I participated in an online auction with GWS. I was bidding on something for myself — i.e., I am a regular person who found some items really beautiful, not a retailer — and this was my first time ever participating in an online auction. Everything was very easy in terms of technology and understanding the process, and the auction itself was a lot of fun. The GWS team was super professional, emailing me right after the auction to confirm everything and keeping me apprised of when my purchase shipped. I received tracking information, and everything arrived well packaged and exactly as advertised. I thoroughly enjoyed the auction and receive tons of compliments on the jewelry I purchased. I will definitely bid again if I see something I like.

Worst auction ever!! Completely unprofessional. Bought bird cage from them last year and they falsified the postage costs then would never send once I got back in town one month later to book the transportation.... they claimed I was too late and needed to figure it out myself. Dont use them. 365 days later and still don’t have my merchandise I bought and they took my money for....

Quite funny to have this many baf reviews that say nearly they same types of issues with them, but they are so quick to respond with the mist ridiculous lies of an excuse. Sorry but if u werent such a shady horribke company, and you were morr about tresting tour customers right, you woukd be like the rest of the comoanies that have nothing but great reviews. Bought a authentic watch a while back and what do u know it was fake.. They wont return it because items arr sold as is. Im exicted to see what response they make up. Let me takr a guess your going to tell me in a fraud and i change the watch out and try to send u back a fake.. Come on the jig is up o want my refund its been 3 years now but ive contacted u rigjt after purchase.. What a ridiculous selfish money hungry jerks..everyone and your mother please brware! I conducted an inspection for this company for a boat that they intended to auction. They thanked me for my service and have now failed to pay for the inspection after several phone messages and email messages. I will have to turn over this bill to a collections agency. Dont deal with this company unless you get paid up front!

I bought from them a diamond that they described to be a clean diamond but was very imperfect i complained so michael told me to send back the stone which i did they never send me back the 2300 dollars and dont return calls they are a very dange rous to do business with beware
