The sandwich place inside is INSANE must try. Fresh and purely clean meats, vegetables and breads. The bread is amongst the best Ive had on a sandwich anywhere... moits, slightly chewy... BRAVO! Their macaroni salad is made in house and is very very good.. the pasta is cooked right. And the ratios of ingredients achieve mouth watering flavor and texture.The service is incredible, 5 stars there. Then there is the main store. Some of the lowest prices Ive seen on whiskys, wine, gin, and other alcohol.Also, in back is one of the coolest bars Ive seen. The chairs are out of commercial airliner seats and there is pop culture art in the windows. Its a must experience when then open up again.

You must go to the Secret Door in the back that takes you into another world! PS Air...your cocktails for Happy Hour are served by Flight Captains!!! What a fabulous experience! The refreshments are yummy!!!! PS Air Palm Springs best kept secret!!!

Spent an afternoon here for a flight to Studio 64. Happy to have a ticket.A great atmosphere developed so not only are you seated in a real airplane decor, you are served drinks and food in the manner reminisced of an actual airplane flight back when passengers rule.Tina Turner showed up Bette Midler even came aboard to entertain us.

Loved it. Great experience. I went for lunch and came back for the dinner and show. Very much so worth it. All the crew were personable and really wanted you to enjoy yourself. I will be back for the next show. The ambiance was priceless. The show was great. Diva was so charming and the singers needed a grammy. I can go on and on about how lovely it was but you much see it for yourself. AMAZING!!!

Wow! This place is an upscale wine, liquor, deli, specialty items and unique gift store. The staff is friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Connected to Bouschet is PS Air! Sit down in an airplane seat at this bar and enjoy cocktails and food from your stewardess, along with entertainment just like the glamour days of flying. Great for private parties.

After a really bad pole dance class upstairs, I came down with my friend for a glass of wine. Let me tell you, this place is AMAZING. They made my bad experience somewhere else melt away! Also, hidden airplane bar?! Who expected that???! I just moved here with my friend and I cant wait to come back!

This is a great place to go for tastings. They are very welcoming here and always interested to know what you like (and will remember it too!) Would highly recommend that even if youre passing through the area to pop in and see what they have. Theres always something interesting (like Sake) in the back of the store that you wont find often or at all at other boutique shops. They also have a new aviation themed bar that you just have to see, replete with real airline chairs, it is super cool!

From the moment we walked in the staff was so friendly, attentive and fun. Our reservation was at 8pm which was after the show ended but the fun was still happening. They danced us to our seats, then took our food and drink order. We ordered almost 1 of everything on the menu. The food and drinks came out quickly and they continued to check on us through out the night. We will definitely becoming back during our next trip to Palm Springs but will be making a reservation for the show next time.

What an awesome shop! So many wines to try and very delicious choices. This wine shop is a must-visit if ever if you visit this city. This shop has a huge collection of wines. The place was so cozy and relaxing. It is a perfect place to have a drink and chill. The staves were so accommodating and friendly. A must-visit wine shop!

We had a girl’s night at PS Air and I haven’t had so much fun in awhile! The owner came and sat with us and talked to us for a good 15 minutes and even switched us to a better table at our request. It’s very small so it was really fun to talk to everyone. The drinks are soooo good and strong (try the pear one!) 🤤 I’ve told everyone I know about this place!

The atmosphere was fun but the food portions were ridiculously small. We left hungry after paying over $125 not including tip for 4 people. (NO ALCOHOL)

Went for the PS Air experience, which was a blast. Go for the experience and enjoy yourselves. Afterwards, shop the extensive gourmet shop and wines.This place is a jewel. Well done!

I was pretty happy that they were really entertaining and fun. I enjoyed the taste of the wine as well. Its been good and better. Even, the venue was perfect. I enjoyed lying there when I felt lonely. Thank you for making me know you were the best wine buyer!

The server complained that I only had 1 drink. And then expected more then 15% on his tip. The place is nice but the server we got was so unprofessional and rude. He went around to his coworkers to complain about his tip.

What used to be a fine spot for lunch and some wine has collapsed into a mess of marked up prices and disgruntled service. $15 for a salad and a huffy puffy server? There are better places with better prices and better service.

We ended up buying three bottles of wine and received free wine glasses! Sophia was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. They have my highest recommendation! We went in for a wine tasting to see which ones we liked best. Sophia helped us choose the wines we wanted by explaining the different kinds of wine and how they were made.

Omg this place is amazing!!! The owners are absolutely fantastic. Killer atmosphere in an airplane, great drinks, wonderful staff and we haven’t event tried their food yet. This will be our new hang out for sure!! Amazing all around!

Only this place has a wide variety of affordable drinks to choose from. They also sell craft beers, pastries, and macaroons. They have the most friendly and accommodating staff than any other wine shop in the city.

Had a BALL at the Bouschet/PS Air Wednesday Snakes on the Plane movie night. Its perfect - food, cocktails, intimate audience but plenty of social distancing. Unbelievably fun plane atmosphere with requisite flight attendants. It was so great to watch a film and be able to make and hear wisecracks and snarky remarks among the limited audience. I hope they do this more often. I would go every week! This could be VERY big if they do it right. One improvement - they need to up their game on the food. This being the first night, its forgivable.

I really enjoy the PS Air Wednesday Night dinner and a movie! So inventive; food is yummy, cocktails pack a punch and the movies are airplane-themed. A great space to enjoy a fun evening or for a special event.

My favorite place to buy wine and get introduced to new wine in Palm Springs. The staff is incredibly helpful and friendly. You will leave the store feeling like family. The wine selection is super thoughtful and the prices are very fair. Come in to taste at the wine machine and enjoy the great food as well. Cant recommend this place enough!

The Bouschet Restaurant & Wine shop, Palm Springs, is fairly new to the area. This is a refined, upscale cafe/wine shop. Beautiful amenities; design & accompaniments and gift items.Bouschet has a wonderful selection of wine & champagne as well as cheeses from Europe.You might want to try a samplying at one of their wine tasting evening gatherings!

Another great addition to Palm Springs! Great stop to pick up your bottles of choice, a gourmet sandwich, or a taste of a featured wine. The owners and staff are all so friendly and welcoming. And their events are vibrant and community-building. Its one of our new favorite spots!
