Terrible experience, poor service and attitudes. Owner Mark called me a pain in the a$$ when he had to refund me for product he couldnt get. Yep... that happened. Said a couple of days to get Krugerrands just had to go pick them up in Orange County... no he had to scout them out. What he could get took three weeks. Wife Lisa covers for his bad behavior. Do not suggest. Buyer beware.

I like the store. Mark is friendly and honest. Great place!

If I could give a minus I would!! Worst customer service ever! Extremely rude... acted like he was doing me a favor.. condescending and negative attitude.. Never would I return nor will I refer him to anyone ...
