Just went to sell a pair of football cleats that still look brand new, they offered me $5…..what a joke considering they are selling cleats in poor condition for $45

I was recommended to here and buy baseball items by my son.me and my husband visited the location in palm harbor last sun with are son for the 1st time was very pleased with the store bought a brand new wooden bat and a used baseball glove for me..we as a family play baseball every sunday so this sat me and my husband went back and spent more money on three brand new bats case of baseballs brand new glove and brand new cleets and yesterday we used the new bat we bought last sunday and was only uaed twice and it broke at the handle on a light tap.i called the store to advise and was told to bring it back with the receipt.my husband went there today with the bat and receipt and was ruddly told no we dont take wooden bats back...im very displeased with the service will never go there again and nor my son and rest of my family i recommend

John is so nice and helpful. He really takes his time to give individual attention to each customer. He is very knowledgeable of all sports products and equipment. He also gives us great advice when it comes to finding the right size or brands. I tell everyone i know to shop at play it again sports because the prices are fantastic, product quality is eaither new or gentle used and they give great customer service.

I loved the store in Portland, Maine and had a good experience in Ft Myers, Florida. Will NEVER come back to this location again.

I had a bad experience at Play it Again last year. I went in last night and was talking to the manager. I expressed my discontent about what took place last year, and not only did he explain to me that they are under new ownership, but he went out of his way to make things right for our previous experience even though it really wasnt in any way his fault or responsibility. I will be a loyal customer to these guys from this point forward. Happy to have a place that is locally owned to shop at and know that I am supporting a business that takes care of their customers!

The best thing about play it again is that they give you decent credit for your old articles which you can use to purchase in store. Variety is good. Quality of product is up and down which is to be expected. Service is friendly.

I love this store. The prices are great and if you give them your email address you get amazing coupons. Ive gotten in great shape for a great price thanks to Play It Again Sports. And it all started with a pink yoga mat and tennis balls.

I wanted to trade some sports equipment in that got to small for my kids. And they wanted to give me $9.00 for a pair of $250.00 hockey skates. And $3.00 for a pair of $100.00 hockey gloves. Still in good condition to. Its like a sleezy used car dealership. For sports.Wont go back. Wasted my time the first time.

Place has cheap but good quality sports equipment you can also sell your old equipment pretty cool idea I havent seen this place since I lived in New York years ago I didnt know theyre still around like that I had to check it out definitely if youre over here stop and check it out

Purchased 2 big ticket items (Air Hockey Table and Ping Pong Table) from them which were broken when I got home and pieces were missing. Had to throw one of the items away.Will never go there again!

Decent selection of used sports gear, a little higher prices than other play it agains, but some good deals to be found, the manager is a nice guy, he is the reason I have changed my rating and my review

Cool place

Paid $450 for an elliptical, the digital display went out in a couple weeks and they would not do a thing to help. Then I offered to sell it back thinking they could get it fixed for cheap and resell it, but they dont want a machine that is not working right. But it was OK for them to take my $450 to begin with. I would never do business with them again and will tell everyone else the same thing.

Staff was super helpful, will be back again for more BB supplies.

Poor customer service. I have tried to sell and consign things there and have never had any response from Matt, the manager when I was told to e-mail him description and photos. Would have been OK if he just stated he did not want the equipment. Will not buy anything from him again either.
