They didnt show up the first meeting and its been a week and a half since I had a look at the job and havent given me a estimate yet

I got my windshield repaired. I had 2 chips and they had my car for less than 30 min. The window is fixed and I am not worried about it cracking anymore. I would like to add that in addition to great service from their technician their front desk ladies are a force to be reckoned with!!! so much going on in the office and they didnt miss a beat. they even called my insurance company and got the repairs covered at no cost to me!! i didnt even think about calling my insurance company. What a great business!!! An al around wonderful experience They really cared about me.

The windshield install seems to be great, my one and only big complaint is they left the car a mess right after I had it completely detailed. So if you have a nice vehicle you may want to reconsider.

What can I say. Perfect experience! Had a residential window with massive moisture in between the panes. Got an estimate from another company(took a bit to get hold of them and didnt seem the most customer service oriented). Called Stevens to get a second quote. They answered the phone promptly, the receptionist was more than helpful. They gave me a date that fit my schedule. John showed up and explained what he could do. I got a call from their office the next day with a quote. It was $10 more than the other company but the customer service here was so much better than the other company the choice was easy. A week later they called to say the glass was ready and offered to install the next day. I chose Monday instead. John returned and did a fabulous job even with the wind gusting pretty badly. Thank you for the great service. My wife is ECSTATIC!!!

These people treated me great

Gave me an estimate of $160, $80 an hour to replace a broken window and fix another one. I get a call, they tell me my estimate was now $875 for parts plus 5 hours of labor and that I owed them $120. Turns out they charged me $120 when NOTHING was fixed and they hadn’t even diagnosed both windows correctly. I went to borman auto in anchorage, they charged me $162, both windows were fixed and in under 2 hours.
