This place is literally the worst. I am all about supporting small l business but for everyone on googles sake, please go to PARTY CITY. We got completely scammed by these people. They do not advertise their own images. At least at Party City they can reimburse you since it’s a large company. Funtastik balloons is a terrible business. Don’t go here. I also see how they respond to their bad reviews on here and I do not want a response to mine.

I left 1 star for many of reasons and wish there was an option for zero stars. I will start with the one and ONLY positive to this order. Her name was Serena, and she was the best, easy to work with, great customer service and did an outstanding job. I hope Serena can find her way out of Funtastik Balloons and take her special talents to a company that knows what they are doing...I ordered my balloons a week and a half ago in preparation for my Mothers 50th birthday party. They costed us $1,500. A HUGE BALLOON ORDER!Our party started at 7, so I told Funtastik to be here between 4:30-5:30. Since our order was so big and stressful for Funtastik they showed up with the first van (out of 3) at 6:47, 2 hours and 17 minutes late!It was downhill since they arrived, they were here well into 7:30pm with the party going on, still setting up. And when I say still setting up, I mean leaving balloons in trash bags in our living room and leaving. Also handing balloons to an 8 month pregnant woman because she could do a better job. UNBELIEVABLE!I called the manager/owner, wish I had her name to understand why they were two hours late, why the delivery people decided to leave balloons in trash bags, and why I didnt get the heads up that they would be late.Her Response: We didnt have the staff, drivers or vans to fulfill your order at the time it was supposed to be done. My response, was then why did you accept the order in the first place? Most likely, to take my money and run with it!She was okay with the fact that her employees were two hours late and HER lack of communication about this ordeal! I would have gone to PARTY CITY! One of the worst experiences Ive ever had planning a party and talking with a manager of a business. Completely unprofessional.EVERYONE IN THE COACHELLA VALLEY, IM GIVING YOU THE HEADS UP TO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE AND GO TO THE OL RELIABLE PARTY CITY!

I ordered a balloon garland recently for my daughters Minnie mouse theme birthday party, we got some great pictures of the whole family under it, the colors were perfect and it looked beautiful where they suggested we put it!!! customer service was great, they called me before they arrived so I could make it a surprise for my daughter. They were quick to set it up and they made my day :)!

Very pleased with all the balloons we order for our grand kids birthdays and holidays.

This was the best experience for my granddaughter ever. Her birthday was saturday and I went to them on Wednesday. They were very helpful and delivered the bouncer on time.and you could not of found this service at a better price! Elsa came and fully entertained the birthday girl and her twin 👋😊🤗. My daughter and grand daughters said it was the best ever. I will definitely use their service again and would highly recommend anyone else to do the same with the kids not being able to have friends over this was a perfect birthday solution

Funtastik Balloons has been wonderful in helping provide party supplies and balloons for my nieces 1st birthday party. They were on time and alll the balloon decor was amazing. So pink! It was hello kitty themed. I had never seen her so excited. Just walking into the party made you feel like a dream. Thank you funtastik! You’re fantastic!

I placed an order for balloons on March 26 which included six latex balloons and six theme latex to be delivered. I was happy to pay the delivery fee told the the party was on 4/3 and it would start at 11:30 AM and they assured me the delivery was going to take place between 8 AM to 10 AM (I even signed a contract where it stated all of the above) needless to say the payment went out the 26th.Moving forward to 4/3 ..... 10:30 AM and no balloons I called to see what’s going on and I’m informed that the balloons I ordered with the theme didn’t arrived and that was not their fault since they don’t control the mail. I was offered to get “replacement” balloons to have my order delivered since I did pay $58.00 for 2 dozen balloons. At this point it was that or no balloons so I told them to go ahead and bring the balloons, well 11:13 AM and still no balloons, I called them again and the person on the phone informed me they would be there any minute now; LIES!!! the delivery was made at 11:44 AM which at the time the party had already started and didn’t want to make a big deal in front of the guests but what was delivered was a joke, the dollar store has better balloons and at better prices. I will NEVER order anything from this place again.

I just would like to start by saying that the staff here are by far nice there very caring and go out of their way to help. We needed help with our decorating our church for a small event we had the owner gave us a fabulous donation and we are grateful but when the staff arrived they seen we had no clue of what we are doing so they offered to help us with set up and decor so grateful to everyone here at Funtastik Balloon for helping us. Thank you ladies

I have to say they came through more than 110%. If it was not for there follow up I would have assumed everything was good but I had not paid just signed the agreement. They had no problems saving me. They delivered amazing 30 balloons in a unbelievably short amount of time. Definitely a great place to do business with.

Wow 👏 absolutely - AMAZING, talk about excellent customer service...During these difficult times, in the midst of a pandemic, I felt an immense pressure to make my sons 11th birthday celebration spectacular. Having no guests in our home, it became all about the decor. @Funtastik Balloons, accommodated my very, very, last minute Call of Duty/Gaming themed request....they came in late, after the evening hours to decorate my home with balloon 🎈🎈bouquets, balloon arches for my entry, table settings and more...every corner was filled with balloons. MY SON WOKE UP TO A BREATH-TAKING, EXTRAVAGANT, BIRTHDAY MORNING!!! THANK YOU, FOR MAKING THIS HAPPEN, a MEMORABLE, 2020 - quarantined - Birthday,celebration 🎉If youre looking for a company to excel, expand on your ideas and make it all happen over night with extreme excellence, than FUNTASTIK BALLOONS is the way to go!!!

These are the saddest looking balloons I’ve ever received. Wrinkled, deflated. The garland looks like it was pulled out from the bottom of a box!

This place is a unique at what they do and offer Staff is very kind and hard working they just don’t offer helium balloons but offer custom design balloon decor and they deliver how better can it get!!

Would never call them again! dont waste your money. New grand baby came home from hospital, Did call last minute they where able to accommodate me BUT payed over $100 and balloons maybe lasted 3 hours. If I went to a grocery market it would have lasted at least a day or two. And owner said nothing she can do.

I love this store its so cute and they have samples of balloon designs they make I have never seen this out here in the Coachella Valley this is awesome!!!!!! I got some balloon twisting figures of animals done for me and my friends thank you ladies. The Manager is so nice big smile she had so much patience with me on choosing which animals I wanted done I appreciate that.

Do not waste your money! I was so disappointed with the customer service. They completely screwed up my order and then had a terrible excuse and never apologized or tried to make it right. I’ve never been so uphappy with a company before!

This place is Awesome they have a big variety of party supplies from Fidget spinners to balloons they have a great staff and they communicate well.

Funtastik Balloons has a knowledgable & friendly staff that are a pleasure to work with- highly recommend!
