Everyone was so friendly, they made me feel like I was Important to them. I feel I got good value for my money. I had gotten an estimate somewhere else and it was twice the estimate they gave me at fix auto.

I CANNOT SAY ENOUGH GOOD!!! This place is absolutely amazing. We had a very rough time with Caliber after we had a hit and run accident. I called FixAuto and spoke to Amy. She was so great: helpful and friendly. I explained and she said no issues and accepted the vehicle. Her and Veronica were the best throughout the entire process. My husband is in the Marines and they were so flexible with us in communication, pick up, etc. it was so easy and made the process so much easier. Got the vehicle and it looks brand new. Everything was done so well. The work looks incredible.Thank you so much FixAuto! You guys are seriously amazing!

They did a paint job on my vehicle, it was so poor the decals for the BMW would not stick. I took it back and they agreed to redo it under warranty. I got a call three days later, when it was in the paint shop, that the owner decided not to honor the warranty or the agreement to repaint and I had to pay another $350. This shop is not honest, does poor work and does not honor its warranty. They also do not post their business license nor the complaint number for the State of California. Small Wonder why. I have contacted the state and will post this on Neighbors in Palm Desert. . See the photo below to see how they couldnt even get the X3 logo right!

Aaliyah and Ruby are amazing and worked hard to get the parts in and kept the process moving along as quickly as they possibly could. They kept me up to date on the progress and had my vehicle done on time. They also kept me at ease through out the process after dealing with the accident. After dropping my car off here, it seemed I was pushed to Last. My car had an additional 18 miles when I picked it up 3 weeks later??? The repairs were supposed to be (3) days only. This shop kept saying my insurance held them up for not approval of additional repairs. I found myself calling Insurance and Body shop daily after the first week because no one would ever follow up. When I did get someone on the phone they wanted to become rude, and make excuses for their performance or lack of should I say. Do yourself a favor and skip this place. I like how they handled my Enterprise rental. They took me to get my rental as a courtesy. Everyone was very friendly and professional. They stayed in regular contact during the repair process. I liked that and knew when my vehicle was ready!

My car unfortunately was caught in a sand storm, and was damaged as a result. Fix it auto Palm Desert did an excellent job of repairing the car, painting it and making it look brand new again. They were professional every step of the way.

So I brought Im my Toyota chaser in with some front end damage. The entire front core support needed to be replaced. I found one and had it shipped in. They took on the work head on. With an estimated time of completion being a week turned out to be 3 days. With a price that I couldnt pass up. Even with some other minor issues in the way we bumped into and had figured out in the process. The day it was done I couldnt pick it up . But we worked out having the vehicle delivered which really put the bar higher than any other place Ive been to . I highly recommend fix auto. The customer service is incredible as well as the labor!

I had to have repair body work done to my car’s rear end after a collision. My car insurance was with State Farm, and my agent recommended Fix Auto because of the very positive feedback they get from other clients. Not only was Fix Auto quick to get my car’s parts (one day), the work was completed in a day as well. The workmanship was excellent! I was given rides to and from my home, and the staff was very friendly and nice! I would go back to Fix Auto in a heartbeat!

Purchased a car with an aftermarket spoiler on it and I took it here to get it removed. Unfortunately, we discovered that the previous owner had drilled into the trunk lid and stuck the spoiler on with windshield glue. I handed the car over to Fix Auto and they filled in the holes and threw on some new paint in less than a day. The car looks good as new! Very professional, timely, and high quality. My new go-to body shop.

Wow. I am a tough critic but so pleased with job these guys did. Very reasonably price and jose was only one who figured problem. Definitely going to take my car here from now on.

The professionalism that was given was rude. They kept stalling on whenmy vehicle was to be finished. When i did receive the vehicle back, both front seats were adjusted way back and the mirrors on the outside of vehicle readjusted so another could drive it. My gasoline was way down, and I will not return my business there again. Im letting my insurance company know, of my unhappy dealings with that store only.

I have used fix auto, owner Henry for many years. Henry staff has an excellent reputation and it also approved by my insurance company AAA. The word is there a Bond. I started with Henry at his first shop, Cathedral city. Now he has three great shops the closest to me is on Verner,, Palm Desert.

I drove around to 4 different automotive body repair shops to get quotes on how much it would cost to repair this deep scratch/dent to find my best option. All 3 other places in the local area quoted me outrageous numbers and told me that the panels needed to be replaced..Fix Auto agreed to repair the scratch/dents without replacing the entire panels and for a much, much better price.
