I do t understand why they do not honor the gift cards at the store. Will never buy Fanatics again. Sticking to LIDS!!!! Would give NO star if able.

Nice big store in the mall. The guys working here are friendly but could be a little more tech savy. I wanted to get a dst. file for one of our design from them but was told it was too big to send via email and so I had to go here and get the file on a flash drive. All they have to do is to zip it up and send it.

Nice staff, although a waste of time and money with custom embroidery jobs. Dont even bother. End product will be complete trash, and they will not refund you. Save your time and money and go some place else.
