Worst experience ever. I went to get my makeup done and a hairstyle as simple as some simple beach waves done for my best friends daughters birthday party. First, the young lady who made my makeup, although she was very kind, did a terrible job for me. ( I ended up arriving at my hotel room washing my face.) Then, the lady who took care of my hair couldnt even make a few simple waves. I ended up frustrated and crying. If I could give you a 0 on my review I would do it without thinking. Paid 100.00 dlls for nothing

They cancelled my appointment for a photo shoot last minute, but my real issue is that they were supposed to try and book me with someone else and never even called me back.

Joselyn came to the Renaissance hotel and did my hair to get me red carpet ready for the Skin Games competition. I wanted a lot of curls but she said I needed something a little more glamorous so I left myself in her good hands. Thankful I did for my hair turned out great! I received many compliments. I’m writing this on the 2nd day and my hair still looks really good! I love getting blowouts. It’s a great pampering experience. Thank you Joselyn!

My least favorite salon in the desert. I came in to book a appointment and staff was extremely rude. Seemed to me like the front desk lady was very stuck up. And thought they where better than I am. Definitely will not be coming back ever. The set up of the salon is okay but I have been to better.

They did a horrible job on our daughter hair. The person that showed up at the Ritz carlton on her wedding day wasnt even the right person. Our daughter had never met the stylist they sent to her to do her hair..They didnt even put on her head piece or veil. Her makeup was so dark she look like she had a spray tan on her face. I do not recommend anyone to go here.

I was there for the first time over the weekend. I was so happy with their treatment and how wonderful my hair came out that I was back 2 days later. If you havent gone in for little pampering and a great hair style, get in there!

Well I’ve been going here for the past 2 years and find that it’s inconsistent ... if your stylist is in the mood to do your hair it’s a great result and other times it’s not & when a complaint is made they don’t care !And recently I couldn’t make my appointment so there for was charged for it, yet at no time over the 2 years was ever in a signed contract to state this would happen or be told this would happen when I was making my next appointment... also concerning that they kept my card information on file without my knowledge .., I’m sure this falls under a privacy confidentiality issue .. So today as I called the salon stating that my attorney wants some sort of proof where I had signed to agree to these terms and conditions I was yelled at and hung up on ... I don’t think this is professional behaviour... Herss hoping they get back to me as it was yelled at me by the stylist .

Beautiful salon!! Friendly staff however the appearance of the staff through me off!! Some were dressed in what seemed like pjs who just rolled out of bed..

Took my friend here during her bachelorette party for a blowout. We were able to get her in pretty last minute and she loved how her hair turned out. Lovely staff and nice, clean salon.
