I love going to Cig Palm CBD. I get good vibrations from Sam every time—his presence there makes me feel more like I’m visiting a friendly neighbor than running an errand. Excellent service and top quality products, too, from pipes and tobacco to a wide array of healing CBD goods. I can go to any store, but it’s the PEOPLE that make the experience for me. I look forward to seeing Sam again very soon. He brightens my day!

Friendly neighborhood smoke store. The Gentleman who owns the place allowed me to use a coupon on an already reduced price pack of smokes.Also.. They have books of matches. And I get one EVERY time I get a pack of smokes. Most places dont have matches let alone give a book away each time I ask.P.S pretty sure most of the negative reviews here are smear-jobs/troll accounts... Shame on them.

Guy at the front desk is extremely rude and unhelpful. I was ready to buy a pipe, a bong, and a grinder from him, but didn’t due to his rude attitude I did not buy anything. There is a smoke shop across the street next to Ralph’s that has a much better selection and a very friendly staff that works there. This place is a disgrace.

Great smoke shop! Even better prices on everything from cigarettes to vape stuff. Sam is always working, and a friendly helpful person to see behind the counter!

I have to say, this is the BEST cig store I’ve ever been to. I was there when when the Kozmo person was there that left a bad review and Sam is anything but rude. We even had to comment to the gentleman because he was in fact the rude one and was hassling Sam. He is a true gentleman and stand up guy. He’s sincere and always helps me with my cig and vape needs. The prices are excellent compared to other companies out here that charge ridiculous prices. I will never go anywhere else! Thank you Sam!

I have a great experience every time I go into this store. You can only be ripped off if you allow yourself to be. (to another review from a year ago)The man running this store EVERYDAY is very friendly and personable, I try not to go anywhere else if I can help it. Loyal customer great place and cheapest for what I need that I have found so far...his prices never change on me I know exactly how much it will be every time.Sometimes I am in a hurry and sometimes I stop to chat a few minutes. He is good people. The store is nice.

So I go to this place all the time. For everything. It’s right down the street from my house. I just spent 50 bucks in there two days ago and so, customer loyalty and what not, my wife needed a lighter, so she went in because that’s where I buy everything. They turned my wife away because she didn’t have cash, just her debit card. She said he was rude and told her no that it wasn’t enough and even if she bought two it wasn’t enough! Never again. You won’t get another dime from me.

IVE TRIED THREE TIMES TO COME INTO BOTH STORES THAT THESE PEOPLE OWN AND HAVE RECEIVED EXTREMELY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. FIRST OF ALL; A STORE NEEDS TO KNOW WHAT THEY SELL, IF YOUR GONNA GET INTO SELLING VAPE PRODUCTS THEN LEARN WHAT THE DETAILS ARE ON COILS AND OHMS DONT JUST READ THE BOX AND ASSUME THATS ALL YOU NEED TO KNOW. THIS IS OFF SUBJECT BUT I SAW A BATTERY THERE FOR 34.99, AND AT THE DISPENSARY UP THE STREET ITS ONLY 15.00. BUT BACK TO WHAT I WAS SAYING, BOTH STORES HAVE GIVEN ME THE SAME TYPE OF SERVICE WHEN IT COMES TO THE WAY YOU GREET AND COMMUNICATE WITH A CUSTOMER, IS IT MY TATTOOS IS IT MY RACE I DONT KNOW. SO I EVEN LET 5 PEOPLE GO AHEAD OF ME WHILE I WAS ATTEMPTING TO GET INFORMATION ON THE PRODUCTS THAT I WANTED, SINCE ALL HIS ATTENTION WAS ON THE PERSON BEHIND ME ANYWAYS. AND EACH PERSON WAS GIVEN A DIFFERENT ATTITUDE AND HE EVEN SEEMED TO KNOW EACH PERSON BY NAME. SO AGAIN IS IT THE WAY I LOOK OR SOMETHING. EITHER WAY IVE TRIED WITH BOTH THE OLDER MAN AND WHAT I ASSUME ARE HIS SONS. SO ILL JUST FIND A DIFFERENT LOCATION. THESE PEOPLE DONT KNOW WHAT THEY ARE SELLING ANYWAYS AND TO TOP IT OFF HALF THE STUFF SEEMS TO BE KNOCK OFFS WHICH MEANS CHEAP PARTS WITH NAME BRAND LOGOS. Sam is the best guy you could come across in a smoke shop, been going to him for over a year now and he always has a smile when you walk through the door, makes you feel welcomed and important, my favorite smoke shop out in the desert!

Simply put, Overpriced. They mark up like you wouldnt believe. $40 for what you can get for $10-$15. When the sticker says $20, and I obviously see it, dont say $40.

This place sucks, not a good selection and the guy in the front is weird and unhelpful.

So I go in today to buy Powerball tickets and pack of cigarettes, paid $21, $8 + for cigs $12 for tickets given 3 tickets, total rip off artist! Check your purchase at counter!

If your not buying a single pack of pall malls, your getting ripped off!! I bought cigarettes and cigars here for over two years! A couple months ago he started selling e cigarettes. I had never even heard of such a thing and immediately thought it was the greatest. I bought a EGO from Joyetech for 139.95, and 5 bottles of tobacco e juice at 7.99 a piece and an extra clearomizer thing for 9.99. I was amazed! I came back two weeks later to buy more tobacco e juice and he was sold out. I asked when he was going to re stock and it turned into him giving me a lecture about how no electronic cigarette will EVER taste as good as a real cigarette. Because a real cigarette has 4000 chemicals and the e cigarette only has 4 or 5. I was dumbfounded that he thought real cigarettes were better then e cigarettes. Why is he even selling then then!!? I then tried to buy an extra clearomizer from him, and when he rung me up it was 19.99! I told him he had just sold me one two weeks ago for 9.99 and he said I was lying! Oh man! I told him forget about it and went to another tobacco store. Thats when I found out this guy had really been ripping me off for years on everything! I dont reccomend this store to ANYONE. This store is the same owners as the tobacco store across the street. They both try to rip you off! Beware!

Very professional, orgainized, accommodating, and they had my brand of cigars clipper vanilla that 10 other shops didnt have. Ill be back for sure!
