It really shows when hes in your home pricing your windows and doors.Karoly spent extra time with me going over my options for certain window replacements as I wasnt aware of the types of windows offered. He also gave me a detailed review of warranty offers from the two major brands he works with.Karoly was able to give me an estimate on the spot, and I received a follow up email the next day with a detailed order.I would recommend Karoly and his team 10 fold.

Karoly is a really nice guy that knows a lot about windows. We talked for almost an hour when he came to my house for the in-home estimate. It was the owner, not a salesman. I chose him because his cost was comparable to a few others, but he made me feel like I had nothing to stress over when it came to getting these windows done. He described what to expect during the install and assured me it will be perfect and gave me a $500 discount for his end of the year promotion. I just had my windows installed on Monday and everything he said to me was true. The guys were clean and quick. My Simonton windows are beautiful. Thanks again Karoly! This is the best company in Clearwater for windows and doors. Dont use anyone else, Im telling you, they charge extra fees, have arrogant sales men and most of them use subcontractors. Not Karoly! I didnt even have to haggle a better price because he was the best price. The Mike guy that came from the other company couldnt even tell me what year their company was in business. Dont trust anyone else. Karoly seems to have my best interest in mind and not his bottom line.

This business lives up to its reputation for replacement windows. I did my research and read a lot of reviews, made me think they may be too good to be true. I called the office and was able to receive a proposal, since I live in Carrolwood. The proposal was similar to Window World and Renewal by Andersen so I requested an in-home consultation. The owner came out and he was just as nice and professional as his office staff. We talked about the difference between PGT and Simonton, and how he gets good prices from Simonton since he has been doing business with them for years. He told me the differences in the warranty claims process and helped me design a window for my very large opening in my living room. I decided to go with a 3-lite slider from PGT and a double hung and picture window mulled together for my eastern window. My windows came in on time and exactly as I wanted them. The installation crew was respectful of my home, being careful to cover furniture so dust wouldnt settle on it. They were friendly and fast, finishing my 4 windows in just one afternoon. The next day they scheduled the inspector to come out and the installation passed. The whole experience was worth the investment. Every aspect of my project was handled professionally and the communication was perfect even throughout the Covid crisis. It may of taken longer than I would of liked, but the wait was worth it. Karoly is a best! Its nice to see the business owner care so much about his company and customers that he measures all the windows himself. When he met with me, he provided the actual estimate and gave me a discount. I didnt have to wait for days to receive the cost. And he wasnt the highest bid I recieved. Out of 3 other competitors he came in as better quality for a more reasonable price. He offered Simonton or PGT windows for the price he gave me. Said they were comparable in style and function but had different warranties. The office has been responsive and knowledgable. Im very impressed with the service this far.
