These guys were awesome. On our way to Orlando, our splash guard under the engine fell down and started scraping the road on the highway. This was the nearest auto shop and they helped us out in less than 10 minutes so we could get back on the road asap. Super fast service and really nice people!

Over an hour for conventional oil change and a $75 cheap air filter. They left a paper towel under the hood, and left my wiper fluid open and cap off. Ine star is a little high

Made an appointment for 4 new tires, alignment, lifetime balance and road hazard. Got to the shop which looks run down. Bald, blown tires all over the ground outside the bays, walk inside after telling myself I should prolly cancel and find a presentable shop. Once inside there was a guy behind the counter, no greeting and stood there for at least 5 minutes in awkward silence. Told him I have an appointment and ordered tires off your website. The website said have them installed as soon as tomorrow. This is what I chose. He then informed me that they dont have the tires, at this point I think to myself I should have never came in. Side note, you can hear the guys in the shop cursing up a storm, they should be cleaning up the shop. I could see old batteries laying around and all kinds of old tire weights all over the floor around the tire machines. The guy behind the counter didnt have any solution for not having the tires in stock. At this point I just wanted out, I told him I would just come back next weekend and if he would have the tires then. He said they would come in on Thursday. Im not going back to this location, I suggest you send someone to see how badly this store is being taken care of.

AMAZING! This is the only place Ive been to since purchasing my suv in 2018 that has finally got my truck aligned! I took it to the dealer numerous times and they couldnt get it to align. It was to the point I was buying tires every 2 year because of how the tires wore due to its improper alignment. I have recently purchased tires from this establishment as well as had breaks and the other usual done here. Always an amazing job. They know what theyre talking about and dont try to dig in your pockets. Even if in the future I find cheaper services elsewhere, I will forever be returning to this tire kingdom! Oh, and theyre coffee is great too 😄

I dont think I have ever left a negative review before, but considering the circumstance I felt this was necessary...took my vehicle in because my abs light came on, then went off for a few days and on again. The gentleman diagnosed it which I am appreciative of. My wheel speed sensor came up which I was told was a sensor located within the wheel bearing in my particular vehicle, so I would need to replace my entire wheel bearing to fix it. Coming to a cost of 400 and change +service = over $500.00. This didnt sound accurate, but being I am a female sounds typical. Went home and did some research, then made a few phone calls. Come to find out this is incorrect.. Part is $55.00 plus service. Do your homework before emptying your wallet.

Went to Tire Kingdom while vacationing in the area to get a patch for a front tire which had a small nail in it. The technician who did the patch ground out too much of the inside of the tire causing the patch to fail and ruining a relatively new tire. What should have been a simple fix wound up costing me $200 for a new tire and a lot of aggrevation. At the end of the day either the technician did not know what he was doing or he knowingly let us leave with a bad patch to hide his mistake. Either way this is not too good for business and even worse could have created a dangerous citation for my family.

Not a very honest place in my opinion. I spent 300 dollars here for a new battery and labor. The technician did not bother to recommend new terminals, mine were completely rusted out.I drive a 2012 chrysler convertible which the terminals are not visible to the consumer eye so there is no way I could have known they were rusted out! In order to get to the battery, the left front driver wheel has to be removed and panel.A few days later my car continued to short out, and cause check engine light. I return to Tire Kingdom and another technician tried to talk me into spending 135 dollars for a check without even bothering to pop my hood. I left and went to another repair shop where I was shown completely rusted out terminals. Unfortunately I had to pay for more labor at this shop!This was deliberate and unethical. I have taken pictures of the terminals and will be continously contacting corporate offices so this does not happen to someone else.

They were too busy to help us but recommended Tuffys Tire.

After dealing with a HORRIBLE ATTITUDE & RIPOFF from (art i) at the Saint Augustine store it was refreshing to drive to the Palm Coast store. Even with it being A 50 mile round trip. They addressed the issues I had & never became Combative just Helpful. I Hope the Saint Augustine store can learn from them. 6Stars⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐.

It’s hard to leave a 5 star review when your car breaks down and you had to spend an arm and a leg to get back on the road. But, the service here made the whole progress better. The staff were very helpful letting me know what all needed to be fixed. I had to bring my dog with me (since she was in the car when it broke down) and they brought me a bowl to give her water and everyone came by to give her some attention.I know places like this can get bad reviews because people don’t understand their cars and feel like they’re getting ripped off, but I felt the process was very transparent and I left with a good understanding of the work that was done.

Tire Kingdom helped my wife awhile ago when she got a flat. I decided to give them my bisiness when i noticed i needed 4 new tires on my newly bought used Buick Rendezvous. Pete there is simply the best and funny. He is also incredibly knowledgable and doesnt push any services on you. He tries to save you money where he can. He genuinely cares for his customers and goes the extra mile to help them. Great prices, great service, great place

They left my head lights on after the job was complete and didnt offer to do the job while open on the weekends. As a minority I felted uncomfortable because I felt I wasnt given the same amenities like everyone else. Fairness goes a long way

In Flagler on vacation. On drive down noticed screw in tire tread but didnt want to pull it enroute as it didnt seem to be leaking. Showed up on a Sun morning at opening. They were very busy but shop manager immediately pulled me in, dropped the tire off and pulled the screw. It wasnt leaking and so they didnt charge me a penny. They were professional, quick and I would definitely recommend them. Had me in and out in under 15 min. I wish I had a tire shop like this near home! They definitely would have all my business! I will never do business there again. I came in with a bad left rear tire. All other tires still looked good. The person who checked the car said it looked like I had an alignment or balance problem. I ordered two new tires and asked that they be placed on the front and the front tires be placed on the rear. In addition the alignment and balance were to be checked and corrected.My wife brought the car in at the scheduled time. They had no record of the appointment even though we had a work order. The agreed to put the tires on. They then told my wife that they would not put the new tires on the front even though it was a front wheel drive vehicle. They said it wasnt required. They also advised my wife that the shocks were a problem and that is why the tire was bad. they said it would take $600-$700 to fix but they would do it right then. Fortunately she called me and as we have warranty coverage for the shocks I advised we would take the car to the dealer. I took the car to the dealer and the shocks were just fine. No sign of leaks or any other external wear. they also checked out operationally.So in addition to bad service they tried to rip off my wife for $700 that was just not needed. This had to be deliberate as there was no question the shocks were good. This is really bad business.

About a year ago they did some repair work for me and I wasnt happy and havent been back since 79.99 for a brake flush,I dont think so ?

Being a mechanic myself and changing jobs my TPMS light came on and I knew why. Went there to scan it and find out code and go get parts and have them break down tire and replace bad sensor. I was expecting to have this take all day but knowing the sensor was lose in tire I had to get it done. Long story short this place rocks !! Great customer service I was in and out in 30 minutes no light and perfect balance along with I double checked wheel torque and it was spot on. I highly respect and recommend this place !!!

NOTICE: if you Tire has sound deadening foam inside, this shop will NOT touch it.My Tesla had a nail right in the middle of the tread ( easy to fix ) and they told me they wont touch it cause of the foam... I called another tire shop down the road, and they said they can easily do it - and for FREE.all they have to do is simply cut around the foam.. take the foam piece out - patch the tire - and glue the foam piece back in. Its a bit sad Tire Kingdom is restricting their clientele for something so small.

Staff was personable, communicative about issues even letting me know I did not need a new tire when it seemed that the inner tube was not punctured! In the end, it was, but I appreciated the honesty.

Tire stores was very honest and they didnt charge me. Was told Buy a Nissan dealer that i needed senses for 2 tires. And the sensors in the tires for air pressure was OK

This is an absolute joke. There is no customer service here. Spent over 30 minutes here, and havent been acknowledged by a single employee, not a hello, absolutely nothing. I will never spend a dime here. I have never seen such poor service. I havent seen anything this awful even at a dealership. I went down the street to tires plus, and they immediately pulled employees from the back to come help out up front while they were busy. STAY AWAY FROM TIRE KINGDOM

The manager Tire Kingdom gave me a great deal on an oil change the guys did a great job I was in and out in 40 minutes theres a five minute oil change and two doors down from there I pulled up to them and they wanted $68 to do my oil change what a racket they dont know youre going to wait forever entire kingdom was well worth the 35 minutes to save that much money they did great car runs wonderful thank you very much Tire Kingdom in Palm Coast

I was 2 hours into a trip with my family and a tire started to separate. The vehicle was shaking really bad. I needed new tires anyways. They got me out of there as soon as they could. It was a 12 hour trip but at least we were safe.

Sat on hold for 15 minutes and when the associate picked up the phone I said I need to check availability and price on tires, his response without even asking me what tires was “that’s gonna be a while” and was annoyed. This is a tire place, you would think I called them asking for sushi. That’s what you do, but you’re annoyed to be asked to do your job?

No nitrogen to fill tires. I drove 2 hrs to get my tires fixed. Told me to go to Ford dealership with my BMW. Thats craziness. Thats like telling me to go to a gas station and fill up my tires with air instead of nitrogen. Lost my business permanently

I been using this location since I moved to Palm Coast 6 years ago. The service and personal attention I receive is top notch. They stay as close to the appointment time as possible and will work you into the schedule if you have a emergency.When another Tire Kingdom could not patch a flat on my Tacoma, I told them to put the spare on and I would use the my Tire Kingdom. The Palm Coast location repaired the flat and I have been running on it ever since.I would highly recommend this location for your repair needs.

Best experience ever when it comes to getting my vehicles worked on. Not only did they treat me like family, but they where honest and friendly. They told me what I needed done right away, what could wait a little bit, and what would be a waiste of my money. I took my work van to a friend of mine that does some mechanical work on the side. After 1 hour my so called friend told me that I needed $3300 worth of work done to the van. So I went to get a second opinion. I went to tire kingdom and after 15-20 min, tire kingdom broke it down to me. Only $1800 instead of $3300 and tire kingdom also included 2 new front tires (which my friend did not and could not include ). Not only do I bring all my work vehicles there for service and tires but also all my families personal vehicle too. Its nice to have an honest tire/mechanic shop in town. Thank you tire kingdom, well done! Well done indeed!!

Worst customer service ever. 5 hours to put 2 tires on 2 rims and came back to pick them up and still haven’t even touch the rims to work on them.I passed by every hour to see if they have done any progress but nothing.I stayed on one of my trips to see if they were done and It was a moment they were not even doing nothing just talking and the rims outside like they didn’t care.2 additional customers came by for the same thing and they were out quick.Do not recommend to no one. Don’t come saying that the time to pick them up was at 3:00 pm and it’s still 2:27pm and they still outside untouched since 10:00 🤦🏻‍♂️

Nick and staff were great in helping me out in a pinch with a bad alternator while I was driving down the road. I managed to get my truck there, and he immediately ordered the part and had the job done in less than an hour. It cost me a little more of course, but they came through when it counted and the work and parts are warrantied.

Good service but this time I noticed there were no tire caps on my tires. I mentioned it to the service tech and he did put some on. I will have to go back however because my display on the dash board does not show my tire pressure.

Great products, price & customer service, went to their competitor down the road (Ti___ Pl____) to do a comparison, boy was that a mistake. The front counter clerk had anger management issue. He was more interested in get to the back shop than assisting me with pricing for a full set of tires. these are the word out of his mouth, I would love to sit here with you and price out tires all day but I have work that needs to be done in the back. in a sarcastic tone. Sent my teenage daughter for her first oil change in hopes to prepare her for adulthood. Gave instructions for conventional oil change, printed coupon and gave her money to cover service. She was convinced by staff her 2012 Chevy Sonic absolutely had to have a synthetic oil change, but did not explain the price difference. My daughter was left at check out with a $60 oil change and scrambling to get money transferred. The stereotypes about car service providers taking advantage are true here, which is shameful in a small town. My positive experiences with this place are erased.

I went to the shop with a nail in my tire. I inquired on the price to repair and was told it was FREE.!!! The service advisor was excellent and told me that they didnt plug it but patched it which is more labour intensive. I went back a few hours later and the tire was there waiting for me. Free of charge. When I even offered to give the guy something he declined!!!! Nice experience for a tourist who he will probably never see again. But if I do need tire service I will be going there!!
