Quality work at very reasonable prices, unlike the Shoe Dr, poor workmanship, slow, and over priced.

My mother and I dropped off a boot to be repaired called back few days later to see if it was finished, it wasnt. Guy told us to come back in a week (meaning he would have the boot for 2 weeks) when it started out as a few days. My mom asked for a refund (since she had to pay before any work was done) and the boot back if it was going to take so long we would just go else where. After the guy yelled at my mom and told her she had to wait and then hung up on her. There is no excuse to treat a customer the way he did on the phone. Assclown.

Horrible buisness. They tell you a pick up time and then a month later they are finished, however they won’t call you to tell you they are taking longer than expected. I had to call and call and call . The girl on the phone told me they lost my shoes at one point. And they were rude to me for no reason!! Horrible place.
