Distinctive Flooring just completed a Luxury Vinyl floor installation in our Palm Desert Condo. From start to finish they were very professional and delivered on every promise they made. I had originally selected one product based on input from my own designer, however, once Charles surveyed the situation, he suggested we needed a thicker product to match the stone that was in place (and going to stay in the unit). He helped us select a great replacement by Coretec.The installation team arrived and completed the job in 4 days, exactly as promised. Antonio was very professional and thorough. The work was efficient and they left the place nice and clean. I love the new floors and am very happy with the results.This was the first time we worked with Distinctive Flooring. I hope to be a repeat customer and can recommend them without reservation.

My tile is absolutely gorgeous! I visited a couple of tile shops in the area and Id have to say this place had the most quality tiles for a Full Service tile store. Sabrina the sales person was very helpful and instrumental in helping me choose the right tile for my project. There was a small mishap in the ordering of the tile but Im satisfied with the one I ultimately stayed with. Keler and his crew did a great job installing my beautiful porcelain tile in my renovated kitchen! John, the foreman on the project, was readily available with any concerns I had on my project. Im looking forward to continued business as I plan to get this gorgeous tile installed throughout my home.

Angel At Distictive Flooring was an absolute gem and savior during my remodel process. She is expert with tile layout, grout color, paint color, and her attention to detail was super impressive. Her team is, as well, professional, and very good at what they do.

Distinctive flooring deserves a 10 star rating! Theyre very professional, know their product very well and there is absolutely no high pressure. Miss Toni bent over backwards to find exactly what we were looking for.We live in a manufactured home and we were thinking about having tile installed and they could have sold us very expensive stone-type tile flooring but they explained that type of flooring would not be suitable for a manufactured home because of the shifting and movement of the foundation and the tile and the grouting would crack.As it turns out, my neighbor had tile installed in her manufactured home through a different flooring company and that is exactly what has started happening to her tile.Distinctive Flooring installers are professionals and do a very good and amazing job. I cant say enough good things about Distinctive Flooring.They could have made twice the money by selling me the wrong thing but they wanted to do a proper job even if it meant making less money on their part.I wouldnt go anywhere else for any flooring or counter work at all. You cant go wrong with Distinctive Flooring!

What happens when you rent a house for 2 months in Palm Springs and the worst rain storm and flooding in the last 100 years hits? You could have a disastrous vacation dealing with rental agencies or you could be lucky and get Tony from Distinctive Floor Care to save your flooded bedrooms. What an amazing company. When other homes were being told to wait 3-4 days for national home restoration companies to arrive, Tony, dripping wet in the rain, made sure he went to the hardware store, bought a pump to get excess water away, contacted the men necessary to vacuum all water and install drying and humidification equipment so there would be no mold, and, to top it all off, he had the contacts with the real estate people to get instant approval for all his work. Can you imagine if you give this guy some lead time in a home renovation what he can do. Thanks Tony.

These guys sent their team out to clean my carpets the day I called. They got out the worst of the worst stains. And in a very efficient time, I would highly recommend them to all friends and family.
