We called First call second because we did not call them first(unfortunately). They came out because we were still having issues with a camera system installed by someone else. They were very friendly on the phone and explained they had fixed others mistakes quite often and would be able to help us. In this past 6 months I contacted First Call Security (FCS) three times to correct shoddy work done by a previous company. They were able to not only correct the problems that I was left with, they replaced cameras that did not work properly, refocused other cameras for more clarity, and capped off exposed wires that were previously left that way. FCS has an attention to detail and a pride of workmanship that I was not able to find from my other company who by the way is MIA and has horrible business follow-thru i.e. they do not return calls to their customers if there is an equipment malfunction/problem; they will only respond if there is a purchase involved. How refreshing to find a company that not only provides service and excellent products, they can also fix screw ups from previous work done by others. The customer service is “white glove” from start to finish. I have had the pleasure of working with Pete, Matt, Rick and one other whose name I forgot (sorry). They arrive on time, come equipped, are polite, knowledgeable and skilled in the security/alarm profession.
