I walked into this dealership after having been to maybe 4 others, instantly was greeted and was directed to sales to Mr. Perry Payne. We were able to find something I wanted and liked, signed and were out same day within maybe 2 hours. Mr. Perry found me something even though I was picky. Smooth transition to my new whip. He is honestly the best if you walk in ask for Perry, he is awesome. Well mannered, answered all my questions, he made me feel comfortable with what I was buying. I was not rushed and wasn’t sold something I didn’t want. I came in and told him what I wanted and he did just that. I love my new suv. It’s totally badass. No mom minivan he hooked me up. I love it. Thank you guys in finance too and you guys are awesome! Definitely go see Schumacher Northlake and ask for Perry, he won’t disappoint! Definitely will go back to him.

I was able to get my car serviced at the scheduled time and could have even waited for it. The lobby was a pleasant place to wait, especially the complimentary coffee. I also found the shuttle service to be extremely helpful and timely. Finally, my service advisor (Wilson) ensured the work was done as promised, including ensuring that my tires were brought up to the optimal pressure. And it was all done for a very reasonable price. From the moment I stepped on the lot this this gentleman Chase bond came and met me we walked the parking lot looking for a truck that I had in mind. He helped me find a 2022 Chevy Colorado That was coming in it wasnt even on the lot and I bought it site unseen It was so helpful I want to give him an ape plus 4 professionalism, knowledgeable And he kept me up-to-date On the delivery date up until it arrived and I got to drive at home. I am recommending everyone to Schumacher especially especially since the salesman was so awesome

I attempted to schedule online but the first appointment available was about 2 weeks out. I did online chat and they suggested I do the do the drive up service. I did and it is usually 1 hour, but this time it was a 2 and a half hour wait. Also, I asked if they could check out my A/C that I believe the it has a bad switch, as sometimes it will not turn on and when it does turn on it blows very well and cold. He stated the car would have to stay over night just for them to diagnose it. Then I stated my key fob button is messed up and I bought a shell key fob and I just need to switch out the guts (insides) from the old to the new and he replied that you all dont do that. To say the least, I was a bit disappointed. I was surprise they did not want the work.

Brought my truck in for warranty work. This was the second time I have brought it in for the same items. The torque converter was replaced as was needed the first time. LED light on the dash blinks. The service manager saw it happening but they said they could not replicate it. I started my truck and it happened right away. The service manager said that the service departments said there was nothing wrong with it. I was sold a battery on the first time in to resolve this issue which it did not and I ended up buying a battery for no reason.

This has been one of the best experiences with a car dealership I have experienced. Cesar was extremely helpful. He helped me locate the truck I wanted, kept me updated on the progress and delivered the exact truck I wanted. He then made sure the buying process took only as much time as necessary and went out of his way to introduce me to service staff to ensure my future visits are just as pleasant. In the end, I will definitely recommend to friends to look at Schumacher for new vehicles and I intend on telling them to talk to Cesar!

Made an appointment for oil change and malfunctioning back up camera. Got there and was told you will have to reschedule back up camera diagnostics, why didn’t they make the correct appointment when I called? Now I have to spend another day with service. Update, rescheduled for repair to back up camera and dropped off car night prior. Have calling all day to find out if my car will be available for tomorrow. Cannot speak to anyone form service. All calls just go to voice mail. I tried the service department manager and got his voice mail too! Does anyone return calls? What an awful experience.

While the tech that did the work on my Tahoe did a fantastic job. The service writer, Tom the lane manager, after informing me that i would have to leave my vehicle overnight, which i was not told when scheduling the appointment 2 weeks out i might add! Secondly, Tom has poor follow through; i never received a copy of my work order receipt. Tom informed me he would email me the paperwork, that has yet to happen. I was told the same thing on the previous appointment, i received it after making the request in person in his office during the past appointment.

I was recommended by a co-worker to go to Schumacher and askfor Yousef Mahmoud (sales associate). Yousef and I looked at the trucks that were on the lot and nothing met my needs. Yousef recommended ordering a personalized vehicle and was very helpful in the process. The truck was delivered a month early and I couldnt be more pleased with sales and finance team. Today I had an appointment for a simple oil change. Nothing else. I got to my appt. a couple of minutes earlier. The assigned service advisor advised me it would be 1 hour.Great… I stayed to wait for the car as I had no other choice and thought to myself, I should be out of here 3:15-3:30 latest and I can pick up my kids from their school down the street.3:33pm rolls by I’m inside the building waiting for my advisor to give me an update. He passes right by me 2 times and doesn’t say anything. I say to myself not a problem he seems busy, let me ask the girls that work at the desk for a quick update. The young lady tells me let’s go see your service advisor I just saw him back to his office.I walk in and I ask for an update. He stated he would walk back and check the status on the car. He come back to advise me that ‘they haven’t even started on the car ‘ and it would be another 30-45 minutes.I asked him then what’s the point in making an appt and taking your word. Let me remind you he was the one that told me it would be 1 hour. I trusted that and assumed that if there were any changes the right thing to do would be to update the customer. I guess not. He definitely could use some customer service and timeManagement training. I filed a complaint with the service manager and he was SHOCKED of my experience. Every time I go in and I get this service guy it always something.Okay I’ll be back for a free oil change and then changing dealerships. Unfortunately TOO MANY bad experiences with this guy.

No is a serious star, he got a Yukon in and put a sold sign on it for me and when I showed up a week and a half later to do paperwork I was only there for 2.5 hours start to finish. I’m used to spending at least an entire day at the dealership, I’d recommend him to anyone! Finance was easy, no surprises and the showroom is beautiful!

I brought my Z06 for the standard maintenance and the valet hit my car while parking another car. He damaged the bumper and cracked the headlight. Schumacher fixed it at their expense. In the meantime, I had to drive a trash chevy equinox for a week, courtesy of Schumacher. Most importantly, the bumper was not installed correctly so I need to bring it back to the body shop to make the adjustment. I purchased my corvette from Schumacher so this is very disappointing!

I arrived a 15 minutes early to an oil changed appointment I made several days beforehand. The advisor greeted me at my appointment time so it didn’t help to be early. No big deal. I walked around for 2 hours! Two!!!!! And still no word on my car getting a simple oil change. I waited around for the advisor to ask about an update. She was busy with others (understandable) but told me it would be “very soon”. Fifteen minutes later I walk towards the service gate to see that my SUV was just being taken into the service bay. I had to then wait another 20 minutes. I showed up at 1:30 to an appointment scheduled at 1:45 and did not drive away until 4:25.Almost two and a half hours for an oil change. Something I could do on my own in 20 minutes. My time felt very disrespected. What is the point of making an appointment? My advisor made no effort to communicate the fact that the service dept was so behind or that a simple oil change would eat up a huge chunk of my afternoon.Sadly this is not the only time this has happened. At least the last advisor had the smarts to warn me that the service team was behind.

From beginning to end, everyone was exceptionally professional, friendly and helpful. The car that we found online was not yet fully stocked. But Mike B did a great job locating it and having it ready to look at when I returned. We are GMC lovers and have already owned 2 Yukons, but he still went over all the bells and whistles of my 21 Yukon Denali. Made sure that I drove it and answered all of my questions. Ryan (who Mike worked the deal with) did a great job - he drives a hard bargain, but in the end made us an offer we are happy with. Then on pick up day, I had to sign all of the paperwork in Finance (Alex was AMAZING - a super busy guy that does a great job balancing the work and keeping a smile on his face) another sales associate transferred my tag for me, but not before WASHING it - who washes a license plate?! Everyone certainly did a great job going above and beyond. Super Happy with my buying experience.

I recently had service on my car for an issue with my Encore. The first time about a year ago I was told that they couldnt find anything wrong and cleared the code and me home. This time it was found to be the same code. My issue is that when I scheduled my appointment for Thursday service I wasnt told that they were behind and still working on cars from the previous day. My service rep Robert Nanz told me that he would let me know on Friday, by the time I heard from him the end of the day I was told that well it looks like you will be without a car for the weekend and we dont have any loaner cars available. I had to rent a car for 5 days because I had to get to work and run errands. I was finally called to pick up my car on Tuesday and I asked Mr. Nanz if I could have assistance with my rental bill as it was a $200 expense that I was not prepared for. He told me that he would submit it as per his managers suggestion which was on 7/13/21. I called Mr. Nanz 1 week later and was told he should have an answer the next day and would call me. Its now 8/3/21 and still no answer

I was having trouble with my car battery which affected messages I was seeing on my dashboard in addition to problem with my radio. I was having to jump start my car every time I turned the car on, however finding time to go to the dealership is difficult since I have four young boy between the ages of 6 and 1.I arrived late Monday morning and was met by Arthur. He was friendly and professional and asked if I needed help immediatley after I placed my car in park. After telling Arthur some of the problems I was experiencing, he was honest, something that I really appreciated. He told me I was looking at a wait time close to 2-3 hours before my car would be assessed. Since I had my four boys with me, that didnt seem like the best idea. Arthur quickly came up with a solution. He told me to come back first thing in the morning, he made me an appointment at 7:30AM, opening time, and instructed me to arrive around 7:20AM.The following morning I followed his instructions and although Arthur wasnt there I was met by Justin, who was equally as friendly, professional and helpful. Again, I was helped almost immediatley and while there were about three cars in front of me Justin assessed the problem thoroughly and quickly. He was attentive and updated me often during the waiting process. My car was assessed and I was driving off the lot in under 90-minutes with a new installed battery. All problems fixed.My experience at Schumacher was GREAT. You never want to have a problem with your car, or even be burdened with having to go to the dealship to have it fixed, however Arthur and Justin made this experience bearable. Both of these gentlemen exemplify quality customer service!Again my experience was great and I would highly recommend this dealership to a friend or family memeber!

Tom, was great. Dropped off my vehicle the night before and left keys in drop box. Tom, reached out first thing in the morning acknowledging the truck was going to be serviced and if there were any concerns to please let him know. Truck was in and out with no issues.

I have bought 5 vehicle from this dealership, three of the Denali packages so nothing cheap. I have purchased every extended warranty they have offered. Every single time I bring my truck in, they try and charge me before they check for my warranty. This recent experience has been terrible and is still on going. I brought my truck there two weeks ago. They first said I had an internal problem with my differential and they needed to take it apart to figure it out. Then told me it’s not covered, my truck is under the 50k drivetrain warranty. Then after fighting that, they now are saying the differential mounts are broken. That is external and visible, but of course now that is misuse. I am very confident at this point I am being lied to, they must get higher margins with self pays. GMC has said they are slow to respond and Ally the extended warranty company said they haven’t reached out in 10 days even though I told the service manager they would like to review the claim and needed to reach out. They are trying very hard to keep from getting this covered so they can charge me full retail, instead of getting warranty rates. Crooks, even after 5 vehicles. Very sad. FYI, first time I’ve ever felt the need to leave a review.
