Publix is the goods. They just get it. You’ll pay a little bit of a premium, but it’s worth it. Store is always clean, staff is friendly and helpful, always seems to be an associate to lend a hand when Beep; Boop Beep! can’t locate that last item on the list for the olds. It’s all the little things, starting with the multi-direction parking lot. No matter which aisle I go down, I’m going the right way and can park.

Publix saved the day, couldnt get a cake same day anywhere, they had some ready made and were happy to add custom lettering! Birthday crisis averted!

Always a favorite. Disappointed that they now have self checkout and no longer giving rain checks. We pay more there for their service but the self serve check out doesnt reflect that feeling anymore.

Very clean & good quality, but somewhat expensive. I stick to items on sale. They usually have enough buy 1, get 1 free, items to make a small shopping order worth it. I also love their Deli.

I only shop Publix for convenience.The prices are so high compared to other places for the exact same items. The older gentleman that does the wine aisle and works in liquor store is grumpy and needs to retire. Sorry dont mean to sound mean, he is just not happy to be around other people.

It true shopping is a pleasure at Publix. I have other choices and yes some are less costly. It the atmosphere of the people that makes it enjoyable.

Love public bakery!❤However the meat department is out of their minds with the prices of their meat.☹Too bad ...use to love to do one stop shopping at Publix... Not anymore And due to our time restriction we sometime have to skip the wonderful bakery🍪🍩and just do with out because we get our meat 🥩and fish at a competitor store. And then stop at the fruit and veggie stand.Shopping is no longer a pleasure😁

I love Publix, I enjoy every Pubkix I go to. Though this Publix I know very well as Ive been going here for many years. Some of the employees know me well because of how frequent I come here and I love that they ask about my kids and how were all doing. Im truly grateful for everyone that works here, theyre always kind. Ans of course I love the BOGOs and deals.

Publix is probably the best grocery store in the entire country! We have never been inside without one or more employees asking if we need anything or just greeting us. When you do ask for something 95% of the time instead of telling you what aisle it’s on they usually walk you to it even if it’s on the other side of the store! Keep up the great work!

They were out of the whole fried chicken and offered to make me one and it was later in the evening. Such good customer service.

While I truly love Publix as a whole, this one isnt the best. For instance they almost never have sirloin steak in reach in coolers for sale and if they do, its paper thin . The meat case is gone now,so you cant go up and have them wrap the one you want. Im sure theres a good reason for eliminating it but I dont like it. I once asked the butcher lady if she would mind cutting me a few pounds as they had it in back. Now this is 7pm not 15mn to 10pm She responded if you really need it I said nevermind and walked away. When I worked at Publix as a kid that was not the way to handle the situation..just saying

This Publix used to be our go to! We went like last week and bought a box of fried chicken. It still had chicken feathers on it! Today (6-19-21) we bought another box for lunch. It was cold! Not mention barely cooked, what happens to the plastic “Window” to where you could aee the chicken?!

I especially like the little game room in the side where you can have a opportunity to win some money I love it

Ive always enjoyed shopping at Publix but, yesterday I wanted to get a rotisserie chicken I saw they were cooked but, was told it would be 20 minutes so I waited. Later I saw a women come out put some bags in the heat didnt say anything so i said is this the rotisserie chicken she said yes as she walked away. Not what I would call polite.

Super pharmacy staff, always so helpful. Deli personnel could do with a little customer service training. Seem to think menial manual tasks are more important than waiting on their customers, but from my past experience, this is the attitude from the deli manager down.

On the lower end in terms of the typical Publix experience. While they offer many of the same great products, the deli department is typically in disarray with very dirty floors and it is quite rare to come across a smiling face.

Not the cleanest Publix.... I just go to the one on Erie road or Chin road

Rude staff, not smart enough to make enough chicken at meal times, crazy high prices. I avoid unless i absolutely have no choice.

Card wouldn’t work here at 3 terminals. No investigation as to what equipment wasn’t working as the card worked immediately afterwards. No worries, plenty of cash in the bank, just an inconvenience and looked at like money wasn’t there when it was.

This Publix location stocks a variety of organic meats, fruits, and caters to the eco conscientous individuaL.

This review is mainly for Publix Delivery using Instacart. It really stinks, the app is unintuitive, search features dont work, and the delivery people cant follow basic instructions because at least in my case they didnt speak a word of English. The meat at Publix is also pretty awful.

Publix is paying certain employees to be rude incompetent provoking and out of line.The customer service manager BRETT was waaaaay out of line and I hope upper management gets him back in line before he pulls that stunt on the wrong person...or maybe he just gets crazy and discriminates against older women.Eddy on the other hand was just the opposite

So just left the store after waiting 15 minutes for a sandwich. Was tended by JOY. Very rude person. I greeted her she didnt reply. Was very militant with me. Your making sandwiches dealing with the public a simple hello goes a long way!! Leave your problems at home.

This is a really nice store. The variety of interesting items in each isle is always fun to discover.

Ill have to hand it to Publix and their deli department in palmetto if you want a good lunch/dinner their subs are the best by far and at the price you cannot beat them... The quality of the sandwich and it being built the way you want it right in front of you with the quality meats that Publix carries where you dont even have to upgrade to boars Head to get an amazing sub.. if you could make that quality sub like the way they make it at Publix in a franchise style store you would definitely give Subway firemans Jimmy Johns etc etc out of business or definitely not have to worry about losing business because you would have the best subs..SO TO ME OUT TO ALL THE PEOPLE THAT ARE SHOPPING AT PUBLIX OR WANT TO SHOP AND HAVE NEVER TRIED THEIR SUBSI SUGGEST YOU DO SO AND IF YOU ARE A SNOWBIRD THAT HAS COME DOWN EARLY TO SET UP FOR YOUR WINNERS .. Not as clean or friendly as most Publix.Also their prices on organic foods it very high. I will not be back unless I have to for some reason. Prices are like buying your food at 7-11 stores.

The Palmetto Publix has THE WORST deli ever. Nothing is ever consistent and the service is always horrible. There are plenty of people working at times but they are all “to busy” to help customers. Then when they finally help you, you become such an inconvenience. Even ordering subs via online I’ve still had to wait for my sub to be completed past the allocated times. Publix prides on customer service so they need to train these associates more.

The womens bathroom is atrocious! Ive never seen a bathroom so bad. And during covid? This is a health issue for sure. Ladies do not go to the restroom here.

Theyre more than happy to help you find a particular item on your list that you cant find.. even tho this store doesnt have self-checkouts they always have enough Cashiers & Package Help.. they always ask, too, if you need help loading your Car..
