Since discovering Stellie Bellies- I’m there every week. Between my kids growing out of everything so fast, and then needing new things that fit - Stellies has been a life saver. They give you a very reasonable purchase price for your clean and gently used items, and also still have reasonably priced resale items.They have saved us so much money, my husband is very grateful. Lol

I absolutely love Stellies! My not so little guy is almost 9 & we’ve been so happy shopping here since before he was born. Great prices, awesome selection, the store is clean & smells like fresh laundry! We’ve received a ton of credit for our items over the years, always cycling back into the shop & my too cool little dude always looks like a rock star! They are not upfront and honest when it comes to how much money they’ll provide for your items. A new crib was brought to them and they said they’d give half of what it was purchased for, which would’ve been $100. However, it had to be put together first. After staying there almost two hours with the nuisance of assembling it with no assistance, they only offered $65 in store credit. The experience was tedious and unpleasant. Not a recommended place of business if you are looking to sell anything.

My husband and I are wanting to start the process of TTC so we decided to go look at baby items since we’re excited. Coming in we were greeted which was nice, but then the two employees asked how old our little one is, when I stated that we didn’t have one yet the male employee said something to the effect of “what! And you’re already looking” that seemed condescending and weird in my opinion. Then the female employee responded with “is it cooking yet?” which we chose to ignore. It made my husband and I uncomfortable so we left. 1: if someone is struggling to conceive that conversation is not only a delicate one but can be harmful. 2: it’s not your business what is going on within our household. There’s a difference between building a rapport with your customers and prying. You should learn it.Edit:It’s been days since this happened and I can’t stop thinking of how truly frustrating this was. What if we were adopting? Facing child loss? Like I just can’t get it out of my head how everything that was said to us was said so carelessly and without a single thought behind it. I appreciate the apology, however I can’t accept it as it seems very surface level and not genuine. My husband and I of course will not be returning.

I started shopping for myself here when I was pregnant with my daughter and loved saving on maternity clothes vs. mall prices! After she was born, I traded in those maternity clothes and used the store credit for a much needed baby swing. Then the baby swing got traded in for a scooter, then a training potty, then some big girl clothes, and then an awesome Little Mermaid vanity set that she used every night at bedtime to style her dads hair. And we kept getting bigger and bigger clothes until last week, when I realized my baby girl has outgrown Stellie Bellies!Were still shopping for books and some toys, but its a bittersweet end of an era. For the past 9 years, its always felt like home when Ive walked into Stellie Bellies. The staff is friendly, understanding, and the quality of everything in the store is unparalleled. I hope theyre around for another 20 years so more families can share in our experience with them!

Stellie Bellies is our go-to when we need new clothes and equipment. Everything is in good condition. The staff is super-friendly and they give you a good deal on buying your used or new items and selling too.

It’s been a while since I visited this store and man prices went up for used children’s clothes here. I popped in with my friend as she needed to sell some stuff. Cute store, clean, organized, nice stuff, but everything is overpriced. So much so that you can get it for the same price if not cheaper new at Target, Tjmaxx, Marshall’s...etc. Give yourself a favor and stop at Once Upon a Child, bigger store, bigger selection for about half the price.

The staff seems nice and store is well organized.Unfortunately big ticket items are a bit over priced and missing parts; for example, $49 for a name brand high chair with no harness.Wasn’t thrilled with their trade-in procedure. I do understand needing to maintain a profit margin; however, it is store credit only and trade ins are only accepted on week days.

Childrens bikes and strollers are in mint condition. Sweet staff.

Extremely overpriced. Dollar store items in there marked for $4.

Good-sized place full of kids items. Decent selection of baby clothing, particularly 12M. Staff was efficient and polite.

AWESOME baby resale store!!! This place is great! Clean, the staff was very nice and they have a whole maternity section. Not just a rack of clothes but the whole back of the store is nothing but maternity clothes. They also provide a fake pregnant belly in the dressing room so you can see ahead of time how a piece of clothing will fit when youre further along. They only accept gently used or new items which is great because it beats paying full price sometimes. Definitely come here first and consider used before you buy brand new.

I cannot say enough good things! Im kicking myself for not getting the girls name that helped me. She was An absolute sweetheart. The store is super cute and had a huuuge selection. Went in for sheets for my nephew and walked out with sheets a blanket and 3 outfits for what I would have spend on just a sheet set at target. Definitely recommend!

Always a good selection of items. Of course theres usually more cute girl stuff than boys, but still options abound. Its also the only place I needed to visit for maternity & nursing clothes. The sales staff is knowledgeable, the space is comfortable and they are picky about what they take, so you can be sure to find something you will like.

I am one who likes to find great deals so I shop at many of the childrens consignment/resale shops in the area! Prices, quality, cleanliness but most of all service is a HUGE factor in where I continue to shop... I have to say... This shop is by far, the BEST shop! The girls who work there are absolutely amazing! The store is big, Has room for me to push my stroller without having to pick things up and move them. It smells great and the feel of the store is awesome! The prices may be a little higher than some of the other stores BUT the quality is higher too! You get what you pay for!!! I gotta give a shout out to Mandy and the Manager whos name I believe is Alex! Those girls seem to work well under pressure. Mandys customer service skills are OUTSTANDING and Alex... I dont know how she does what she does!!! She was going through bags and bags of peoples stuff for consignment, had people waiting, Kept a smile on her face and positive attitude the entire time... Its nice to know that people still believe in good customer service and care... its so hard to come by these days!!!

Palm Harbor may be my favourite Stellie Bellies. Clean, easy to shop, friendly employees. This location consistently has high-quality items so its worth popping in when Im North County.

LOVE LOVE LOVE Stellie Bellies!!!! The only place I shop for goodies for my kids. I am not a thrifter or a person who likes consignment stores but Stellie Bellies is so clean and organized it feels like Im in a. Boutique NOT a resale store. This place is an addiction I am okay with!!!

Nice store & selection but good lord are the prices ever outrageous. $45 for a bouncer that doesnt even have all the toys & parts? And they dont give you cash for buy-backs, its store credit only. No thanks. Save your money and shop elsewhere.

Super clean and organized. You can find pretty much anything you need there. All the clothes were either new or barely used. Im excited about going back there when I need more baby stuff!

Very friendly staff. Mask are required. They are only taking items for store credit. The ONLY days to get this is on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 10 am to 3pm!

This is BY FAR the best kids store around! I dont even bother shopping new since I discovered Stellies about two years ago. The staff is always friendly, even when theyre slammed busy! I love the atmosphere there, the smell, and the overall feel of the place. I never leave Stellies empty handed :)

I have gone here twice after leaving work around 5pm and there sign says they are open until 6pm and they were closed. Its quite irritating to go out of my way as Ive heard good things of this place and when I show up they are closed at 5pm and the sign on the door says open til 6pm. Terribly operated, not worth my time or money.

Loaded up the kids and a bunch of items to trade in. Stopped in the store and they had no other customers. Informed us that they do not take trade ins on weekends. Had to load the kids and stuff back up and go to once upon a child instead.This policy is biased against working parents. Like weekends are the only time we have to do this kind of stuffAlso nothing on their website about this policy, you have to show up to be turned away.

Ive now been to this location 4 times in the last 2 years. Twice the employees/owner have been rude and unfriendly. The first time I was told not to bring in infant clothing as they had too many and that half my items were missing pieces yet that wasnt the case at all. The second time the owner made remarks about my child playing with the books even though I put them all back. She followed us around the store and just kept giving my child dirty looks and looked so annoyed. They say they dont take Wal Mart or Target clothes yet in browsing I found several faded Healthex and Circo clothing items. Their prices are insane for consigment, $5 for a tshirt with a stain on it and another with a hole right in the middle of it. Most of the pajamas have so much pilling they are rough to the touch. The diaper bags are stained yet are priced the same price as a brand new one. You cant use your credit at another store so once my credit is used up at this location I will shop at the S.R. 54 one. The St. Petersburg location is much more friendly Ive found and the one on 54 so far has been friendly as well although Ive only visited it once.
