Five Below may have a good shopping atmosphere, but the products are terrible. The products will break if you touch them even lightly. The proces match how good they are. So 5 dollars for a phone charger means its a bad charger.

The friendliest staff ever and the funniest t-shirts I have ever seen

The store was nice, but attention to detail was lacking. I was charged multiple times for a single item. When I realized after leaving they were quick to correct it.

Great place. Lots of inexpensive deals. The quality of most products here are decent enough for the price. My kids love this store and I do too as I can give them quite a bit without breaking the bank.

Best Mexican food anywhere

This is a fun store. The quality of some of their stuff is questionable, but they have a good return policy. I recently bought a regulation size basketball, for $5. How cool is that?

Very nice cahier teller that took time to show me where particular items were today. They didnt have the Hello Kitty items I was looking for but he was nice.

Very pleased with my visit, every time I come in Erynne is a pleasure to deal with, very friendly and a great asset as a manager. It’s nice to see a familiar and friendly face. She suggested a lot of accessories to add onto my phone case purchase, very pleased. A+++++, very conscientious and hard worker.

Laura helped me out so much and store manager called me and left me a voicemail that the item I was looking for hasn’t arrived and she gave me hers that she doesn’t use, how cool is that! The best store in Palm Desert, 5 below deserves 10 and above stars!

This place is so cool! Lots of things in here and great for gifts and never spend more than $5! Electronics, accessories, clothes, shoes, make up etc..etc.. awesome place. Staff is helpful, cheerful and enjoy chatting with.

Great store I didnt even know it existed if you are on a budget for Christmas, birthdays or just because, its mostly for young children - teenagers there are some things though for young adults. Im glad I stumbled upon this store while shopping!

I went here for the first time while I was signing up at the Guitar Center for lessons. Best store was great fun. A large selection of items just to mention a few there were candy makeup beach towels beach toys exercise accessories games and more, and yes for 5 and under. Will visit this store again and again for sure

Cute discount/dollar store with lots of cell phone accessories, candy, toys, makeup and home decor. Also quite a lot of fitness equipment. Aimed at teens mostly. Staff were friendly and helpful. Right next to Marshalls.

Kids love this plac. They can be in there for 30 minutes and still want to wonder around the same stuff.

Went in late Sunday night, November 24, while checking out I asked a lady on the way up to the register area, that I was curious about the pricing above $5. She said something and I did not quite catch it, so I continued on my way up to the register where a younger girl who was very sweet and nice helped me cash out my items that I bought. By this time the other older lady had worked her way up to the cash register‘s too and I asked again about the items that were higher than $5 and she rolled her eyes and responded to the other girl under her breath about being annoyed that everybody is asking them this. I was kind of taken aback since she was so rude. The other sweet girl named Lezlee told me the rude lady was named Adriana. I will be calling corporate!!!!

Great selection of items. Store was pretty chaotic when I was there with kids kicking balls across the store and playing tag with no intervention from stofe staff.

On electronics Chargers earbuds Bluetooth headsets they are a lot better than Amazon on prices for the same Brands same name brands and everything

Rude employee Adry Anna, said manager was busy and ignored me, pointed me towards another employee when I needed help finding an item because she said she was too busy with her managerial duties. Rude af and needs to be fired, I’ll never shop there as long as she’s working there. I left 4 stars because other employees were cheerful and store was clean.

Horrible store walked right in and felt like the workers are hovering over me made me feel so uncomfortable i even said something loud so he could hear me and back off. Other shoppers felt the same. I wont ever return to this store they lost my business!!!
