Im out here strugling on a 105 degree day trying to get a water bottle and some sunscreen and these clowns wont help me unless I buy a face mask for $11 from them. Dont waste your money here. Go spend it at a business that actually supports the community and common decency.

Staff are always so friendly and helpful and they have everything you could want thats Palm Springs and more! A must visit when you are in town for sure. Clean and well stocked up and they go out of their way to ensure that you are happy with your purchase.

Mostly a shirt shop, but you will see a variety of cool souvenirs. Flip flops hats mugs and books.

I found a lot of cards for many occasions. Aprons with beautiful details, Sequins that are perfect for many of my friends and family.

Saw a guy wearing a Palm Springs t-shirt while we were walking the street at the Thursday Night Street Market in downtown PS. Asked him where he got it - he told me at the General Store. Went down the next day and got myself one. My wife found some trinkets as well

Best place in downtown Palm Springs for souvenirs. They also have the best authentic items that surely you would love to bring home. It was nice and well organized store and good customer service.

This is your typical souvenir shop. I purchased a shot glass and a t-shirt and felt the prices were fair. Employees were friendly and ready to help without being pushy. Palm Springs did not seem to have too many souvenir places so this really had what I needed.

I have been visiting PS for years and have shopped at this store exclusively. I have never had a poor experience with any of the associates at PS General Store. In fact, they have even directed me to other stores if they are unable to fulfill my special request (not to mention movie star home directions and little tid-bits of information on the history of PS). I have a diverse set of very wonderful friends who still comment on their experience at PS General Store. I love the tanning products and fun jewelry. I love the old pictures of their father and the story behind them. The store has everything Palm Springs, and is always neat and very clean. The products are made well and I am still wearing the swimsuit cover from 6 years ago, and looking forward to wearing the new one I just bought for another 6. I am sorry that Geoffrey had a bad experience; as for me I cannot imagine visiting PS without a trip downtown to buy from the PS General Store. It is a tradition I choose not to give up anytime soon.
