Amazing customer service. We worked first with Monica who was so patient and spent time helping us locate exactly what we needed! Jenn and Alesso have been amazing as well. Without their help there is no way we could have gotten the tile we wanted. Hands down the best customer service!! Could not be better! Honest, knowledgeable, responsive and overall just excellent. It’s so hard to find a great company, with amazing employee these days:)

NPT has the best showroom for pool tile in the valley. Its nice to have a place to send clients to see a wide variety. They can also get other brand tile at a decent price.

Awesome selection of pool tile

On December 28th I ordered 110 square feet of tile with Carlos assisting us with the tile, grout selection and plaster color selection. He was very helpful in the process. We went with what I considered to be a “second choice” for one primary reason, that being it was a tile product that was readily available and something they carry or stock. In fact, we were told it would likely be available for will-call just after the weekend.Unfortunatley, it is now January 11th and my contractor has still not been able to pick the tile I paid in-full for on December 28th, with assurance I was selecting something readily available. NPT has not lived up to there commitment and has delayed the process and my contractor.Today I phoned and asked to speak with a Manager and I was simply transferred to a voice mail. Before transferring to voice-mail no one asked if they could help me with a problem or suggested I might be simply leaving a message.Michael

A little slow on service but great,friendly service.

Very Poor Customer Service. If you are the general public they dont even want to sell to you. Went there on A Saturday and nobody around to even be at the counter. After scouring the yard the find people goofing off got one person to help sell us some tile. She counted the tile wrong amount shortchanging us 10 Square feet and couldnt even package it in a box leaving us to drive home with 30 square feet of tile loose and unpacked. This management needs to wake up to selling to the public of put a sign up saying contractors only. Sad place for the public to buy tile.
