Love my closets! Adds so much value and style to the house.The whole process was great from start to finish. The design process was fun to see take shape. Pricing was great during covid times so how could I pass up? The quality of the closets make it look like installed with the house. Everything matches existing trim and colors. Completely changed look and feel of the house and added so much storage for my hoarding.Installation was easy and staff friendly and responsive. Parts took some time to come in due to port delays, but I didnt mind because it delayed my payment start date lol. Small knobs anyway so closet was fully functional.Shannon was amazing the whole way through and even helped with more projects after my initial set. Will continue to use CA Closets for any future needs!

Danny and his team were friendly, picked up after themselves and were very nice. I received a text when they went to lunch and they were just a good group of guys. Our Design Consultant Genesee was amazing too. Gave us just what we wanted. we love our new Pantry and Closet

I had an excellent experience with California Closets. I made an online appointment with a designer who was very responsive to my needs. We met again to review her CAD drafts of my design using my provided measurements so I could visualize the build and make adjustments in real time. Installation was done exactly as requested, installers arrived on time, and left the area clean. Overall good value for a custom closet.

I was very happy with my experience using California Closets this past spring. It was a challenging and a bit scary job designing two large pantries in a complex space entirely remotely. The designer was patient and thorough she did a great job guiding me through the experience. The installation was a breeze and we couldn’t be happier with the outcome.

I have to tell you...California Closets is the best of the best! I knew of their stellar reputation but was weary to get a quote because I feared they might be too high end for my job. I was more than pleasantly surprised when their bid came in far below the two others I have gotten from other sources. And from the initial planning phases to installation, to the final follow through was perfect! Not only was everyone involved extremely professional but personable and sincerely pleasant and amenable throughout the process. You dont get that kind of service much anywhere these days. I contacted California Closets to schedule the installation of two closet packages they had installed a couple of years earlier. The originals had been damaged and removed when a water pipe broke, flooding the home. They confirmed the original drawings were on record, thus saving time usually needed for a site visit and prepare drawings. I was told someone would get back to me that day or the next to schedule the installation. No call. I then left several messages, expressing the urgency, at the Palm Desert office and at the corporate office in Orange County over about a two week period. Not a single return call. Ill let you know how Closet World works out.

This is not related to California Closets work alone, but one of their AMAZING employees who happened to notice that my front passenger-side tire had popped in a parking lot. This occurred as I was leaving a convenience store and he grabbed my attention, suggested I pull over into a parking space and then proceeded to help me change the popped tire to the emergency spare in the back of my trunk. The person who helped me is named Matthew Hinojosa. In such moment of despair, I didnt know what to do and Matthew was there to help me when I needed it...and even after helping me with tire, he helped me what to do etc. My horrible day became such a heart warming day.Thank you so very much to not only Matthew but to California Closets for hiring such an amazing young man. It is very rare to find people like Matthew! Amazing people!!! You guys rock!

California closets installed a very large wall unit with hanging area and many drawers. The unit is absolutely beautiful and functional. About 6 months later, the crown molding separated, because of the climate in the desert. California closets was able to caulk, so it is not noticeable. I would highly recommend California Closets, and I look forward to using them again.

We had California Closets come in and redesign our walk-in after and they did a most beautiful job. They laid out the closet plan perfectly, showed us all the options, helped advise, the installation was painless and CLEAN!!! Love them, wish I had more closets to build. They are the best
