The rating would have been better. Phone ordered parts. Not at location. When you call you do not know which store you are talking to. You order parts. Go to pick up. No parts there.

Needed a small door latch clip. Didnt have original part, but after a brief description of it, they knew what I needed. It was very busy, but was out inside 15 minutes.Staff professional and courteous!
