A poor foot care solution with outsized promises and outlandish prices. For $350 I got a small piece of molded plastic and a thin shoe liner. After following their prescribed break-in regime, I had nothing to show but continued painful feet. Have since gone to cushioned inserts - plentiful for under $15, and have much improvement.

I can’t wear a pair of shoes without my Good Feet arch supports! For three years now they have been my constant companion, allowing me to walk and hike without the constant pain I was used to. Absolutely phenomenal service! I’m a bartender and I’m constantly on my feet and I was feeling severe redness and pain and I came In as a walk in and Brianna made me an appointment right away! Excellent customer service!!!!!!!!! She was so friendly and made me feel right at ease. She really throughly explained every detail and why it’s important to take care of our feet and i went back to work the same night and that very same night, I came home with literally NO redness or pain.. I brought a pare of good feet supports 20 years ago with a lifetime quarantine with them . I thought they would limit the times I could get a new pare. But every time my feet started to hurt again I would go into a good feet store they would give me a new pare for $19. They a one company that stands behind there guarantee before good feet I would pay a foot doctor over $200 to get a new pare about every two years or so . Now I pay good feet $19 to get a new pare. I had chronic foot pain even after years of visits to a foot doctor and wearing custom orthotics. I have been suffering from server Plantars Fasciitis on and off for many years. To Whom it may concern,I am a 63 year old, retired man who has been walking about 8 miles a day for many years. Suddenly, the balls of my feet started getting sharp pains every time I walked. It became so painful that I had to stop walking.I really did not think it was a medical problem and I remembered the ads I had seen about The Good Feet Store. I walked in to get help with the problems I have been dealing with many years. Towards the end of the fighting, I decided to wait until after my surgery as it has to be done, then I will return after 6 months. Ms.Lopez did not only fitted me to the supports, but very thoroughly explained to me about the product and help me understand everything I needed to know. What really made me want to reach out is her beyond amazing customer service, her amazing attitude, personality, and was not pushy at all. She let me know I was able to try the product to see if it will help me when other stores do not allow that. During my fitting. another woman walked in who was very afraid of germs and being around others due to this pandemic. Brianna not only made her feel safe, but re-disinfected the area so she will feel comfortable during her feeling and made sure to change her gloves after every new thing she touched. Bottom line, this woman needs to be highly reconized as I even noticed in the store she has received awards due to her amazing work. She truly truly cares about every individual and is not trying to sell. This work career she is in, she really adores doing as you can see how happy she gets when shes able to help someone get relieved from any type of pain anyone walks in the door with. Absolutely love them !! I purchased for my son about a month ago. He is very active in sports so we bought a pair to use for his soccer shoes but he liked them so much he uses everyday in his tennis shoes. So I decided to get a pair . I have had my right ankle a little sore and I thought I’m going to try these and so far feels great . I highly recommend to everyone especially your kids. My son is 10 and loves them . Brianna was amazing! She knew her stuff, was polite, and was very considerate. I deal w a tremendous amount of moderate to severe chronic pain from fibromyalgia and peripheral neuropathy. Great experience went in there with an issue left there without one ! Paola was nothing but profesional explained everything in detail. Opened my eyes and made me realize how important your feet really! In my case I had bad pain on my heels wake up so sore barley walk. It’s the best feeling to walk with no pain again. Believe it, these inserts are just as advertised. I’m seeing many changes like walking securely. Standing straight at the sink instead of into it. Just wanted to share my experience. I came to Good Feet almost 6 years ago due to chronic knee pain and flat feet issues. Due to my life changing experience I am now a Store manager at the Good Feet Store. It changed my life and I enjoy helping others.

I bought my arch supports last year from the wonderful Brianna. They changed my life. I was suffering from plantar fasciitis and had extreme heel pain. For the past year I can walk and hike (which I do a lot!) with no pain. I stopped back in this summer because I’ve been overdoing it a bit and want to make sure I hadn’t damaged my supports. Both Brianna and Paola took time to check my supports and how they were fitting on my arches. My feet have changed so we have gone with a different size support and all seems great. I walked in with severe back and knee problems and these supports made everything so much easier! I tried so many different things and these supports changed my life. These were my savior. I had such terribly sore feet from plantar fasciitis that is was hard for me to walk after working my shifts. When I got these insert my world changed. I tried many things to solve the pain in my feet for planter fasciitis including having custom insoles made. Every thing worked for a short time, but not permanently. Then I discovered Good Feet. It was very simple and quick for them to fit my feet with the correct type of insole and immediately I felt no pain. What a difference!!!!!!! My daughter has to stand a lot in her job and her toes were hurting her so badly she could no longer run. So I took her to Good Feet. So my job requires me to stand and walk most of my shift so as of lately i been having lots of feet pain and back pains. I was having troubles with my Achilles. After using the Good Feet supports my Achilles’ heel is no longer a problem.

Went in and they did some measurements, then brought out some generic hard insoles, had my doubts that this was going to make a difference but decided to try as I was desperate for some relief. Not only did they not help, they made my feet worse AND slipped around inside my shoes as they give you some velcro to hold them in place, that itself is a joke. They did not help my feet whatsoever, returned them, no problem with the refund and that is why I gave a 2 star instead of a one star.

Made an appointment on tuesday. Beverly and her assistant sorry dont remember her name but awesome girl nade us feel so welcome. Beverly explained the whole process to us from beginning to end they were so helpful and sweet.
