Good variation of flavors. Love the speaker at the register when ordering, love not having to shout my order, especially during this COVID era. Probably the coolest cups ever. They’re almost like souvenirs. Will be back when in the area.

Lots of variety. My only complaint is how much ice the teas have and how little juice they have. I love that they have a variety of Boba and popping Boba. My absolute favorite. They have stickers for everyone to stand 6 ft apart as you enter and order. They have a glass between you and them to order and a little intercom so you can hear them better. Super cool idea

Wonderful service, me and my friends came in and a very friendly cashier named Katy recommended great tasting drinks for us since it was our first time at this establishment. We loved the recommendations along with the service we got and we will definitely be going back in the future. 10/10

Dismissive. Uncaring. Wouldn’t sell me extra boba. Guess what?! Next. I wont step through your door again. There is another Boba tea house and they wont be rude.

The feng shui of this store is awful. The menu board is located on the right wall, not above the cashier at the order area. The Air Conditioner was turned off and the entire store was an oven. Social Distancing didnt exist, the lighting was horrible and the staff unfriendly. DO NOT order any food because that will take 20 minutes or more and they dont tell you in advance. They do not have ANY beverage holders so forget #Grubhub or #Postmates because Drivers are not professional jugglers. Turn on the lights, turn on the air, move the menu board, speak nicely to your customers and buy products to help drivers deliver your items and you will be as good as Ding Tea.

Drinks are good. Can be too sweet. But. They did a recent menu change and also increasing the prices on some drinks. If you do large on their “special” ones it can cost you about $8. For a tea. But expensive then what it was before. Haven’t came back since they changed it. Oh well.

Yummy and fast service! This was my first Boba tea but it wont be my last. I had a strawberry/kiwi fruit slush was strawberry Bobas.

Tea Be Honest, this is the best boba Ive ever had! I love this place, its so aesthetically pleasing and the staff is great. I didnt believe in love at first bite until I came here

The experience is always good, I have tried taro, match, galaxy and strawberry mango blend, the latter is my favorite. I do not like bobba wich is an unpopular opinion but the drinks are still great without it. I was at their cathedral city location not long ago but for some reason the drinks tasted sweeter it gave me a little headache (sugar does that to me). But that is just me, if you been wanting to give it a try just go for it, they are really helpful (both locations) to help you decide what to get.

Very, very slow service. Longest that Ive waited at any tea place. Not enough staff. But a cute little place with friendly staff.

A very refreshing spot. A huge variety of flavors, and add ons. Their Matcha is very good, they have a Matcha Horchata mix that I definitely need to try the next time!! Great service as well.

I finally got the nutellamisu coffee (I opted to have the coffee sweetened) and good GOD its great. Its super smooth and not bitter! My Wife doesnt like coffee and after tasting mine said he would consider getting it!I hate this place because everything is amazing and the more things I try the harder it is to decide what to get next time. Nutellamisu coffee is great for caffeine, but their #5 milk tea and the oolong is great with nutellamisu too... and I still havent tried a mango or strawberry drink, or rose!

I guess I ordered the wrong item Roasted oolong iced tea, not the flavor I was expecting.. Not really there fault my girlfriend got the tropical I Ed tea with popping Boba and it was good. They have cool Asian snacks though.

This place is pretty great. The staff is friendly and welcoming and they offer reasonable prices. The service is really quick and you have the option of either taking it to-go or enjoy it inside the establishment. Not only do they have tea but they also have boba toppings, slushies, and snacks. I have tried matcha green tea, Thai tea, and honeydew lychee (lychee is too overwhelming with this one). My favorite is Thai tea with boba.

Love this place, but the amount of hipsters really brings this place down. Too many people with their Instagram handle on their cars 🙄

I tried the Aurora Galaxy, and the Taro Hokkaido, and they were both delicious! The boba was a perfect consistency, and they both were amazing prices! Very polite, helpful, kind, and friendly customer service!

This place was a last resort for real. We never had been and I am glad we went such a cute place nice reusable cups and great drinks. The sieves was on point and the only thing I might have wished to change was the time i waited. It was not long at all tho I guess it was the suspense that was killing me😂😂

Loved it! The lemonade tea was great. And the price for it was fair. Side effect though, is that now this place is becoming super trendy so it was packed and seating inside is limited. Even bursting to the seams with people, the employees were doling out drinks quickly.

It wasnt what i expected. I was surprised of the taste.

Too good to be true!😍🤩Their drinks taste as sweet as honey and flowers and maybe even heaven because thats how it made me feel. Lots of varieties to choose from, my favorite are the Galaxy drinks with popping bobbas and the slushy coffee drinks. Its worth it to spend your money here.

I was so reluctant to review this place and give it the 5 stars that it absolutely deserves, because I didnt want it to get anymore busy then it already is, but Im going to do it now because they really are worth the 5 stars.. The best tea and Boba place by far! Great and friendly staff, even when its crazy busy, which is becoming more and more so. The only problem, and it has nothing to do with the business or staff, is when people get to the register after being in line for a while and stand there, going over the whole menu, still trying to decide, or ask for flavors or teas that they dont have. Thats really what makes the lines get so long. They do have a pretty big menu, so maybe check it out online and make your mind up on what you want to order before getting to the register. Just a suggestion

The tea is brewed perfectly, so smooth with rich flavor. The honey is not just honey, again its absolute quality honey, I dont know about everyone but I can certainly taste a difference. Pretty much the only real boba place around here. Pretty decent tea. Hokkaido milk tea was prey bad tasting.. maybe they messed that one up but yea. All the other flavors have been fine.

Ordered a large taro slush (that’s the only size it comes in) and was given a smaller size. i got ripped off. a family member also experienced this as well. they ordered the same taro slush n was given the wrong size. guys, make sure they give you the right size cup.. the flavor of it was one of the best i’ve had but was heavily disappointed by the sheer lack of professionalism of letting a customer walk out with the wrong order multiple times. DONT GET RIPPED OFF PPL

Best vegan friendly Boba in the Desert. I go here for my Boba fix almost every weekend. The chicken poppers are delicious and are exactly the kind of chicken snack you can find here just like in Norcal boba cafes. Cant wait for new flavors and snack items!

Strawberry banana drink tasted like chemicals. Had my girlfriend and her brother taste and they said it tastes like hair spray. Their teas were okay but Im not a tea person.

Amazing variety! A Taro tea non dairy milk slush with exploding mango boba! Ive never tried the cheese salt foam but was happily surprised. Clean shop with friendly service. Its just off the 111, Im sorry it took me so long to find this place.

It was very busy in there, but over all the line was being moved at a good pase, and as a new place it seems like a lot of the workers are still being walked trough there job. But over all the vibe in there is awesome!! And the two drinks we purchased where super good!!

Authentic boba teas served here. Non-dairy creamer used for pretty much everything. There is one list of drinks made with real milk. A few snacks are offered on their menu like popcorn chicken. There was a substantial line to order drinks and theyve only been open since Friday. If you dont like beverages too sweet, ask for only 25% or 50% of the sweetener. Go and try it!

I understand, Tea be honest just opened and problems do exist things dont go as smoothly. For a business that wants to stay open in the Coachella valley they should strive a little harder to complete orders in a timely manner and actually be kind to a customers who are new to their menu..which I believe to be a little vague and can cause misunderstanding. While working in the food/drink service questions will be asked by customers, but the girl at the counter didnt feel the need to answer questions and when she did it was applied with a pompous attitude. Maybe some customer service training courses are needed to handle guest in a proper manner. The employees who are supposed be hard at work making your drinks are too busy waiting on a blender which only two are available at a time and there is a line of people. So do the math you will be waiting forever..The employees seemed more concerned with turning up the music in the establishment which is a method use by individuals who dont care and want people out. I dont if they are trying to create a relaxing/calming ambiance but its the complete opposite feeling when you have the music blasting, again customer service skills are needed at this place. The drinks were bad mediocre at best my family and I waited a total of one hour for 4 different beverages which when we all felt were not great. Despite the experience we still tipped the employees but we will never return due to the poor service, bad drinks, just a bad experience I wouldnt put anyone thru.

Staff was fablous. My fresh fruit lemon lavender with strawberry popping boba was very good gooood. Not to sweet and not to plain. Just perfect. I will be back to try other drinks. Enjoy. Well worth the cost
