The store is beautiful, so many great cards and art prints.i love walking through here and seeing whats new. The staff is very friendly and so helpful. I bought an art print and they did the most beautiful gift wrapping. Its nice to shop in a store where people take pride in their products and service. I recommend stopping by.

Good luck trying to figure out when this place is open. The owner doesnt seem to follow the hours posted on Google and makes it a pain for people to shop. I have shopped here for over 15 years but have given up as it seems customer service is no longer valued and the place never seems to be open.

I have no idea how this place has been there 19 years with the kind of customer service I received today; visiting for my first time. The old, miserable, insensitive jerk working the register needs to be fired and lord help him if he’s the owner. No wonder it’s a ghost town! Shame on you for talking to people any kind of way! Great Store with a huge variety of unique cards and gifts. My experience with the customer service was fantastic, even got great recommendations for dining in Palm Springs.

Tbh Im not completely sure this is the right place I went to, but Im 95% sure it is.There is such bad customer service. I happend to not see a sign on the door that said no photos (I was taking a pic of a cool looking david bowie mug to show my friend) and instead of nicely saying something like sorry miss, no photos allowed the dude (idk if he was the owner or what) rudely said no photos mame! Multiple times (I put my phone away the 1st time)1. Its rude to call a person mame, its like calling them old, imo2. I MADE A SIMPLE MISTAKE, you dont have to be rude about itIt hurt my feelings a little to be called mame tbh. Would never go back, only gave 2 stars because the stuff in the store was pretty cool.

The old tall skinny employee there is rude and very passive aggressive. Nice store, but customer service sucked.
