Called this company based on a recommendation to install wet bar mirror and glass shelving system. From start to finish, not only did they meet my expectations, they exceeded. Efficient scheduling, measuring for estimate, measuring for production, installation scheduling and finally installing it. Wow! Their attention to detail was excellent! Polite, timely and skilled at what they do. You cant ask anything more.

The Glazz Works, gave us a highly competitive bid for replacement windows for our Desert home which is 40 plus years old.We thought we wanted vinyl...they gave us a good explanation why aluminum was a better choice.They were 100 percent correct.They told us when the windows would be installed. They were on time.Their crew was highly skilled, friendly and professional.The wore masks for our safety the entire time and were very respectful of our home.We had 3 bids. They were not the lowest... BUT were by far the most professional proposal.They worked with us on unique concerns which we had.In short...we are thrilled with our new windows and professionalism of the workers.We new nothing about this company before. Glazz Custom Works did an amazingly fast job installing a shower partition exactly as I asked for. They were helpful in choosing the right size tempered glass and choosing the attachments. Very bad customer service1. Phone never picked up and response on time2. When you need you can not reach them. They just showed up with wrong items3. They dont understand what you said no matter how many time you told them.4. 3 times they come they still not understanding how to do it right.Im very disappointed as a general contractor and even more disappointed as a paying customer.Not recommended
