Super clean and organized store. Got some Halloween goodies on their 60% off sale. Employees are super friendly which is welcome! I know the pandemic has been hard on everyone so its nice to interact with people that havent lost their humanity.

I have shopped at Michaels for a couple of decades, in 4 separate cities and have always enjoyed their vast inventory of craft products, but...One thing I have found at every single store is.... if you dont get to the store day 1, of a 40% off sale, then forget about finding anything you want.They consistently run out of EVERYTHING! Even online and stocking product during a pandemic, isnt making the situation any better.

Love my arts and crafts and for flowers for wedding bouquets its always the place to go, only wish they had had the bridal bouquet handles. But I found everything else I needed to go from a pile of pretty flowers to six bridesmaids bouquets one matron of honor bouquet a bridal bouquet with a throw bouquet.

I gave Michaels a 5 star indeed because it has anything I would need there, amazing craft store in general. Tons of crafts for everyone, even the kids! Its a great place for decoration also. It has many fabrics, clothing, stickers and way more. And thats not only it, almost half the time there are amazing deals. And there employees are so welcoming and nice, they can help you with any problems you have in the store. Definitely a to-go if you need art supplies for the family, it is the best decision to get art supplies, activities, paint brushes, watercolors etc. Definitely a five ⭐ for me.

The place is good for convenience but priced a little high.

Katelyn was super helpful, I didn’t have the patience to look for everything I needed and told her just that, without hesitation or a smile she walked me quickly through the store and got me exactly what I was looking for even saved me some money with kits of everything I wanted.

If you like Art and craft this is your place and everything is at good price and if you want more saving you can use a coupon no only for the store but Joans and Hobby lobby Michael have stuff different for Joans store and Hobby lobby

I went to pick up some markers for my son that he really wanted. We were shopping all day and I was using Apple Pay at every store no problem. I went to Michaels in Palm Desert for our last stop. The markers were originally $75 but were on sale for $39! I grabbed a few more things and we headed to pay. When I get to the register they tell me unfortunately they don’t have Apple Pay. I only had about $30 cash and my total was close to $70! One of the associates in the store said “ don’t worry about it. I’ll pay for it.” Me and my son were shook over his generosity. His name was Connor. He paid for the remaining of our total and I wanted for corporate to know what a great employee they have. My son told his classmates about his kindness as well as all our friends! Connor definitely made our day!

Its Michaels, a craft store. Not much different from any other Michaels except in their staff. Their staff here is always helpful and courteous, even if theyre not sure of the area you are asking about. The best staff member that we have dealt with was Anne in framing. If you have questions about framing she is awesome! Shell help you decide what looks best and give you a look at the options yourself on her monitor. I highly recommend this Michaels for their great staff! Keep it up guys!

I took a class to learn how to knit. Rose was an amazing teacher. Fun class, 15 dollars and in less than 3 hours i know how to knit. I will go back.

More or less a go to for all crafts Ive needed. They are always in stock as most times Ive gone I have rarely seen anything out of stock. The people there are friendly and ready to help all those in need. With great customer service and a wide variety it defiantly a place to check out!

Items are generally easy to find using signs posted in store but if you cant find something the staff is usually easy to find and is always willing to help you find it. Bargains are always available, whether weekly specials or with coupons. My favourite is a group of 12 x 12 inch paper pads that can be had for under $7 instead of the usual $20. The paper in some of them is fabulous!

The staff is always helpful whenever Im having a hard time finding something.

Some of the employees are helpful and knowledgable of their products and some of their employees seem to be vacant and not even mentally present. It just depends on who you get. I will continue to enjoy shopping there. I will simply avoid taxing the vacant with any question more complicated than, where is the exit ?

I went to the one in Palm Desert it is a big store very well lit. Customer service is great they tell you about all the sales and when they start they even give you coupons for future sales.Every now and then they have 50% discount on everything and their floral arrangements are magnificient

Had just what I wanted and the staff members were helpful and friendly. ONE WARNING: Google maps has this located next to Whole Foods which is incorrect. Search instead for Trader Joes and that will get you to the correct shopping center.

Typical Michaels. The store has everything you could want for hobbies, crafts, or a thousand other needs. I needed glass etching gel to get non-glare coaring off my plastic eyeglass lenses. BOOM! There it was. This place is the physical Amazon of crafts stores. Good, helpful workers. I ran across one looking for my etching gel, and she was smiling. As I was in Palm Desert I was instantly fearful. I hadnt seen a smile in PD for 8 years. Tricorder showed no signs of disease or insanity. I realized she was HAPPY. In PALM DESERT. So were all the other employees. WOW.Go there. Good stock. Happy workers.
