With the shortage on inventory, I feel fortunate That I was able to get what I wanted in a timely manner. Woody is an excellent Salesman and very informative. Let me first speak that I never leave any review. Much too busy. I had a alarm that went off on my key West 219. I took the boat back to boat and motor on the Saturday morning. Dakota was there on his day off working. He got one of his mechanics to look at the engine for code. Dakota was on the boat also with the mechanic working. It was found to have a reset. The reset was done and my boat runs fine. I was able to go back boating that day. Dakota was very good and his mechanic was very good too! Thank you to boat and motor service for help!👍

I have had my boat docked and serviced at Boat and Motor Superstores for quite a number of years. Mike, Matt, Ryan, Dakota and the whole service department have done a fantastic job of servicing my boat and making sure it is secure, all at a fair price. When the hurricane came through earlier this week, I called Mike, he had already taken down my bimini, zip tied it, and secured the dock lines. Great, friendly, qualified and friendly people to do business with! Many years ago, I had it docked at a different marina, what a difference!!

We recently purchased a new Key West and Jarrod was our sales person. We had met him at a boat show months prior and he still had my husband’s name in his phone when he called about this boat (impressive). He was professional, knowledgeable and confident in all of our dealings with him from our first look at the boat, to our water trial, to negotiating a price and our trade-in, to recommending some items we were adding, to signing the final paperwork. Purchased a new boat, took my twin proxs 300s in for the recommended 20hr service. Charged over a $1000.00 which I was OK with considering all the items they claimed to do. Service, check over the obvious, battery load & check, boat wash etc... (Boat was not washed and I also came home to see that none of the grease fittings were done. I had to do the oil myself again because I doubt that was even done. I think the only thing they did was charge me for boat storage for a few days?) I would have been ok if they said we couldnt get to all of it and kicked back a discount. Its a new boat and a new customer? I need someone I can trust, I dont mind paying more...just expect to receive what I pay for, nothing more. Im looking for a new service dealer..dont bother calling. Keep the money. Disappointed to say the least. Would not recommend. J

Price Gouging Alert: We contacted them for a 20 hour service on our single Yamaha 150. It was going to be over $600. Other reputable locations are completing these for $300 - $400. Make sure you check around.

Their name is right it is a superstore! They carry the best brands of brand new boats and motors! And they’re used boats are completely serviced and sale quite quickly. Their staff is Very knowledgeable and helpful! They take the time to explain the different accessories on the boats. The parts people are second to none! They have pretty much anything you would need. They also have really great prices on brand-name fishing apparel like Coaster Del mar, fresh flats and PFG just to name a few! In my opinion I think they are one of the best marine stores in Florida and I heard they are expanding to accommodate more gear! It is definitely worth the drive if you love boating and fishing!

This place is awesome! Woody from the Sales Department worked with my wife and me to find the best boat and deal that fit our budget and needs. Called 6 times and placed on hold each time for around 15 minutes. When someone did answer, they said it was the wrong department and placed me on hold again. I even left the receptionist my number and asked for the salesman to call me back.Its been 3 hours with no response. And I wasted about a hour on hold. I wanted to get a price on a new outboard. Something that shouldnt take long. I will purchase from another company. The receptionist always answers and then places you on hold.

Bought my first large used boat from this place. 05 Sea pro. For just doing business with them . They didnt fully answer all my questions, that Mr. HAAS said they would answer during the sea trial. The captain just made sure it ran properly and that He didnt know anything about the boat. was about it. Let me drive it. The day I picked it up. Hurried me thru paper work and, out the door to hook onto the boat they sat out in the side street. I then asked about rear straps to hold the 238 boat to the trailer. He said I would have to buy them . Cant believe they would let somebody drive down the road without properly securing the boat. Then I found two rear straps laying on the rear of the boat, like they forgot to take them . After having the boat for about a week, I called and asked about tags and title. They said everything will be taken care of, and that I will get everything through the mail. Temp tag expired on 12/18/18. And I have a 25k boat I cant use in my driveway cause of their lies. Go to somebody else to spend your money. Shady, lying, grab the money and run . Now after venting I am calling to find out, what happened to my title and registration.

Shane sold us our first boat from here, he was great. Very helpful and knowledgeable. Captain Nate was also great on our sea trial. Service center is great too. They work hard to get you in and out as quickly as possible.

Never write poor reviews, but this experience was too painful to not share. My wife and I sent an email request on a boat Monday and then followed up with a call that day and asked for a sales person (Ill call him Joe). Joe didnt know much at all about the boat and shared he was off the next two days and gave us his cell if we were interested. We called the next day (Tuesday) and left him a detailed message that were interested, but still have questions...no call back ever. We worried the boat would be sold if we waited for him to return after his two days off so we called first thing Wednesday morning and eventually spoke to Mark (told he was the owner) who said hed get some information and call back. He never did and after our 3rd call he admitted he was buried all day. My wife calls Joe again on Wednesday and said we are willing to give a deposit to hold the boat, but need something saying it would be refunded if the inspection/trial run isnt satisfactory. She also texted a few more questions and stressed we dont want to lose this boat...please get us these (basic) answers and well give you a deposit. Joe said we would be his #1 priority when he returned to work on Thursday. 2pm Thursday...no word from Joe so my wife texts him. He finally calls back to say someone else put a deposit on the boat Wednesday night, ITS GONE. We lost what might have been a great boat for us because we couldnt get answers to basic questions or any level of follow up. POOR SALES SERVICE to say the least.

Ok So I Baught a new 21ft baystar and delt with woody for my purchase. Purchasing experience was a breeze. Had a few hiccups with delivery of the boat after adding 10k in accessories. But they handle the situation well fixed all issues and did an amazing job on the boat in the end. Took a lil longer than expected but all in all they made up for it and their work was impeccable. Delt with dakota after having the delivery issues and he did an awesome job handling the situation and making sure my boat was done right and no flaws. They definitely earned my trust and business back for life.

The parts counter and the counter workers are very unhelpful. Too busy eating and talking to other employees to offer good service. Bought my Suzuki parts from the competition since they were the only ones to have them in stock.

Spare yourself the stress and constant follow up, and buy your boat elsewhere. We had to hound these people on everything little thing to make sure it would get done. We had to call practically everyday just to get simple updates because they wont call you back.We have had our boat a month and still havent received our warranty information or the registration or bank information.Truly a terrible experience. We shouldve paid more attention to the other negative reviews.Youre NOT missing out on anything here. They may have some really nice boats, but they dont care about sales experience or customer service once they have your check(s).

I purchased a boat from Jared in January of 2018 and was ensured the trailer was inspected and suitable for transporting to my house. When I purchased the boat the number one thing I asked was to make sure the trailer was in travel ready condition. After driving not more than an hour away the tire blew out as result of bad bearings.This is very poor service because the boat and trailer were relatively new- and upon reporting this they were not empathetic to my situation stating “there’s not much we can do here.”Not only bad service but it’s worse when you’re on the side of the road with a boat and trailer that is non-transportable and they reply “there’s not much we can do”

I had a catastrophic failure on my engine.. i brought it up to the guys at boat and motor. Dakota in service immediately got one of his techs to diagnose it. I had blown my engine..I decided to go ahead and put a new Mercury engine on the boat instead of rebuilding it. Unfortunately there is a 4 month wait on almost all 250+ hp engines.However, Chris in parts, immediately got on the phone with mercury marine and was able to track one down and even gave me a VERY reasonable price.Furthermore, one of the techs Val, went above and beyond as soon as the motor was unloaded off the truck. He stayed until 10:30pm that very same night mounting and rigging the engine so that it would be ready for a sea trial the next morning.All and all, for how stressful it is to blow and engine and commit to a hefty financial investement, the whole team at boat and motor made it easy and as stress free as they possibly could. I greatly apprciate their dedication to customer service and satisfaction. Thanks, guys!

I did not buy a boat here, although I did buy a boat elsewhere. Everyone I spoke to seemed less than interested in selling me a boat, and it seemed that they did not actually have many of the boats listed on their site that I asked about. I left my info to be contacted when similar boats come through and according to the site a few that I could have been interested in have come in, but no contact. When it comes time to sell my current boat and upgrade I certainly wouldnt want someone handling the sale that wasnt interested in selling boats. How many peoples boats have sat there far longer than they needed to unsold?

I gave a 5 star rating because there wasnt a 6 star rating!I needed a mobile mechanic and received their name and number from Mercruiser.Everything since then has exceeded ALL of my expectations! When you call, you get a human, not a machine. Dakota and Ryan in the service department were absolutely perfect! Great customer service, knowledgeable, and always returned a phone call when they said they would. I scheduled a service call and the tech who arrived (I wish I could remember his name) was GREAT! He arrived on time, was very patient in answering my questions, his knowledge was immediately appearant and he not only serviced my boat, he went above and beyond to clean everything up before he left. He was a pleasure to talk! On top of that, Dakota went the extra mile and registered my warranty with Mercruiser! Never usually have problems with stores but this place has given exceptionally bad service, definitely not buying anything else from here again.

Staff seems to be more about their own conversation. Stood there for five minutes at the counter before anyone asked if they could help me. After they tried to help me the prices wee so jacked up and the wait for parts to come in far exceeded what I could do on my own through the internet. Overall bad. I wonder how it night go if I might have had money in my pocket to buy a 100k boat. Would of walked out on them and their self centered selves

Ive probably been doing business here for 15 years. I even talked my brother into getting his upper unit here and he lives in Tennessee. These guys, John and Chris in parts and service, are the best to deal with. Now theyve made their store into a fishing store, well over the last few years- time flies. Ask them about K100, it will save you a carb job. They also have this new waterproof Grease. Its called TRC. It will save your axle bearings even if they go into saltwater 4 and 5 times a day.

I had been in the market for a “New to me” boat for a few months but had never thought about making the jump to buy a new boat. I stopped in to BMSS one day just to take a look at some new boats even though I was looking for a used one. I talked out some options and differences between several boat and motor combos with Jarrod who was incredibly helpful and easy to work with and ended up coming home with a brand new key west 219 4 days after I had originally just stopped by to look. If it wasn’t Jarrod and the rest of the BMSS staff being so nice and helpful and being able to work within my budget I wouldn’t be the very happy owner of a brand new boat. Every person I had an interaction with there from sale to parts to service to accounting was genuinely happy to add to my experience in any way they could. Glad I chose BMSS!

Have to share some of the best customer service. I pulled in the parking lot with a broken rod I was having sent in for the $75 dollar no questions asked warranty offered by St Croix. Tony from parts ended up being in the parking lot helping another employee, and was able to come and take the rod so I didnt even have to get out in the rain. I then later received a call, telling me that the St Croix rep had popped in by surprise, and he was able to convince him to wave the warranty fee, even though I was fully prepared to pay it for the sake of no questions asked warranty . To me that shows they have a good relationship with everyone associated with the product they represent, very important. Any business with them is always an easy pleasant experience, but this one in particular!

Woody is a fair person to deal with, Im glad Woody was the sales person I talked to cause I know he went out of his way to make sure I was totally happy,Also Christopher kaneble in the service department definitely worked with me to get every extra installed on a reasonable time.
