We took delivery of our new 2021 Porsche 992 in December. After a few weeks of ownership we noticed a small dent in the middle of the front lower bumper and spoiler which we still have no idea how it happened. We were recommended by an associate to take it to Jesus & Wendi at Bumper Specialist. We are so happy we did...They gave us an estimate which was very reasonable. We made an appointment dropping it off in the early morning Tuesday to pick it up Thursday afternoon. An unexpected rain storm happened on Thursday & Friday. We did not want to pick it up in the rain. Jesus & Wendi were more than accommodating by keeping our vehicle in the shop for the weekend. We picked it up on Monday. The quality of the work was the best. Just like it never happened. We highly recommend these two professionals who went well beyond any body repair shop we have dealt with in the past. I am very happy with the service I received on my car. I had pulled my bumper partially off of my car, so I took my car to Bumper Specialist & Auto Care. They didnt try to sell me a new bumper. They were able to reattach my bumper and it looks beautiful! They did such a great job. They also didnt charge me anything! My truck had damage to hood, cabin and rear bumper from a driverless accident. Jesus was recommended to me by my auto mechanic and I feel lucky to have found him. The work was done in a timely and professional manner and I was more than pleased with the quality of work. My truck looked like a new truck when I picked it up and I got compliments from some friends after seeing the repair work. It was returned to me cleaner than when I brought it in. The shop is not big but the quality of work done is high. Jesus (and his sister Wendy) also handled everything with my insurance company making the process as painless as possible.

I just had my front bumper scratch and dent repaired by Bumper Specialists and couldnt be happier. They did an excellent job at a very competitive price and quick turnaround. Wendy, at the front desk, was so pleasant, helpful and informative-it was a total pleasure working with her. Their price was half the price of some of their competitors in the valley and they completed the job a day ahead of schedule. They even sanitized my whole car before and after work was performed and everyone wore a mask. Highly recommend without hesitation and Im so glad I found them (recommended by my dealer). My rear bumper was ripped off my car by a Walmart truck and I got blamed I had no money and called the bumper specialist he put it back on new clips and told me I only had to pay what I could afford. They were fast and very compassionate I will always go there. They are wonderful

I can’t believe the professionalism of these people! My car was going to be late due to a power outage, and they offered to pay my rental car for the extra days. When I told them that was not necessary, they took the amount off my bill anyway! Not only that but the day before I was supposed to pick the car up they called to tell me that the job has not come out as good as they would like and asked if I were willing to leave it for two more days. Of course I said yes, and when I picked it up it was absolutely gorgeous. Look no further, you have found the best body shop in the Coachella Valley!

I did a Google search for a body repair shop and read the good reviews and gave Bumper Specialist a call. I took my car in and I was greeted pleasantly by Jesus who looked at my flapping bumper panel, got some tools, readjusted the light and reconnected the bumper securely. All fixed....and No CHARGE! My goodness what a pleasant surprise!Dont hesitate to take your car here.

I brought my Discovery Sport in today for an estimate to have the bumper fixed and was greeted by Jesus the owner who remembered my name as soon as I came in. I was amazed he could remember me from such a long time ago. I had taken my Acura in over a year ago to have the bumper fixed, which by the way they did an incredible job on that too. I know they will do a great job again. This is the best place to have your auto repaired!

It is always great to find a business who delivers everything it promises. We had a bad gouge on our 2009 MDX front fender. While fixing the body work would not be a problem, matching the paint was a worry. The car only has 45,000 miles and has been garaged but for sure it had faded some. The paint was a two stage clear coat originally and that is what worried me. Jesus greeted me quickly, looked at the damage, did some computer research and gave me an estimate in under 15 minutes from the time I opened the door. amazing. We made an appointment and picked the car up on the date promised. The gouge was gone and the paint matched perfectly. Impossible to tell it had been fixed. So dont think they only do bumpers. I cannot recommend it any higher.

I Have a 57Chevy BelAir Hardtop for which The Bumper Specialist inPalm Desert repaired the body and painted Hood,left front fender and drivers door. They matched the existing paint so well. the car looks better than ever.They also repaired the custom cover I had over the radiator. I damaged the paint on the front bumper on my Lexus SUV. I brought the vehicle to a Palm Desert body shop for an estimate. Bottom line up front: Courteous, fast, and quality repair at a great price.Days before I was scheduled to hand over the keys to a new buyer, l dinged up my tailgate. It was beyond paintless dent repair and Jèsus at Bumper Specialist was recommended to me.I dropped off the tailgate on Monday and by Thursday it was installed good as new. I was impressed by the quick turnaround and how friendly everyone in the shop was. The price was the best in the area. This body shop is the best. Dont get ripped off down the street. Let Jesus snd Wendy kindly treat you fair. Im super picky and this team will dial you in. When you stop by to meet the team. You will notice, porsches, bently and jaguar in for paint work and buffing. Smaller shops are better and have less over-head. It took me years to find these guys. In fact my buddies from Los angles drive out here to drop their car off for paint work. The pricing and quality is second to none.

These guys were great! My friends front bumper on her Volvo got damaged as it was offloading a tow dolley. The bottom of the bumper got caught on the dolly itself and almost ripped half the bumper off. Afterwards, the bumper was hanging loose on the passenger side. Pulled in there today (6-30-15) with my friend and the guys there had us pull around back. We figured they were just going to put it on a lift or something to do an estimate. Nope. They repaired the damage there on the spot in probably less than ten minutes. They never gave me an estimate, so I was slightly worried. When they came back with $30.00, I was blown away. Happily handed them the cash, and we were on our way. This place rocks!
