We had used them in the past for windows in our condo..for that experience a solid 5 stars. The owner was wonderful and the installers were awesome and did a great job. We since have called to have windows put in, we left messages with no call back on our last house..was disappointed because we really liked their work. We are in the process of purchasing a condo right now and made an appointment with the receptionist. We got to the condo and waited and no one showed up. We called again, no answer, left a message, no call back until the next day. The receptionist said we had an appointment the day she called back..we didnt. Unfortunately we are going with another company. Kind of disappointed by the complete miscommunication with the receptionist. Other than that, if you can secure them, they are a great window place.

Magna was awesome to work with in the past - What Happened? I have called 3 times about my estimate and still do not have it. Each time I am promised they will get back to me tomorrow ... no calls back .... Kind of funny they took the time to write a long response, but choose not to call or send me my estimate!

Earlier this week Magna Glass completed the job of installing all new Low E windows throughout my home. Paul did not only provide me with the lowest of three bids, but also brought his well qualified installers who did an excellent job of changing out the windows and cleanup. Elizabeth was very professional in assisting me with this process, from beginning to end. I highly recommend Magna Glass!

We just had three patios doors and a kitchen window installed by Magna Glass. Our initial measure was by the company owner and he was prompt and presented a good bid. Ultimately he worked with us to arrive at a more budget appropriate figure. Great customer service by Elizabeth, and the crew that did our installation was professional, courteous, and easy to work with. The owner even stopped by to check on the installation.We highly recommend them.

Two appointments with Magna. No show and no call. Guess they are too busy to replace a broken window and 3 sets of sliding glass doors.I’m glad to report that Paul arrived and the glass was replaced in good order and timely. Also, I plan on using them for my 3 sliders to be replaced.

Elizabeth the scheduling manager has no customer service. She fails to response in a professional manner to customers queries. She lacks appreciation to the extend of not caring about acquiring new business. She is damaging the companies reputation. As a business manager, I would not have Elizabeth as part of my team.

I called for a simple glass shelf to place on a wood shelf and they had it ready in an hour for me. The business is situated in a nice building and pick up was easy and the cost reasonable. I would go there for other glass needs when the occasion arises.

Beyond expectations in every sense, these guys hit a home run for us. They created a backsplash with back painted glass, for our midcentury home. Looks perfect! Fits perfectly, in one piece with no seems. I don’t know how they did that, but it’s beautiful! Really makes such a statement in our kitchen. Thank you guys!

We are completely happy with the Crystal Pacific windows installed by Magna Glass. They made sure to meet our HOA requirements and were very careful and conscientious during the installation process. We now have windows that are beautiful and energy efficient and are eager to have our patio sliders replaced. We will definitely have Magna back to do those glass doors.

Magna Glass is my go to in the Coachella Valley.. I have purchased custom mirrors, custom shower doors, as well as they are doing all the door and window replacements on my Investment Properties... I would not use anyone else.. they are also working with the new homeowners at Skye in Palm Springs for their custom mirrors and glass doors..
