Very friendly. Went in for a certain braceletThey ordered it and arrived a couple of days later so I had to also take a new heart necklace home for Valentines. A girlie store I love.

I have been a Brightons customer for more than a decade. When I first bought products, the customer service was excellent. Last year, I bought a fanny pack at the Brightons in Palm Desert, California. Within a month, the snap broke. As I live in Canada, and there are no Brightons, I waited until this week to return to the Palm Desert store to have it fixed. They said that I would have to pick it up from the Palm Desert store in 3 to 4 weeks. They would not ship it to my home address as they would havethe past nor would they ship it to a store closer to me in New York. I am finished with Brightons. Their product quality and customer service has declined

Definately not the same as in OC. These sales associates had to be the rudest group of women Ive encountered. I had entered the store a few moments before my daughter and was in a corner looking. As she arrived dressed very casual she was looked over and never greeted as I had been. I stood by and listened not approaching her. She said hello, stated to the associate she needed help with bracelets and was pointed to a case ( OVER THERE the associate replied). Another approached with very little enthusiasm, my daughter then stated she was looking for something with a bit more gold in the charms that silver was not her thing to which the associate stated apparently your not a fan of Brighton. Really? Five handbags, three wallets, four bracelets and shes not fan? She purchased yet another bracelet and charms for a gift. I walked out before I would have chosen a few unkind words to say to these women. Instead Im posting this so that others will be aware when your not wearing your Rolex or sporting a Brighton handbag or accessory what to expect! Remember what they say about those who assume.........El Paseo store we definitely will El Passo next time around!! Ladies of Brighton do learn this, you never know who your greeting or not greeting, learn to be kind to everyone!
