Dont waste your time with this place. Calling ahead for an appointment doesnt mean anything here. Set an appointment a week ahead of time, only to show up and be told that they forgot I was coming. And told me that Id have to come back a few hours later. Disappointed by the whole experience, and will not be recommending or going for any other services. Plenty of better shops out there that actually care about customer service.

We had 2 cars breakdown in the last 2 weeks and they fixed them. They are very transparent with regards to what our car needed and how much it was going cost. Our cars are in good standing now.

A no BS shop. Elite Car Care is honest and efficient. Used this shop on several occasions and was extremely impressed by their customer service. More recently, swung by ECC without an appointment, they took me right in, got my car’s AC recharged and that was it. Definitely recommend ECC.

Honest business. Came in thinking I needed a lot of work ended up just needing my brakes adjusted. The owner explained everything upfront and quoted me $50 for an adjustment. Service only took an hour while the shop was obviously busy. Great shop and the workers are very friendly. This is my go to auto shop now!

Was 5 stars when Ed was there. Now I go there and mr. Owner tells me he cant do wheel bearings and has no idea who can help me....zero help from elite car care with the new owner. Do yourselves a favor, dont go here take your car to a real mechanic.

I was always suspicious of car mechanics and wondered if they would be honest about what was wrong with my car and if the repair price would send me to the poor house. But a friend of my sons referred us to Elite Car Care in Palmdale, CA. Eddie at Elite Car Care was profession kind and patently explained what was wrong with my car. Another place quoted me 1700.00 which would have set me back a great deal. Elite not only fixed my car they saved me 1400.00 bucks and my car is running great. I would encourage everyone to see for yourself how awesome Elite Car Care is. Ladies I especially hope you check them out. We tend to get ripped off by dishonest mechanics padding the bill. I had one of my brake lights out and they were able to take my car in and get the light switched out before I had to go into work at 8:30am. They were so nice!! It felt like coming to your older brothers friends shop. They felt like family in some way.

I was traveling through Palmdale from out of town, it was a hot day (107 deg) and my cars AC goes out. I googled local shop considering it was Friday almost 4pm didnt think anyone could help me. I was traveling with my family and 1 1/2 yo baby. I was panicking. I called and spoke to ED he was very friendly understood the situation and told me to come in and he can try to diagnose the problem. I got there and was greeted by a very friendly Ed and right away he himself started to diagnose the car. Within half an hour Ed was able to tell me that my Ac compressor and the clutch for it went out and would need to be replaced. He told me that it would be few hours labor and parts need to be ordered but since it was so late in the evening they cant do anything. (I totally understood ). I told him I need to head back to my town and thanked him for diagnosing the problem. I was so thankful Ed went above and beyond and for my troubles didnt even charge me the diagnostic and told me to put it towards the repair because I will need it. Not only that but he printed out the parts and labor price to compare it when I got back home to show the repair shop. I am beyond thankful for meeting such a genuinely nice, friendly and honest person in the time of my desperation. I took my car in for repair the very next day in my hometown and Ed was 100% correct with his diagnostic. If I lived in Palmdale I would gladly give them my business. Thank you so much !!!!

My friend recommend me to come here and fix my brake. they were very accommodating and they even gave me a discount. I came back in a couple of hours and my car is done. They seems know what they doing since theres a lot of people waiting in the lobby with me. It is not easy to find a good car repair shop esp if your new in Palmdale - this shop is my new auto repair shop from now on.

I wanted to check if the google reviews are real so i took my car here to test. Love it. Took my jetta for an oil change and to fix my brakes calipers and rotors. Decent pricing, friendly and helpful staff. I definitely recommend. Website is also easy to navigate.

You spend a lot of money on labor, Ex: had oil val cover repair and it still leaking oil.I think their Mech they tamper with other parts on your engine.So you can bring car back to them. I had a leaking transmission and elite car care fixed that for me and they price very well and make their customers feel like they can trust their business and I really do this is my second time getting work from them and the owner I spoke with fit perfectly with my schedule. he said drop the car off and drop the keys in the drop box and don’t worry about it they will start on it when they open and right there I was sold. They will work around anyone’s schedule anytime you can get your car there they are hungry for our service so they feed us with great service and try to give the best quality service every time and I see that so I recommend this place to anyone anytime someone asks me where to get there car fixed.

Best Auto repair Ive encountered. Even after being taken for about $1,800 by another shop. Ed and shawn solved all of my mechanical issues on my 09 Dodge Charger and shes running like a beast again. Ed and his guys are the best, I wouldnt take my car anywhere else! They smoged my car quick and my brake and lamp inspection was failed but they were able to get it fixed fast. I would definitely recommend these guys.

Called this place of business 08:15am regarding Brake and Lamp inspection. Gentlemen said come at 10:00am I get there as agreed. The Tech never showed up! 10:45 ED stated the Tech is running late! Finally the guy show up and fails me be because my fog lights are Yellow! Complete waste of time! These guys do not know what the hell they are talking about! Dont take your nice hard earned cars to these back yard mechanics. Go to Hi-Tech Auto instead. Worth it

Ive had good and bad experiences with AV auto repair shops, but this is the first time Ive been surprised at the service. They were quick, polite, straight to the point, and were able to diagnose the problem with my car in a manner of minutes. Never did I get the impression I was being gouged, and they were able to pin point damages to the car the last place I went to missed. I even had to leave my car over night so they could track down a specific part yet they had a loner car waiting for me use. Elite Car Care will be my go to repair shop from now on.

These guys were so helpful. Our SUV was continuously overheating while it was stopped and we were stuck in traffic but they waited for us. When we got in, the new thermostat didnt fit but they made sure to order another thermostat and waited till it arrived. They also cleaned up our engine bay (wherever there was dirt on it), filled up the coolant, installed the new thermostat at a very reasonable price, and we were on our way! I I even stopped in the next day just to check my coolant level and they were so helpful. They checked for any leaks which there wasnt any, filled up our transmission fluid and even didnt charge for it.Thanks very much Elite Car Care for your help. :)

Very pricey but the work is good.

I had them give me a quote on a part I needed to be fixed. Not only did they forget to put the screw back on the throttle body, but they also forgot to put my water cap back on. I was referred to them by someone who constantly takes the same car there at least every 2 months. I know each mechanic is different, but Ive now taken my car to 3 other places who gave me a quote and told me what was really wrong with the car. Not 1, not 2, but 3 other places told me the same thing. This place was completely off about the problem. Im in no way trying to be rude but I recommend staying away from these guys and taking it to somewhere with better reviews and someone well trusted.

These fools jerked us around for 3 days. Took our business elsewhere. Dont waste your time and money with these folks.
