This place is better then home Depot! They have awesome prices a sander is $84 at home Depot and its under $40 here.(just for example you would be surprised what you can find here) Great customer service 👍

Sometimes better than Lowes or Home Depot. When it comes to tool prices. Dont like the new club members sale thing. Makes the cashier grumpy if youre not a member AFTER they ring up your purchases. Watch the signs, most people will pay full price not wanting to be embarrassed, thats how they get you. Ask about restocking fees, they dont tell you, or the dont know the amount it is, another trick on the consumer.

Great place to get tools and things, I went there and bought a nice little safe cause someone in my house is a thief and my pain meds that I have to pay for out of my own pocket came up missing, sad thing is only family lives with me, except 1 person but he has been ruled out. So to steal from your family as to make them buy a safe for protection is a sad situation. Hope this stops them from taking them I have no insurance and they cost a lot of money and I need them cause my spine us deteriorating.

I bought my dad a table drill for Christmas for his little hobbies. He’s 78 and retired. He had it out in the garage for months, but hadn’t used it. I tried to exchange it for the exact same item because it spins backwards. The manager said it could not be exchanged, because it had been heavily used and said that’s why they sell the extended warranty after 90 days. While I understand we ran out time, you accused me of LYING! I wouldn’t recommend to anyone. You sell warranty for the assumption that your products come with manufacturers defects. The products are cheaply made and full of flaws. Waste if money abs more important, my time!

I like that you get a hearty greeting when you enter this establishment. The place was clean and everything was laid out with a lot of signage to help guide you. The pricing is fair and I definitely would return.

Shop smart and you will be very happy that you ignored the nay sayers. Terri & Natalie are great, as are all the staff... Especially when putting up with me showing up 3 minutes before close with 15 different digital coupons that basically make it where they have to pay me to take stuff home! All jokes aside, when you compare the service that you received from the staff members of Harbor Freight to that of the depot or lowesers, its night and day. And, for everyone who thinks that Harbor Freight sells nothing but a bunch of imported junk, fact is everything we get now is imported. Whens the last time you saw a Craftsman chest at Home Depot made in the USA? And quite frankly who cares?

This store specifically is fine as far as customer service goes and that kind of thing. Unfortunately Ive bought several tools from here on different occasions and Ive had to return items because they werent working. Im talking about new items out of the box not working, an air compressor, and 2 different orbital sanders. Its really sad, I cant understand how the items being sold in new condition cant be used even once. Then they give you a hard time about returning their flawed products and want to charge you 20% for returning something that didnt work to begin with.

Been here twice in the last month. Both times greeted by friendly staff who offered help periodically as I shopped. Cant beat their prices either. Such a different experience from the big box stores. I drive about 20 extra minutes to shop here instead of Lowes or Home Depot.

Bought a hammer drill set from Harbor Freights had to take it back cuz the battery charger went bad they gave me another one and the same thing happened battery charger went bad then they did not want to give me my money back instead they gave me a gift card to use in their store and I paid cash for this item I think its only fair if I paid cash and the item was defective not once but twice they should have given me my money back in cash like I paid but they refused to so I got stuck taking another drill third one and I dont know what to do with it PS think twice before you pay cash for anything at the store cuz if it breaks youre not getting your money back youre going to get a gift card to use at their store bad business if you ask me

With Sears now all but gone Harbor Freight is now the best place for Hand Tools. The quality is good depending on what grade you get and now that sears is just about gone this is the only place to buy tools that will replace damaged lifetime warranty tools no questions asked with no receipt and no hassle, For that reason alone is why I love Harbor Freight

You just cant beat the prices! Just be careful what you pick up but you sometimes you do get what you pay for. I do have to admit that I buy my sunglasses / safety glasses there on a regular basis because they last the longest and they fit my face perfectly and theyre usually around $2 so if I lose him I dont get so upset. my father does a lot of restoration work on vehicles and he buys a lot of items there especially the safety glasses as well for the correct reason of use.

Great prices. They have items that are hard to find anywhere else locally. Download one of the three harbor freight coupon apps and save more. This should be the homeowners first stop for tools. I needed a 4 belt sander and they were the only ones that carried it and they had it and the sanding belts in stock. With a couple of supplemental add-ons the 300? piece mechanics socket set cant be beat!

With legible cash receipt in hand, hours after purchase, would not refund money for factory broken generator.Contained no gas.No excuse.They pick and choose who they deal with.To the children in this location, customers are a joke.Another future example of a bankrupt business.Took generator to another store, was issued refund without question.Total cost to me, for investing my $ in harbor freight, = $ loss of days pay for 4 men $500. Broken generator$120. Time to go buy and return broken generator$80. Having to calm upset customers $20. Having to reschedule customers because generator didnt work, pushed back customer scheduled dates ( priceless ). Had to cancel reschedule a scheduled customer to complete current customer project $300.The total expense to me for investing in harbor freight was a loss of over $1,000.00.Not to mention the stress.I did not go to this business to save money. I went here for the advertised machinery. For I compared product available at home depot. I didnt require the output power of the only 2 they had at home Depot.I intend to never go to the lake worthless (Palm Springs) store again.I seriously recommend no one doing business with this store as long as Joey is running it.After lengthy time searching for and driving to another location to discuss my return, I found 1 and it was so simple.While I was in store where I did receive a refund, the people working there sarcastically asked how things are over in the Lake Worth store?, while rolling their eyes. Then, making it perfectly clear, that they know that store is run badly. Funny thing about it is, I never mentioned to the people that returned the generator that I had been to lake worth. They came to the conclusion on their own, and rolled their eyes, on their own, when they read the store number on the receipt, where the generator came from. I received an ad in the mail so I visited the Harbor freight store for the 1st time. I walked in grabbed a flyer offer the register and picked up 5 items on sale to purchase when I got to the register the lady rang up of the items none of them rang up on sale. I showed her the flyer and she told me that the flyer is good for October 11th and 12th which is 3 weeks from the date of this post. Why have a stack of flyers at the door that dont take effect for 3 weeks later it is foolish and misleading that will be my last time going to Harbor freight

I was hired and and the day I was supposed to start they called me and said because my acceptance didnt go through because of the fires in corperate in California. That should not affect me getting the job Im very disappointed. I loved the store but since then calling me the I was supposed to start is heart breaking and you should not be able to do that to people. I was over qualified anyway being a veteran. I will continue to contact the President over this matter 💪
