I looked in five different locations for an item I needed for a baby shower. I was finally able to find it at this location. The location is clean and the employees were very nice and informative. I would recommend this location.

Great quality of products. The staff was very helpful. If I had a critique, which I do, it would be that the prices are too high. Youve got to be rolling in money in order to get everything you need or want. Other than that, its a great store.

Not alot of inventory for Halloween. And also hardly any options or Inventory for shirts, no iron on patches or iron on decals available was disappointed in the stores selection. Ive noticed that with the newer stores being built also that they are smaller which means smaller stock 😢

Michael’s is s great place for arts, craft, paint, hone decor, and frames. They are always running specials and you can get coupons online for 20% and 40%.

It was raining and I was soaked when I came in and they still let me shop around. Very nice workers there that were very patient with me and the other customers there. Michaels has a great variety of products and brands. I like going to there more cheap/ children section in the back for childrens birthday presents, always have something there for gifts. I go there once a month on a bike for my art supplies, and their deals help me save an extra buck, which is nice because Im young enough to not have a job. Thank you for being awesome Michaels! I really want to have some of my job experience be at Michaels, its a dream.

I was rather disappointed in the selection of items available for weddings. I seem to remember quite a large selection some years ago in Michaels for weddings and wedding receptions there was one very short Isle of things that was almost empty. Very disappointing to me

A friend visited their framing shop last weekend & Alex did a great job framing 2 18x24s. I stopped by this week & Tracy helped me choose a frame & mat for a personal photo & did a truly SPECTACULAR job w the framing into an 18x24! Was extra thrilled w the wrap & wiring, too. Believe it or not....I forgot a bag with 15 clear Christmas ornaments in it. 🤦‍♀️ guess what....a week later when I returned to inquire about a forgotten bag....they had it!!! I spoke to a manager who was kind, polite and understanding. Sure enough, they had my bag with the date, that matched my receipt. They were so kind! Thank you!

Michaels was one of the only places in the area that had holiday decorations, but there is a reason for this. Prices are over-inflated plain and simple. A product is usually difficult to buy here unless you have coupons or find things on sale. Im not much to search for coupons and I think that population of people that do is slowly dwindling. The staff was alright. The register person a little robotic. You know those associates who scan your products and tell you the total without any bit of personality?

Yesterday I had a good experience checking out, but fair experience finding what I wanted in the store. I needed patches for shirts that had holes, and I wanted to cover them decoratively. The woman in the aisles told me they had none in the store. When I told her that I found them on line, she said, “You should have called.” Direct and to the point. She kept working.I browsed the aisles, and found some items I needed, and got in line to pay. While waiting, I decided to buy face covers with my 50% off coupon - $9.99 instead of $19.99. Cashier was friendly and efficient.Today, Raven helped me get a refund for the face covers. The material was too thin and too small for Husband. Raven was polite, efficient, and I knew she was smiling behind her face mask. I was in and out in record time.The store is clean, well laid out, has great inventory, and most of the staff are a joy. All wore masks, and stickers on the floor helped check ours maintain social distancing. I will continue to patronize this location - especially for Raven!

All Christmas stuff was 50% off, so I picked up some lights and village items. Staff was helpful in finding a couple of other items. Go here for your artistic needs. :)

This store always has great sales and clearance deals. Always friendly staff. But watch your prices ring up I have had alot of items ring up the wrong price.

It isnt stocked as well as I usually find this store. I love arts and crafts for adults. Didnt have the selection I have seen before this pandemic. Surprised because I thought with adults being stuck at home they would have many items. Prices are higher just like everywhere else! But u can get your normal stuff for crafting just not many puzzles or painting sets scratch pictures etc

Terrible experience. I walked in after placing my order online and asked where do I pick up. That must have set her off because she was extremely rude from that point. She then said she didnt have my order and she didnt know what to tell me. After showing her the confirmation email with my order number, and my PayPal with the order confirmation and transaction Id she continued to say theres nothing she can do and I was wrong. I then asked where the item was so I could just purchase and get out of there, she then became very sarcastic and condescending with me. Will never go back - update, my account was charged twice, despite the employee being very rude and demanding I would not be because its wasnt in her system and as she said I dont know what to tell you

True art supply stores are going out of business, leaving us with stores like Michaels. Michaels tends to be pretty overwhelming, catering to many, many interests, and then for some reason checkout almost always takes a super long time, waiting in line. The supplies for drawing and painting are not as varied as a dedicated art store could offer, but if you want aisle after aisle of packaged scrapbooking supplies, yep, you are in luck! Not my thing, but oh well. This location in Palm Harbor is by far preferable to the one at the mess that is Gulf-to-Bay in Clearwater. Better for traffic, and a roomier store.

Hey its a craft store. No fabric here. They did step up their home decor game. Big kids craft section. No coupon, search on your phone!

Its summertime and I regularly buy size one Aunt Lydias crochet cotton size fashion 3 size one. The colors are so limited and they never carry more than 3 in quantity in these very basic colors. I crochet bathing suits and such so this is something I need in larger quantities and colors. I wish they would branch out and get more variety of finger weight yarns and threads to match the season we are in! No one is really going to be crocheting with worsted weight or bulky yarn unless youre making stuff for winter now to send to customers up north or Christmas presents.

Employees are friendly and swift. Attentive to what you need and suggest upsell when needed. Stocked with a large variety and have clearance weekly. I get all the supplies I need. If the store is temporary out, they will advise you to another Michaels location that has in stock, or make suggestions to substituting. Love this place!

Medium size store so a bit cramped. Staff is nice. Michaels is starting to carry more of their own store brand and its not always the best, but prices are pretty good. So many restrictions on coupons makes figuring them out difficult. Have taken some classes there in the past and the room is pretty cramped.

I LOVE ❤❤❤❤ Michaels, you can find all types of arts & crafts items there. There is always something on clearance. If you download the app you get all sale items every week. If you give them your email, you get coupons. Its cheaper than most places. But, I HAVE found cheaper at Walmart at times.

Went for pre-made frames for prints. Found what we needed BOGO. Still expensive at BOGO, but quality. Worth it.
