Awesome customer service!!! Alex was so helpful with our rental experience. We stayed in Melbourne beach and they delivered the golf cart right to our campsite even though we weren’t there at the time. The delivery driver called and even sent a text with a picture confirming delivery! Our plans changed last minute and we needed to return the cart a couple days early.... no problem!! I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! Thank you Alex for making this so easy!! We will use y’all again when we come back to Florida!

I dealt with the owners son, Alex. He was very polite and easy to deal with. He made the process simple and pain free. They are a family owned business, which I love to support. Very honest people and very accommodating.I would highly recommend doing business with them if you are in the market for a golf cart. Thanks Alex!!!

I’m disappointed the lowest I can give this company is a 1 star rating. We have had issues all around with this company. I have a cart I purchased from them. Apparently after just 2 months a few batteries needed to be replaced. Luckily it was under warranty but the failure happened when the owners son ALEX failed to submit the actual warranty like he had told me he had done. It was 3 weeks and all that would come out of his mouth is we are still waiting for Star. Of course star couldn’t do anything though because ALEX never submitted the warranty. We were then informed the cart would be leaving the malabar store and taken to the Rockledge store which was never done due to the lack of the malabar failing to complete the job. Never has any associate reached out to us about the progress. I’m always having to call them. BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY.

Phenomenal service. Very professional. Unlimited golf carts to choose from and their service department is very well equipped and assisted me very quickly. Great owners and staff.
