking for help 8 times. The thing is that they werent that busy. Its hard to find good customer service these days.

Customer service barely exists here. None of the employees seem to care about anything going on around them. The stock on the shelves is scattered and its hard telling what item goes with what price in a lot of aisles. We actually lost our keys here for a little while and finally found them after searching entirely on our own with nothing more than an oh no from a couple of employees. There are other walmarts in the area, definitely go to one of them if you can avoid this one because this is the worst one Ive ever been to.

I shop at 11 different Walmarts between Pasco, Hillsborough and Manatee counties. This store has the worst grocery carts Ive ever seen at a Walmart. Its like they hate their customers here. Every single cart has orange rust, faded plastic, and more than half of them dont have round wheels. Very sad considering how much these stores make. The store does have a convenient location and usually well stocked.

I have gotten three pick up deliveries now. First time was great.No problems at all. My groceries came out to my car within five minutes of checking into the assigned spot. Second time I sat in the parking lot for almost two hours AFTER the time my order was supposed to be ready and STILL wasn’t ready where I left without my items. Third time, I received the ready for pick up alert so I pulled into the spot to pick up my items. An hour later still no groceries. Had to call the number on the sign and she told me that they were gathering my cold items and would be right out. 15 minutes later I was finally on my way home with my groceries ALONG with my crying toddler. All while other vehicles that pulled in after me with more groceries left before I did. I just don’t get why they would send a ready for pickup alert when in actuality my stuff was NOT ready to be picked up. There was four people total delivering groceries to peoples vehicles. One very sufficient and on the ball. The other three, dragging their feet taking their sweet time and not being courteous about people’s time. I will no longer be ordering my groceries from Walmart. ESPECIALLY the Walmart in Palmetto.

Hes not that much in the store they cannot stop the shelves right or up-to-date the employees are all snobs and they do not make people wear masks to protect the employees and the customers

Subway customer service was exceptional. Food prep bar was clean, decent and food was fresh.

I tried calling every department for 15 minutes and nobody picks up. come on people do your job. i would love to give my money to this company but the employees seem a little lazy or they need to hire more.

Little unorganized but it’s way nicer then the ones in Bradenton. Went to check out a few items and they were sold out which is normal for the item I was searching for. Super nice staff.

10 times the store than Cortez location. Live 3 mins from Cortez but drive 17 mins because of employees and items in stock and avalibitie of more items that Cortez is always out of stock of.
