I personally think this CVS store is great! This goes for both shopping and pharmacy. The pharmacy staff and pharmacists are amazing! Always so helpful and kind. They really try their hardest, this is not their fault theyre understaffed.
They now have self checkout! No more searching for someone!
Excellent Customer Service from the Drive thru and in the store front and back. Great coupons given out for extra savings. Texts received when you RX is up for refills or pick up. Pharmacy does a great job contacting your Dr and letting you know the response. Staff always greets you with a smile and asks if you need any help finding anything.
Never an issue here this is my local CVS...the ladies in the pharmacy are nice and professional always have my scripts on time with no mix ups
Does not open at time posted. A couple of us tried to call to inquire about store hours to no avail.
They need to have two people working the drive thru because ever since the covid testing it takes 20-30 minutes just to get a prescription pick up.
Excelent drive through service. I prefer this CVS over the one at US19 and Curlew.
Great service for passport photos.
Unprofessional and in my opinion incompetent staff. Looking into filling a complaint with the state board of pharmacy. So unless you enjoy unprofessional, incompetent people wasting hours of your time, I would strongly suggest you go somewhere else.
The male pharmacist is rude and arrogant (ive heard from other people that this was their experience too) other than that, its nice
They don’t have a big enough selection. I need the ear candle and they don’t have that. The make up section is small and usually messed up looking. These workers are hit or miss wether they are nice or will help you.
Great staff works here. I know because when I walk around in a zombie state trying to find things, they find me and help me get to the correct aisles. When they ring me up, they try my coupons until they work so that I save money. Sometimes they find me deals that I didnt know I was looking for! No CVS is really close to me, but this is the easiest one to get into and out of. I enjoy this CVS best of the three I frequent.
This location is the worst I have been to in the entire country. From chaos, long waits to not getting cash back. They are short staffed and disrespectful and zero patient care. I actually drove to the location while on hold 45 minutes just to check on a new prescription that of course wasn’t ready after 24 hours. Too cheap to staff properly and unprofessional staff.
Wife needed prescription contacted the pharmacy and it was “needed a correction so sent your doctor a fax” when asked them to follow up since my wife is in discomfort it was “we’ll send another fax”! How about picking up a phone and getting the information now? So people are left to suffer and hope that their prescriptions are filled... maybe! Great customer service and concern for the customer! Avoid this location and save yourself some heartache and possibly some pain!
Every single month it takes days for them to refill my prescriptions. Absolutely NO sense of urgency and I feel like I literally have to chase them down to remind them to fill my scripts and then wait while they finally fill them right then and there.
I have been filling my scripts there for three years and being up in age i have 8 or 9 monthly repeat scripts filled there. Up until recently i have felt like part of their family.Brad who always went out of his way to help me and keep me a priority left cvs and Megan who did the same is out on leave to take care of her new son. Megan returning is the only reason that i dont switch to Publix. I now feel like a stranger and the family feeling is lost. My scripts are now treated like they will get to them when get tjem attitude. Most of the techs there are still personable but i just have to see when Megan gets back if the neighborhood family feeling comes back.
If I could give this pharmacy 0 stars I would. I would also recommend spending your time and money at the CVS on Curlew before attempting this place. My daughters (1.5 yo.) dr called in a script for her, after going to this facility to pick it up, there was a nice young lady who was at the window she proceeds to tell me it has to have prior authorization from insurance and that it could take weeks, so I mention well Ill just pay for it. She then tells me they dont and wont have it in stock until Monday. I get home and call them immediately to ask of another CVS has it, a VERY VERY RUDE lady answers and tells me NO noone with in 20 mils radius has it, i ask okay what about 25-30 mile radius she says it wont tell let her go that far and hung up. I found that hard to believe and called myself the 1st CVS i called (Curlew and US 19) tells me they have it, and they would handle the script transfer and everything from there, within 20 min her script was ready and not only did they have it but her insurance covered with no issues. The lady at PH CVS was just down right inconsiderate and lazy, and furiates me how this place refused to simply do their jobs I WILL NEVER USE THEM EVER AGAIN AND I WILL SPREAD THE WORD.
Very helpful people who try hard to please their customers.
The head pharmacist, Brad went out of his way to help me with a problem I was having with my prescription. He made several phone calls to my doctor to get the problem corrected. A few days later I recieved a phone call stating the meds I paid for were actually covered through insurance and cvs would credit me the money I paid for the prescription! I was blown away! Thank you guys for the honesty and dilegence, I would never use another pharmacy in the area!
I recently transferred prescriptions to this cvs. I had several questions and thought the pharmacist was very helpful. She seemed to sincerely care about my needs.
Friendly, helpful clerks every time.
Bril is suchan amazing young women and is sweet as can be! Only because of her though am i giving this cvs 5 stars because everyone else who works there just arent. Really the people who make you want to come back exactly....
I winter in FL and had to get meds while there. Did them at CVS because it is so close to my house. After returning to NY, I got robo calls telling me my prescription was ready. I called and canceled the prescription and explained that I was only in FL for the winter and did not want to have my prescription auto-refilled. They said it would be taken care of. One month later I get another call telling me that my prescription is ready. I called and again explained the situation and that I had called before for the same problem and that this time it was messing up my prescriptions up north with the insurance company. The woman I talked to said she would take care of it. One month later I get two more calls about my prescription, I called the pharmacy again and this time I was told it was a robo call generated by there corporate office and they couldn’t stop them. At that point I told them to close my account and that I will go somewhere else for my medicine. She said okay and didn’t seem to really care. This store is very convenient for us but their customer service at the pharmacy sucks!
Been coming here for a bit, 7 or 8 years now for soda, milk, juice and even Nyquil. This place is great, and it has a minute clinic. Check it out if near Curlew & 19N sometime.
Staff are extremely rude and unwilling to help I tried unsuccessfully to fill a prescription for my child who has asthma because she insisted that the bin number was 6 digits not 4. When I called the insurance back, they said that it is 4 digits and that cvs has the wrong insurer even though I have it to them. Not wasting time any more on this failing pharmacy. Help send them packing and stay away. Took my business to Walgreens
Shannon*Although I came in 5 minutes before closing on a Sunday, Shannon was kind enough to take my refill anyway. Someone give her w raise, she seems overworked. Tiffany was helpful as well.
Good service, nice pharmacy, price is ok. just not much people.
Clean store and helpful staff.
Ive been going to cvs for two years and the pharmacist here sucks
Bad customer service & management not help at all
Very unprofessional employee working there actually talking about peoples prescriptions on social media in bringing up the last names making fun of them and I believe this is veryIm professional Ive called to making a complaint and I am waiting on feedback from that complaint
Switching to Walgreens
