They have helium on hand and fill the nitro that I use

For ALL of your Carbon Dioxide, Helium, Argon, Nitrogen, and other natural gas needs as well as any welding supplies that you need these guys (Glenn, Mark, & Jeremy) are as honest, fair, and overall great as they come...Ive shopped around and nobody beats their prices, nobody offers the different sized steel and aluminum tanks that they carry, and NOBODY delivers to you directly what products they offer within an hour of you placing an order with them...TOP shelf service from 3 incredible people...definitely recommend! : )

Despite giving this company numerous tries, it it abundantly clear they have zero concept of customer service. I was told I would have bi-weekly delivery, they would come out and replace our empty tanks with full and charge us accordingly. Sounds simple enough, yet in two years, NEVER have they come out without a phone call asking them to please come out and bring some CO2. Whats worse is their drivers will flat out lie to you. I asked the driver if he had the helium tank I ordered and he said yes, then left without leaving one! In forty years in the hospitality industry, I have never seen such a deliberate attempt to provide terrible service. I suppose they either have too many customers, or a monopoly on the business in the Coachella Valley. If it the former, theyve lost one and I will tell EVERYONE I come in contact with to instead buy from AIRGAS in Thousand Palms. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY IF YOU IN ANY WAY DEPEND ON CO2 FOR YOUR BUSINESS.....THEY LITERALLY CANNOT DELIVER! The One star is because zero stars cannot be selected in order to post.
