Treated like human beings practically from the moment we stepped inside. Knowledgeable and friendly but most importantly willing to deal. Need a 4 wheeler, side by side or motorcycle? I highly recommend Hartley even if you live in Anchorage. Worth the drive!

Our Honda Foreman wouldnt start so we called Hartley. They put their service manager Ian on the phone, I described the problem, he instantly diagnosed it and the problem was solved. They could have told me to bring the machine in but instead took the time to listen and saved me a 140 mile round trip. Good people to do business with.

Excellent customer service with knowledgeable sales personnel. They were also very helpful in suggesting other retails for accessories they dont carry such as ramps and trailers.

Hartleys.....I wish ALL Alaskla Motorcycle Dealers were this good.....Ian in the Service Dept ( Service Mgr) is Amazing....and He listens too.....Their Parts dept is SUPER reasonable on everything they can order for Me, which includes tires, Now I just go to them for Any Brand of Motorcycle tires I need.Very Old School Service with a Wonderful Old Building too Boot. And the other Nice thing is Unlike other Alaska Dealers...not only do they Know their Stuff...But they Ride As Well, And No Pushy, Non Riding Sales Kids who havent been in the business long enough to know whats really important....Like Honesty & Integrity.

This place has closed down. But Rons Honda out of the peninsula has taken over and have been open.
